Came to pick up a photo order that had been pre-ordered and was said to be ready for pick up. After waiting over 15 minutes (without even an acknowledgement) I had to go searching for someone to help me. Someone showed up about 5 minutes later and then proceeded to take another 5 minutes to find the order that was found "way in the back.". I would recommend heading to another CVS down the road (or the Walgreens across the street) even if you have to drive a bit, because this one is just a mess.

I went to the drive through to see if they had my prescription available since CVS didn't they told me they did. I contacted my provider and had it sent. I waited for two days and they would not fi it because I live in New York and my children live in Florida where I lived since 1990-2021. I can't believe they can not fill a prescription that has legitimately been sent. Plus this whole area is full of Mexicans totally ruining our once beautiful country!

I’ve been using this pharmacy for the last three years with the same insurance and today I went to pick my daughters medicine and the lady said they never accepted my insurance. If they stop accepting it, they should call or text that they are not longer accepting the insurance instead of going back and forth saying they never did.

CVS is a cheating shop. I ordered 15 bags of chocolate from CVS via doordash. They only delivered 5. I spent more than 50 bucks. I explained the situation to doordash and got 40 doordash credit. I gave 5 stars to doordash.

They dont have 1 star for no reason. Seriously the worst pharmacy in the area. Save your time and go somewhere else. Just spent nearly an hour in the drive through with a crying baby for them to tell me i have to go inside for coupons, when i go inside they say it wont be ready for another 2 hours because they have to put it in separately. On top of that worst customer service

Avoid pharmacy at all cost find another pharmacy. They closed the pharmacy for about 3 or so hrs apparently because somebody from the pharmacy was sick. They where not prepared in cases like this and want to blame the customer and when you ask questions they get an attitude. Do they think about the people that need the medication. They probably don't because they always have a bad attitude.

This pharmacy is absolutely terrible! I needed an emergency refill for my seizure medication and I can't miss 1 day of it because i'll have a seizure and I called and the pharmacist was asbolutely rude! She kept saying it was too early and I told her I needed it and she kept saying i'll have to pay out of pocket and would not tell me how much it was and then she said she couldn't fill it and hung up! People need their medications! This pharmacy needs new employees and management!!

This pharmacy was my 6th stop of the day looking for one that had my son’s ADHD medication in stock. This is a very busy pharmacy and I waited in line for probably 15-20 minutes. The girl who waited on me wasn’t particularly friendly or patient but given the amount of people in line, she was quick and efficient. She checked with the pharmacist and they had the medication. She told me they would have it ready around 7 pm and called for the next customer. I went on google maps to drop a pin on this location so I could get to their phone number readily, and saw the horrible reviews. I instantly regretted leaving the prescription there, but I went back in and asked another girl to put my phone number on the prescription in case there were any problems. She was very accommodating and nice. She might have been a pharmacist. Within an hour they messaged me that the prescription was ready to pick up. I was not expecting much given the previous reviews but they had the meds in stock, they filled the prescription in a reasonable amount of time and contacted me when it was ready. This was a very busy pharmacy and I don’t feel they were understaffed. There were at least 5 or 6 people working. I don’t expect rainbows and flowers at a pharmacy visit and I do expect to have to wait in line and pick up the prescription later at a pharmacy that is this busy. I would definitely go back to this pharmacy.

If you can avoid this pharmacy, do it by ALL cost!! The employees are clueless how to run this place, the manager, ha… what manager?! Rude, rude, rude!!! They will tell you a time to come back the NEXT day to pick up meds, show up and they have only 6 out of 10!! No phone call, no text, no courtesy nothing! They don’t give a ish how long you waited or the fact that they now say they don’t have it in and no clue when it will come!! This location needs a new pharmacy manager that knows how to run an organized store, and all of the employees need an attitude adjustment or get fired!!

This CVS is horrible. They're extremely unorganized. They have meds piled everywhere. It's a wonder they find anything. The wait is at least 30 minutes in the drive thru. That's probably why. Going inside isn't much better. It's hard to imagine that the manager hasn't done anything or that the pharmacy part hasn't been closed. Not too mention the people working there are pretty rude. Like, dude, we've been waiting for 30 min and YOU'RE giving me attitude?? Awful experience.

I just moved here and had to go th the pharmacy twice the wait is way to long!!. this should never be like this. after seeing a 1.6 star rating looks like there needs to be an adjustment in staffing or management. I have done both drive thru and stand in line both horrible.

Cvs Haines City sucks! They never never have anything done. I have waited 4 days and morefor prescribed medication ! It's always a different excuse from their employees, well I'm not going their any longer and I hope other customers do the same! Looking forward and pray to hear that they close their stores

Is there any management?? I just noticed the reviews. I’ve been affected due to the inefficiencies of this drugstore, I moved to haines city from the day I changed my pharmacy preference has been a nightmare.I used the drive thru due to I have small kids under 1 year, they say you have to go around, you have to use the another line, then they search and say there is any prescription here, I call back the doctor back multiple times they said was sent I come back with kids crying in the back - no mam’ there is any prescription.October 17th was the prescription / visit with my doctor order , just in December 23rd I got the medicine from another CVS- i came back and the line is until the front door, same issue, then they said am sorry is that you have 2 profiles in our system that is why was not showing before … really ?Some management must to be involved , I requested a manager they say, is not available vacations (4th time , I ask for one and nobody is there ) the lady just laugh and rolled her eyes on me!

