First off, Rob is very professional, and his communication is top notch. From beginning to end. When i was looking for a pup Rob convinced me simply by responding immediately to my calls and answering all my concerns. He sent weekly updates from womb, to birth, to the day i picked up my pup. I would recommend Rob to anyone who is looking or on the fence. I got a healthy and confident pup , from a line of quality parents. Finally, in response to another person who gave Mr. Rob 1 star, i too purchased a dog from the same litter. I was given ample time to show up and pick my dog. He called at 3pm and it took me 3 hours to drive there. Through it all Rob was very patient and communicated constantly.

I have known Rob for sometime now. My pup is 7months old now and I am still waiting on her paperwork. She was not registered and did not have her shots that was paid for when I purchased her. I had to take her to the vet and get her shots (paid for myself again) upon pick up. Found out that a breeder is legally not allowed to hand over pups without shot records and akc documentation. I do feel that if you pay for shots and akc documents then you should get them before pick up. By law you can not pick up until the pup is 8 weeks. By 6 weeks they should have their first set of vaccinations and paperwork should be in. If the breeder is going to to keep up with shots and records in a timely manner than it is unlawful to charge that price and give false advertisement. Other than the issues with the paperwork and shots, I will say, that the puppy that I chose is absolutely beautiful and has the best temperament. I am happy with her and she is really smart.

We are still waiting on a refund from Rob Fraser! There are many reasons you should not buy a puppy from this man. Please do your research! We paid for a puppy in Aug and paid for pick of litter. Along the way he had many issues with the litter we were supposed to get a puppy fromThey had gotten really sick from him keeping them too cold. After that something else came up where the vet could not clear them for their new home. Then once they were cleared, he expected us to drop everything on Thanksgiving eve and rush to pick up our puppy. I stated that we could not make it until the next day but that was not good enough and during talking to him we realized he sold pick of the litter to multiple people. We asked for a refund which we have yet to receive. I have been more than nice and even willing for him to even make payments to us. This has been going on since November of 2021. So beware beware. He talks a good talk but he is not honest. I will be taking him to small claims court as he owes me over 3k

If you want to buy a German Shepherd, Rob is your guy!! He has been very helpful since day one, answering all of our questions and concerns. He also sends us videos and pictures of the puppies which makes our day! We can see how big they've been getting and we get more excited about getting our new family member next month. Rob has been exceptional with updates and information. I would definitely recommend to anyone. You can tell that this is what he loves, he loves and cares so much for his dogs and takes his timettime to ensure that the puppies find a good family. Very professional and excellent customer service.

One of the best purchases me and my girlfriend have ever made. Rob (the seller) was extremely kind and helpful with the entire process. From the beginning he has taken and answered every question, as well as been one of the most knowledgeable dog belreeders I've ever spoken to. After getting and spending time with our baby german Shepard, we knew that this was one of the best decisions we’ve made in years.His prices are perfect for the product we received, and his extra services (I.e. training) are also very helpful and well priced. A very traumatic experience for me and my wife as first dog parents the puppy we got from this place passed away 3 days later due to parvovirus when he told us the puppies where good to go by the “ veterinarian” he gave us the wrong papers our dog was male papers said female. Even when half of the deposit was payed he called us every other day to pay the rest when he told us we could pay the rest upon pick up(very sketchy from the start). Almost begged for pictures of the litter, sent me repeated pics just different angles waited over a year for a guaranteed refund always came up with excuses and never answered the phone said he was gonna give me a portion upfront because he was tight on money never herd from him again.The veterinarian from the hospital called him to let him know about the wrong paper work and how other puppies might be sick he still sold them even though 4 of the 8 passed away do not buy from this guy you will waist time and money.

