Every year I get a lot of flowers and vegetables for my home garden from this garden center! It’s always really well taken care of & everything is always priced right on the item. All of the associates are really nice & it’s just always an enjoyable time! Even if it’s not your closest garden center, it’s worth the extra time!!

We purchased a pizza oven from this Ace. Hand's down the most accommodative, clean, well-stocked hardware store ever! The manager met us at the door and was very helpful and pleasant. Highly recommend this place and I would personally drive a long way to come here again!

I have used the Ace hardware in Groveland since they've open I normally feel 12 to 15 chlorine jugs at a time. Occasionally I purchase new tanks propane and have them filled. As of today I was informed that they cannot load or unload my jugs of chlorine what's the purpose of shopping at your local store if they cannot help you when you cannot physically lift them yourself. As per Casey the store it is their policy. So I don't know if the policy from day one has changed or if the individuals working there just don't want to work.

Well today I went here to make a purchase of a couple items I had a few questions I waited and waited for a rep who continued to gossip with a customer for 15 minutes and everyone who passes me she ask if there need help but for whatever reason she see me and know I had a questions but just won't acknowledge me I been coming and shopping here for years but this be the last I rather go to home depot and lowes Ace.Update as of 9/13/23I had to come in to this store for a small item only ACE had I was greeted at the door and walked to the location the lady was very nice got me in and out within 3 minutes huge change in personality as well.

People are always so nice there and the assistant manager Chris was great and placed safety first when filling my propane tank. He found a bad rust spot on the tank and wasn't able to fill it. Explained the reason behind it and suggested getting a new tank. I've been to several other places and never had someone inspect the tank. That was great to see and for now on I'm going to Ace to get all my tanks filled. Thanks Chris for putting safety first!

I always have a pleasant experience when visiting this store. The first 2 employees that helped me were very pleasant and helpful as usual. Then when I was checking out and needed a price check because the price at the register was more than the price on the shelf the cashier sent Carol to check on the price. Carol went back to check with a real attitude. She informed us that the price at the register was correct and not the price on the shelf. Then she said do I really want my dollar back. With her attitude I said yes. That is no way to treat customers and say it in such a sarcastic way to make sure everyone near heard her.It’s very upsetting that Ace would allow their employees to treat customers that way. The law requires the store to honor the posted price.

Melissa helped my dad and I find the perfect pieces of Polywood furniture, and helped us locate different Toole’s Ace Hardware that had the different pieces for us to try out. She was so nice and thoughtful. Very grateful for all of the help she gave us!

The staff is always great. Helped me with an electrical question and knew everything I needed to know. And then help me decide what one was best for my application. There isn't much they dont have you will need. A little pricey but its close to home, helpful staff, and very clean store what else could you ask for in a hardware store?!

I came to this store during my vacation to buy some jumper cables because my car battery died. Hailey, my cashier was VERY helpful and was able to help me locate jumper cables, and check my items out with efficiency. Although this was such an annoying inconvenience, I am thankful that this store was able to help me. Next time I visit here, I will for sure be back!

They really do have helpful hardware people! I needed some 3m double sided foam tape used for car mouldings but did not know the name of the product. The gentleman who assisted me looked and then asked the manager and he knew just where to look. Thumbs up!

We went to order paint to paint our house and my fathers house. Melissa was so helpful. Found all the paint we needed, even got it from other stores and had it ready for pick up within 24 hours. She even loaded it in my car. I cant say enough about how helpful she was from color matching. to finding paint, to mixing it and getting it to me. She is one of a kind. Thanks

The lady in the paint department was amazing extremely kind and helpful although I forgot her name. There's a guy named Billy that works there whatever you need he knows where it is and extremely helpful ... The cashiers were kind of grumpy, other than that I love that Ace hardware store🤩

Melissa (paint expert) is phenomenal! She was so incredibly patient and answered all my questions regarding paint. It’s nice to have a local place that carries some awesome lines of paint (and that has staff that is knowledgeable of all the products). Will be using this Ace for all my paint projects.

Always helpful, clean well organized store. If they can't help you, they will try their best to send you in the right direction. Example; I needed the vinyl replaced on our Florida room window. They told me about a place on Hwy 50, even though a competitor. Friendly place.

Fantastic Services and here to help you with anything. Jan is a great guy and helped immensely. I need screen door repair and Sliding Screen wheel repair and I found out that they do this at Groveland Ace Hardware. The price to replace my doors would have been over $600 but thanks to Jan and Ace Hardware, I saved over 500 bucks. I never knew they also did knife sharpening and a few other things. Unlike the big box stores where you can never find someone, the folks at Ace are always doing what they can to save me money and time. Thanks for the help and glad Ace is in Clermont and Groveland.
