Don't use credit cards for gas to earn points or discounts. For $25.00 worth of gas, they charged me $125.00. I will dispute the transaction at the bank in the morning. This is fraudulent, and 7-11 won't do anything about it. They Clerks were off the chain with customer service. Could not provide the right amount of change. Skip you to help the next person and forget about your business. Never again will I stop in this 7-11 again. Sucks! Floors were dirty. Store owner wants more information about the situation? I will never use my debit card for gas at the pumps, when I only put $25+ in tank, yet you charged me $125+ on my debit card. Cashier could not give back change correctly inside store, I purchased 2 tall boys of michlob Light 2 for $6.00, she over charged me, 2 for $7.00 plus tax I gave her a $20 and she gave back to me $12.00 and owed me $1.51. Robbery from customer and rip off at gas tank. Sucks. Cashier checked out 2 more customers before she gave me $0.51 cents back.

The lady with glasses and short hair was extremely rude and also the Apple Pay almost never works. She attempts to tell me it’s my problem not hers. What’s the point of having Apple Pay if it never works and they want to blame you for it.

Sent my husband to cash in lottery! I Won 206.00 on lottery and had him buy me 1 draw on cash pop on 11 numbers, the clerk gave him my tickets and also bought 3 - 20.00 tickets and 1 five dollar ticket and the clerk told him he owed 33.00 so he pays her thinking maybe I didn’t win as much as I thought, and so he Walks to the car realizing what happened called to confirm amount and she thought won 201.00 so he went back inside and the other clerk got involved and gave him back 100.00 he was trying to explain to the clerk more money was owed to him and she kept talking over him and told him that he still Owed for the tickets so out if the 100.00 he pays her 65.00 and she gives him back 10.00. He is so frustrated by now he comes home and tells me what happened and I went back up there and tried to explain to them what happened and they would not listen and said that he got paid. I would not want these two running my register if I was the owner. I work for my money and you owe me $51.00 plus the 33.00 charge on my debit card. - 2 candy bars. $78.92 Your employees would not listen as neither of them knew what they had done! All I know is that your register should be over 46.00 on 08/29/2022 at 11:40 pm. I have all my paperwork with the lottery tickets untouched with change until this is resolved. The clerks was so confused, so I called the police and wanted it noted what had happened. I would like the owner of this business to please contact me.

I had never had a problem at this store until today. Staff had always been friendly, it is really conveniently located and it's a clean new store. However nothing makes me angrier than a manager who doesn't know their own system. My debit card's chip was not working properly and he staunchly denied that my card could be swiped, ignoring the fact that I have done so in the past. Listen to your customers, especially the ones that go there regularly. I honestly don't think I will ever go back there even tho it was my daily stop on my way to work

Im a regular costumer at this 711 , great costumer service everytime i go. If i ever do have an issue which its rarely happens, they’re on the go to help me! Keep up the good work , we needed a 711 in haines city and it was one of the best choices.

I went in with my 6 year old child and they had very loud amd vulgar music playing. The women working there were also swearing and being extremely unprofessional. I have never been into such a terrible 7-eleven.

A bit rude that the employees wear ear buds and are talking on the phone while there's customers. Drinks half drank on some of the shelves that have been there for more than a day and shelves not put together for days. Hard to find some things because they're moving shelves around but not completed in days and kids running in and out of the back door to the building, that's a security risk. Not the best 711 establishment but the only one in the area unfortunately. It is what it is a guess.

No soap or hand sanitizer in restroom. The employee said they have no soap at all. And they are serving food here. Gross. But the price of gas is very low, so don't use the restroom or get food here just get gas.

if you pay inside store you risk them allowing someone to get fuel and you will be billed for gasoline you did not get. yesterday they cheated my wife out of $30. they ran credit card my4 times can elled two charges but scammed herthe manager is comfortable cheating customers.

This place is private owned I went to this store to buy pizzas with EBT . it was a little girl behind the counter running around. Eating pizza slices and etc . I recorded and went live on Facebook and snapchat . where the problem is was the employee was being Unsanitized playing around my pizza touching the same gloves with other things on the store without changing gloves . I talked to the store manager he said he's gonna deal with it but never called back I reached out millions of times. I need to find a lawyer for this matter

one of the cashiers always gives you a bad face, it seems that she is always angry and attends until she feels like it. on the other hand, in the taquitos it says that if you buy 5 you pay 4 dollars and the owner flatly refused to keep the price that is on the sign, which I think is very bad not to respect the prices

Be ware of pump 6 I tried to get gas and never put 36 in it I went to get gas and it charged my card 36$ that I never got and they will not refund my money I used to like this place bur yall need to refund my money I never pur in my Car yall owe me 36$ I need the owner of this store to contact me asap I need my 36$ back now
