Lisa the cashier did an amazing job. She was working the register I asked her where an item was not only does she tell me she walked me to the item. While juggling the cashier than the phone rings and she answers it. It's amazing service like this that keeps regulars coming back. Excellent job Lisa thank you.

Emily was wonderful excellent customer service!! I love my Christmas card I made and the quality was perfect. Also Adam went above and beyond to give me the best customer service ever. 👍 He helped me make my card and it was possible to get it out in time because of him. He truly cared and never rushed me with his patience. My family and friends love my card. I will definitely make a lot of photo books too.

This pharmacy is the worse! They never have any medicine in stock. When the doctor sends the RX, if they don’t have it in stock they don’t give a courtesy call to update or let you know.I am transferring all my Rx to another pharmacy even though I have to drive longer. Convenience is not always the answer.

Online pharmacy hours are wrong. The automated system says it’s m-f from 9a-9p and weekends they close at 5p. I’ve driven there twice on two different days because another website stated differently (8a-10p) and no one answers the phone there. Only to drive up to a sign in their window. I’m just going to redirect my prescriptions next door to Publix. Hopefully they’re better.

Update!!! How does the Pharmacy at least once a week closes due to staffing? Had a test scheduled for Saturday and it was canceled? Absolute Joke!! It gets four stars only Because of Ms.Lisa &Ms.Deborah! They are always nice and cordial. The others you have working there are down right rude, especially the little red headed woman, thankfully they switched her to the back! Went to get my 2nd fake vaccine and was turned away, because it was twenty days not 21, but your policy is 28 days, so why would you still be able to book an appointment if they won’t take you!

Excellent service at the pharmacy - every time. After getting flu shots here last fall I chose to go here to fill a prescription but had to come back the next day to ask for help learning to use the prescribed device. Pharmacist Xavier Sigler was fantastic! He was thorough and caring in helping me master the construction and use of this item, just as he had been careful when administering the flu shot many months before. Thank-you Walgreens for having such helpful staff (and that includes the pharmacy associates) - five Stars is not high enough to express my gratitude.

The pharmacy here SUCKS! A prescription has been sent over and over to this pharmacy and they magically never have it, despite the sender getting fax receipts showing successful fax and calling via phone to verify receipt of the fax. All of the techs are incompetent. Publix is conveniently across the street. I’ll be going there instead from now on.

On the website they say they have Covid tests available in 48 hours. This is a lie. I had a work trip that needed a Covid test that was guaranteed 48 hour results. It is a lie. If you have to travel for work and need a Covid test stay far far away from this place.

A very conveniant location, the layout is great and the service as well. I usually go here to buy sodas on sale, to pick up medication or to look at the shelves with sale. They always have something you need!

Came here for my sons first vaccine they said appointment only so I called another one they said walk in to any Walgreens had to go to the one in Clermont so for the second dose I called this one to set up an appointment she said walk in before five i asked was she sure because last time I was turned away she said yes 9-5 I get there at 1 and was told no walk ins until after 215 waste of time!!!!

I WAS A CUSTOMER IN THE WALGREENS STORE LOCATED AT 7777 STATE ROAD 50 GROVELAND FLORIDA 34736 ON SATURDAY 2/27/2021 IN THE MORNING AND LISA ASSISTED ME WITH 3 SEPERATE TRANSACTIONS. I PURCHASED A TOTAL OF 6 ITEMS. LISA PUT 3 ITEMS IN ONE BAG AND 3 MORE ITEMS IN A DIFFERENT BAG! MIND YOU I HAD 3 SEPERATE TRANCTIONS! 2 ITEMS IN EACH TRANSACTIONS! I THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO GET ATLEAST GET 3 SEPERATE BAGS FOR MY 3 SEPERATE TRANSACTIONS! LISA NEVER ASKED ME IF IT WAS OKAY TO BAG EVERYTHING TOGETHER!
