The night “manager” they had there is a NASTY piece of work. We’ve been coming here for years and the staff has always been awesome. Instead of doing her job and helping her team members, she lets the ONE open lane get insanely backed up while she walks around the store yelling at peoples kids and tries to argue with the parents who stand up for them. The prices at dollar tree are already getting insane, and on top of it the customer service is doing down hill as well. This location would be much better off replacing her asap before she chases all their customers over to the minneola location.

Yes prices went up by 25 cents, however the dollar general right down the street is WAY more expensive. Love coming here to grab all the things for the holidays.

It's the local little dollar tree, it can get pretty busy! But the employee's are courteous and efficient. They have a good variety of items to choose from. Its a small store so sometimes it can get a little crowded if you're like me and suffer from S.A.D and claustrophobia. But all in all a great choice for those dollar store needs and wants 💯

I am pleased that this store had everything I was looking for. I am giving the store 3 stars because of the customer service. I stood in line and watched the cashier greet everyone. She was super friendly. However, I didn't get the opportunity to experience the same treatment as her demeanor changed as soon as I approached the register. The only acknowledgment I received was my total. As soon as I turned to walk away, she began greeting and acknowledging the customers behind me. Hmmm...I may try again in hopes of a different experience. But I don't like to shop where the customers are friendlier than the employees 🤷🏾‍♀️

Ate lunch with my sister. Food was very good, not cold and done right and that's in lunch rush hour!!! Everyone (employees) were working together to make it happen. Place was very clean and the staff was a mix of younger and older people. No one had to be told to step it up, stop talking and no one had to help the other. Drive thru was packed but ran smoothly. Only bad thing they do not put onions on their sandwiches. But if I have to go without onions, good/fine, I'll do without onions rather than pay for cold food, limp French fries and hockey pucks (chicken nuggets). Speaking of chicken nuggets, my sister ate chicken nuggets and they were hot, crispy and grease clean. I ate grilled chicken, it was hot, chicken moist not dried out. Very good place considering it was lunch, will go back.

Geez... what a dump, the parking lot has trash all over it, including, I saw 3 dirty nasty kids diapers, all kinds of food wrappers and containers, and the store inside is a disorganized mess, there was stuff everywhere, owner of this place obviously takes zero pride in his or her business.

This location is always a hit or miss for me. If i have spare time in my hands I'd drive to the one in Clermont. Better selection and always fully stocked

Whoever that nasty manager is there should be fired! Very rude and always has an attitude, won't shop here ever again!!!! At least at dollar general they are always nice and helpful....will pay the extra to be treated nicely. She needs to be fired

Dont know if eli is a manager or not...but if you are poor management ...telling my kids to go back to there parents when they are just looking at toys and not running around like other kids...if you have a problem with someones kids talk to their parents directly..

Shopped yesterday with my 15 ye old granddaughter. Only 1 item on my list wasn't available. Had only 1 issue with the store. There was Stuff half blocking several aisles making it impossible for oncoming shopping carts to pass.

Just moments ago my fiance who's Puerto Rican was told not to enter the store due to not having a face mask and who was there with my three kids and pushed them out while moments after an all white woman came out with shopping bags and no mask I'm disgusted by the manager she should be ashamed for what she did.

It was better when it was the 100 Dollar Tree. Now it's the 125 store.And everything has shrunk. And it's written on a piece of card board that floats tubes are in.Wow.

Lady in the back will not blow up balloons like she is supposed to....wont look at customers just talks to cashier and say it's not her job and she don't have time

This is the nastiest dollar tree and the staff is out of control and hateful . My daughter in law went shopping there this morning my grand daughter was in the buggy and i guess she was being to loud anyway the manager hunted tjem down to tell her to quieten her down people she is 3 years old long story short she kicked them out of the store . Never go here with kids.

Up on entering the store a weird smell hits you. As we were shopping I noticed mold on the freezer doors. The aisles were full of carts with boxes of groceries & boxes of groceries sitting on the floor everywhere.

This dollar tree is small compared to the Clermont location. It was out of a lot but it's okay for quick needs.

I Went to the store with 3 of my kids and we were told we not allowed to shop because we have no mask and I'm like you can't deny someone the right to shop not to mention right after we were pushed out and all white female came out with no mask an bags In her cart

Checking out at the Dollar Tree and growling today was a horrendous error there was no one that was courteous and/or nice and there was 3 people standing around doing absolutely nothing but we had 1 cashier working and there were 6-8 people in line I don't think this should ever happen again
