Great customer service and I always find cool things here especially for spring season or holidays. My only complaint is how dirty it is. It desperately needs to be remodeled and a deep cleaning for days

This store in Davenport is organized great customer service and you get a coupon for 20% off on any of the purchases that you do great store come and visit.

This store looks halfway in between condemned and remodeling. The shelves are empty in a lot of places or very few items in other places. I found what I was looking for and even managed to snatch up the last baby recliner and that made it four stars instead of three. There's always quite a few registers open and the cashiers are fairly friendly. It was the first time I've ever been to Big lots so it was... okay.

This store needs to be kept clean. It's often dirty and understaffed. You can still find some good bargains here at times, but for some products their prices are higher than at other local retail stores.

Got a couch from here, they had a really good discount if you got it online and picked up in the store. Then another discount for creating a new account. Great deal. When we picked up the couch the girl sat the couch down off the dolly on the parking lot, spun it around while it was on the ground and dragged it through a puddle into the truck bed. Didn’t notice at the time but when she dragged it, it ripped the plastic and dirty water got onto the couch. We were able to wash it off but there was a spot that was worn from being dragged. My advice would be to load it yourself once they bring it out!

I'm only leaving a 5 star review because of the customer service that your employee Brianna showed me. Otherwise I would've left a one star review. You have a patio set display for sale for the last 3 weeks and have not been able to get it ordered, helped with or anything. RON originally helped us but didn't help us. . He only said.. call back in a few days...etc. but Brianna?She went above and beyond. I can see her managing that store or getting a higher position real quick. Thanks girl ;)

Horrible place to work at one manager Rebecca always doing favoritism between co-workers giving them all the hours while she gives me one day every week like I don't have bills. I see why everyone leave from this place. Rebecca need to learn how to speak to her employee nicely before wrong one do something.

They advertise same day delivery however that not true. It a 3rd party company and when u call they don’t call back. So why use them. U really need to change company’s since each store doesn’t use the same 3rd party company. Maybe I should have gotten a piece of furniture at another store as at least they called back. So now my furniture sits as I have no way of getting it here.

I've always found this store to be a clean location. And the employees friendly. The only issue I had on this trip was some items not being priced. While I understand that it was a Saturday and they probably were getting ready for the new Sunday ad. There were a couple of things I passed on because I didn't want to track someone down.

Really disappointed in Big Lots lately. This is the second one I've been to in Central Florida and the are NOTHING like they were several years ago. Big Lots at Christmas used to be the discount version of Hobby Lobby with SO much stuff to choose from. It's barely into December and the shelves were empty and only a half a dozen aisles. Really disappointed. And no one working there acted like they cared if I was there or not!

Unable to place pick up order online. Hard to find one item that was listed as available. Staff found one on back of top shelf. Second item showed 5 available but 2 staff were unable to find. Cashier informed me I could not receive $5.00 credit for purchasing $15.00 because it had to be purchased online. I showed her how the app would not let me place the order where the $5.00 credit was applied. I am handicapped and wanted to limit my walking by picking it up in the store. Overcharged for 2 items instead of one resulting in me having to return to the store for a credit.

Cool deep discount overstock store. Dig a little bit and you might be surprised. Good selections but can be hit or miss. Stop in and you'll probably leave with something. Mostly friendly staff and rarely a wait to check out. Good way to kill thirty minutes or so while booking around town

Visited the store on Saturday,, picked out a couch we really liked, went home talked about it, came back Sunday morning and unfortunately the couch was no longer on sale. We asked if they could do a price adjustment but we're told that they could not, the sale ended Saturday and a new one began on Sunday. Disappointed in that, however we were very happy with the service we received overall.We were very happy also to receive next day delivery. The delivery was prompt the following day and the service men that delivered our couch helpful, polite, outstanding service from Wings delivery.