Update on 9/10/2023Our dog is now 3 years old! Guess what? NO PAPERS YET!!!Rob appears to be dishonest!We have been waiting for papers since September 2020 and we're still waiting for the promised papers! There is no excuse for this! Maybe if Rob Fraser reads this, he will be able to clearly explain why this is the case. We have been patient, kind, courteous but now it appears he is not taking our calls. I would like an explanation and hope to get one soon. Apparently, we are not the only people with this problem!Spoke to Rob Fraser from Das Fellrakete three weeks ago. He assured me that we would receive the AKC papers in "two weeks". To date no papers, and no response. Will call the AKC.7/6/22. AKC did mention that the papers are taking a long time to come in from foreign countries. Hopefully that explains the problem. Also did speak to Rob. He will send us the contract and bill of sale info. Once all this is received I will happily change my number of stars. NEVER RECEIVED!7/11/22 Still waiting for the papers!7/18/22 And still waiting. Come on Rob! You said you'd send them to us and here we are still waiting!9/25/22 Here we are! Going into October and still no papers. It's crazy at this point to blame it on Covid. The pup is now 2 years old and no papers yet. I'm ready to report to AKC.10/11/22 SO it's now October 11. Our pup is 25 months old. We're still waiting on papers. Amazing!!!11/26/22 STILL NO PAPERS!!! Is it possible that he has not registered the litter with the AKC?2/1/23. Still Waiting!PS. Read Dolores' post. Forget 4-6 months. Absolutely incredible breeder. The moment you see the puppies and their parents you know that they are loved and carefully raised from birth to the moment you take them home. When we arrived, the puppies flocked to Rob ready to greet him! This is the quality you get, you get a very loved puppy who’s intelligent, loyal, healthy, and reliable. When me and my fiancé got there we had already gone through a few other breeders who treated their dogs like caged animals ready for breeding. You will see, Rob is different from the rest. He treats them like well respected animals as they should be. This makes his puppies well behaved and easy to train. I recently bought a puppy from his litter with Sanaa(Mother) and Koda(Father) and this has been the most well behaved puppy I’ve ever met in my entire life. She has followed me without a leash from the beginning, incredibly easy to train, and is the most intelligent puppy I had ever seen. I’m really happy to know Rob’s dedication to his puppies and he will give you the guarantee that he gave me. If you ever have any questions or need help with your puppy he is one call away. I keep in constant contact with him and he’s been so helpful in giving me advice in raising my puppy. I did a lot of research of The GSD breeders in the Central Florida area. I settled on two because if their sites and reviews. I have to admit that I contacted both breeders letting them know I had money in hand and was ready to purchase. Rob contacted me immediately. We had a good conversation and found him to be a straight shooter, which I appreciate. He did not have any puppies available but three females due. We spoke of what I was looking for and my home and Rob recommended one of the female/male match ups. Contract was easy, communication was consistent during the pregnancy and when the puppies were on their way, received a text so I could share in the excitement. Rob kept in communication with me during the next 8 weeks and told me he had figured out the best match for me and was curious to see if I would agree. Got the call to come pick my female and yes, I brought home the one he thought would be the best match. She is the pup of Yula and Buran and she’s perfect. He’s kept I touch to see how the integration into the home has been and would highly recommend everyone who wants a puppy, contact Rob first.

I did get a great dog from a different breeder with Rob's help; however, he has owed me a $500 refund for a year now and keeps making excuses to why he can't pay. Very disappointing and unethical.Replying to the owners comment, there is no conversation, text message, or contract saying that my deposit was non-refundable. If I had known that upfront, I would never have given you the money. You gave me no service for that $500. I actually have text messages that you agree to paying me back. You have never once reached out to offer me a puppy since you took my money. Just do the right thing and refund me.

I started looking for a Gsd puppy online, I messaged multiple breeders for information and never received a response, then i messaged Rob at das Fellrakete and within 30 minutes I received a call from rob. He answered all my questions and by the end of the call I had put a down payment on a puppy that wasnt even born yet. He kept in touch with me up until the birth, during the birth and after. He sent pictures and videos the puppys so I could see their progress. Rob made sure we knew what was happening the whole step of the way. He also made sure we knew what to have for supplys, what to expect and when it was finally time to pick up the little guy we were prepared and excited. The puppy is smart, cute and everything we expected. Overall top notch service, with top of the line Dogs and puppies.