If I could leave no stars I would. WORST pharmacy in Haines City!!!! They will leave you for weeks without your meds. They do not care if you need them asap and will not try and help you. Go to any other pharmacy and I'm sure you will have a better experience!

Been trying to transfer all my prescription from Publix to this CVS . Went online enter my info. I have not heard back from store. Now I am trying to transfer prescription one at a time. Still not having any luck. I don't know how this location is in business. 6/9/2022 update to review. I hate dealing with this location. Constant problems . I have started the process of moving most of my prescription to home delivery with my insurance company. CVS should be closed down.

This pharmacy is awful I did automated refill my nitroglycerin on Friday was suppose to be ready that day as of Saturday at 3:30 still not filled. They absolutely do not care about patients at all. Very irresponsible people working in pharmacy Rude too. Thanks for nothing CVS pharmacy

Getting a COVID test, showed up for appointment, there are cars in front of me also for their appointments and the whole cvs was taking 30 to 40 minutes with each car just for a COVID test. They finally got to me and it’s been 20 minutes since the lady took my medical card and is still not done with it. I haven’t even started the test and I’ve been 20 minutes. This has never happened with the department of health nor with Walgreens. Worst CVS I have ever been to and I don’t plan on coming back ever again. Do not give your business to this location, you will regret it with all your being.

Tried to call the pharmacy about a medication my son needed. The woman who answered the phone was incredibly rude, kept cutting my off, gave me incorrect information, and was incredibly annoyed with my request to transfer said medication.

I want to start off by saying that I should have looked at the reviews before trusting this pharmacy. This place is completely unorganized and they do NOT take ownership for their mistakes.they incorrectly filled the prescription for my daughters antibiotics. When I noticed it was running out when she still had 4 days left of treatment, I decided to give them a call. It took me 30 mins just to speak to someone here and resolve my situation. When I finally spoke to a lady on the phone she told me to come in with the medicine bottle of what I had left. I went in not even 30 minutes later. I was greeted by a male now at the time of arrival, he asked me the basic questions like my daughters name and so on. I told him I called and spoke with someone about refilling my bottle. He DID NOT even examine my bottle of medicine, he said “you need to call the doctor to refill” I said “why didn’t you guys just tell me this over the phone” and he shrugged. He did not inspect my bottle. I brought the bottle in for nothing and they wasted more of my time. I called my doctors office and explained to them what happened and they said they’ve NEVER seen this happen in the past. They were shocked and couldn’t believe the pharmacy had made this mistake. They spoke with them also after like 30 minutes (because nobody comes to the phone) my doctor came back saying that the pharmacy inspected my bottle and said I had enough medicine left for the remaining 4 days. LOL so they LIED to my doctor. This place has been an unnecessary headache and the reviews prove exactly how I feel about this location. Don’t waste your time or energy here.

If i could give negative stars i would! This CVS has the guiness book of world records for being the WORST CVS ON PLANET EARTH! I called 10 mins before 6 to get my prescription information,the employee said his department was about to close in 10 mins and he wasnt going to help me that i needed to go to walgreens. I came the next several days in person and could not get any help cause for some reason there was no one working

By far the worst CVS Pharmacy I have ever tried to deal with. If you call it takes 30 minutes for someone to pick up and if you don’t answer quickly they hang up. My doctor sends my medication directly to them and I always have to go in to tell them to get them ready because in the system it always says contact your pharmacy to fill and even then they do one or two and the rest I have to go in again to get them ready. Every one is always grumpy, God forbid someone smiles in there. It takes days for them to fill a prescription. When you are in you can here the phone ring and ring and no one cares. Worst customer service ever. I give them one star because I can’t give less. I hope the main office sees this because I have been with CVS for 13 years and this is the only CVS that is so disorganized and to have so many people come in from so many areas and get this service is a shame. I think Walmart Pharmacy or Publix pharmacy will do a better job. This CVS has pushed me into that decision. CVS Haines City Hwy 27 horrible pharmacy service.

The rudest customer service ever never been so unprofessional Pharmacy in my life staff extra rude nobody ever picks up the phone everybody in there seem as though they hate their job. You would never see one smiling face . I would never recommend anybody to the this CVS . Long wait times for in & out the store everything even if they automatic System calls and say your medication is done 99% of the time you still have to wait inside for your medication . I would never recommend as we speak I’m looking for a different pharmacy .... please do not use stay far away as possible !!!!

I have been dealing with them because my insurance Etna is affiliated with CVS.They always seem overwhelmed and understaff. They are rude and don't care about anyone health and wellness. Their follow up and life saving prescription are always wrong.AToral disgraced for a huge company like CVS
