I've been going to this 711 since they opened up and my recent visit was horrible. Ever since the new manager has taken over the store has gotten worse.I was in there yesterday, as I entered there was a line with only one employee who was trying to get the line going , with no help at all. Another employee was by the fountain drinks who picked up the dirty cup lids and placed it back with the clean ones.Over all the issue that I have experience is that most of my visit there is only one person working by themselves and no management on duty when I asked to speak to her. The store is a busy store and it's not right that there is one person in the afternoon or nights by themselves.

The lady at the Laredo taco was super rude. Eggs and potato looked disgusting and asked if there was other eggs and of course no. The potatoes are soggy and the eggs are wet. Don’t like this 7 eleven, the ones with pizza are better. I actually get my moneys worth at other locations. The cashier was nice but bro they should fix the Laredo taco. You supposed to have breakfast tacos but don’t even have eggs by themselves. Got it mixed with pork or potatoes. Foods not even hot that’s why I had to microwave it.

This was my first visit here, so maybe I just got lucky (after reading the other reviews), but the place was incredibly clean, I tried the breakfast tacos at Loredo and the woman made them fresh from scratch and they were delicious, and the employees were very friendly and upbeat. This was my only experience at this station, but it was a great experience!

Around 12:30-1:30pm November 27thIncident involves an increasingly hostile employee, toward me, a psychologically disabled with a learning disability, this employee has in the last couple months been making remarks sbd rude faces at me. I have not made any report of these incidents since I’ve learned to deal with others being rude time from time. It’s of little concern to me. However on this occasion as I was checking out he looked at my bag that I always carry with me, it contains medicines and flashlights and such. Nothing out of ordinary. He implied I stole beer so I smoothed out my bag to demonstrate this was not possible he then remarked quickly “ I know you got a gun in there , use it, cmon, make me it” this is a HIGHLY disturbing thing to say in any case. You don’t speak to customers like that, let alone one with a disability. I payed for my purchase where I then had my mother personally make a complaint about the associate. I’m hoping he is removed from the store. As I see his comments to be not only harassing, disturbing, unprofessional, but also an unsolicited harassment a disabled REGULAR customer. Because of my disability I find it hard to leave the house let alone going far from house. I was currently trying to look for another job abd rehabilitating myself so I could once again live a normal life. His comments now has set me back. I am not asking for termination of employee just that he his removed from this area which I believe is a more than reasonable compromise.I have pictures of individual as well as notice that nobody on the team was wearing a name badge making it harder for a person to sufficiently make a thorough report.I’ve complained to corporate, management, and will be following up with the disability right division as well as BBB.I’m a quiet reclusive individual , there are NO excuses for this kind of behavior toward me or others.

By far, the most disgusting location I have ever been in. I am beyond surprised that 7-11 allows this location to call itself a 7-11. It’s a disgrace both inside and out. One would be better off peeing in the woods rather than entering this place and it’s bathrooms. The parking lot and sidewalk in front of this store is ALWAYS full of trash and the restrooms have never been clean. The employees? Rude, unprofessional, and beyond hateful to customers. I will NEVER a step foot in this place ever again.Called corporate and they claim that they don’t even have a location here…7-11 must stink from the top down.

Sad to see a brand new gas station already in total disfunction with management. The taco Laredo employees are either too interested in talking with each other or being on their phones, and the men’s bathroom was a complete disaster first thing in the morning at 930am. Both trashes were beyond overflowing with paper towels all over the floor. There was no toilet paper in the stall. The lid was up and had feces all over it. There was no soap in the dispensers and no hand sanitizer in the dispenser. The paper towel holder was empty. There was dry dirty water and dry soap all over the sink counter. It’s sad when you have to think about the laundry list of issues seen as soon as you walk into the bathroom. The bathroom “clean inspection sheet” posted on the door hadn’t been updated to the current week’s dates and was all old from the previous weeks.Only an additional star because the building itself is brand new. What a shame.

09.23.2022 around 6:15 pm my friends and I went to this 7/11 chose what we wanted to buy and went to the checkout to pay for the purchases we went to different cashiers at the same time the cashier who served me was extremely polite and asked me for my Id answered just as politely that I don't have I'd and said my age ... but the second cashier girl forbade me to sell alcohol then I asked my girlfriend to pay for my purchases since she had I'd but the second cashier is fundamentally so didn’t sell it to my girlfriend ... I was outraged that the cashier spoke to us in a raised voice and did not restrain herself .... I left the store without paying for the purchase, my friend told me that he would help me and went into the store he personally chose the same products, but she refused to sell to him even though a friend had I'd at that very moment a very drunk young man approached my friend at the checkout and introduced himself as the cashier's brother and began to be rude and threaten !!! we were discouraged and amazed by this fact, we were kicked out of the store and the drunk brother of the cashier got behind the wheel of his car showing us threatening gestures !!! at that very moment, she went out into the street and the cashier showed and warned her brother that he would leave faster, since we already wanted to call the police !!! We consider the cashier's behavior unacceptable and intolerant!!! We ask management to pay special attention to this case!!! please check the cameras and figure it out!!! We consider it unacceptable for this cashier to work in this place!

I didn’t think it could be worse than the one right up the road but you guys took that as a challenge. Well done. You officially are the worst gas station in the whole city. How hard is it to keep a coffee machine functioning? Just close down and let Wawa build a gas station because you just can’t seem to get it

Hardly ever any receipt paper in the pumps, half the pump handles always covered with the red bag, and staff always in the back room when I have to come in to the store for my gas receipt. Oh and in the evenings there are always shady looking people hanging out in front of the store. I'm going back down the street to Racetrak!

When we were getting some stuff at the store. The cashier was mad disrespectful. Her brother I believe he was drunk and grabbed my dads arm trying to find problems or something. I will get it to managers and I will complain about this behavior. I will call the police and and check the cameras.

I really wanted coffee, but unfortunately it tastes like water and there were no lids that fit the cups so I didn't purchase it. I turned a corner on one of the aisles to find half the floor in the store was very very wet due to mopping. NO WET FLOOR SIGNS ANYWHERE. I almost fell. Looks like a newer store, but needs new management.

It's all ways something , they coffee but no sugar they have sugar but no cream they have all but no lids. And laredo taco is nasty. It has no flavor. Also the paying system is always down. Just close it and make it a anytime fitness

The bathroom, at least the men's one, was disgusting. Didn't look like it had been cleaned in days. Notified the attendant and he seemingly didn't care, nor make an effort to clean it. No apology or anything, just a "yea, ha, I haven't been in there yet this morning."

Went there last night and the blonde girl in charge was very rude, her attitude towards me and other customers was bad. Hope they could get associates that really want to work

I have tried to get tacos 5 times now. If it isn't employees fighting or not having taco shells its some rude i mean the rudest employees acting like its a Inconveniene that im there trying to spend money.

Slurpee machines never seem to be working. Soda fountain not working. Restrooms have no soap, no sanitizer, no paper towels. I wouldn't dare eat anything prepared by the employees

I recently moved to the area and I was excited to see this 7/11 was going to open. This is by far the WORST 7/11 I have ever been to. The place is always dirty, the employees are rude, and just as dirty. This place is a disgraced to the community. I have no idea who owns this place but, they should have never opened.

Bad. Understaffed so took forever to get food. Once I finally got it, the food was bone cold. Had to throw it out and find breakfast elsewhere
