Five Star Service!So I unexpectedly found myself caring for several tanks including a large tank with several Discus and a reef tank with coral, fish and other invertebrates, so I needed expert guidance, quick.I called Alex after checking out his website and left a message. He returned the call promptly and we later set an appointment for him to come to my home and assess my tanks and teach me how to care for them.He was easy to set an appointment with, on time to my home and not in a rush to leave. I found Alex to be diligent about the details and a very good, patient listener. He's highly qualified and adept with all kinds of tanks and systems.Check out his website and look at his qualifications - he's got a degree in Marine Biology.Fresh water or salt, fish or coral, he knows his craft well. And apparently he's put together some complex and fancy systems, commercial and residential. It's refreshing to find an expert who makes house calls with such caring professionalism. I'll be calling him again next time I need any assistance.

Alex did an amazing job! What would usually take me 3+ hours, he was able to do in 1. My 55 gallon tank has never looked so good, and I'm looking forward to regular cleanings to keep it sparkling and my fish happy. :)
