Need new store manager and district manager.Every week they put out coupons to entice customers to shop on Saturday. Then they refuse to honor the coupons. Nearly every day the prices on shelf don’t match what they charge you. Nearly always clutter and I stocked merchandise in aisles.File a complaint with attorney general and federal trade commission if they refuse to honor their coupons or prices.Then they want to make you the problem when they won’t honor their coupons or prices. I have tons of documentation showing they won’t honor their price or coupons especially if you don’t push the issue until they honor it.

I was the store Manager for almost 2 years and then they came in and bullied me out of my position, I have never received a reprimand for anything at all!! I worked myself helf to death 90+ hours a week, and as soon as I had a family emergency and my mother in law was in a coma I was trying to balance both the store and hospital visits. Knowing that I had these stressful events happen they used that to bully be out of my store and then out of the company completely. My entire life was turned upside down in a heartbeat and they do not care, as long as they can pay someone else a lot less than me to run the store right back into the ground!

No doubt the WORSE Dollar General I have ever entered. Store aisles are always jammed with inventory carts while shelves are close to empty. Staff is rude and arrogant! Prices at the register NEVER match what is displayed on the shelf the item is chosen from! Mention that the price is incorrect and staff gets an attitude with you. On a recent visit, I purchased 12 items. Ten of the twelve items were rung up at higher rates than shelf display.Talked to mutual shoppers at this store and ALL say it has happened to them! Very sad when your customers are run off because they bring it to the attention of the Assistant Manager! I hope someone in the Corporate Office sees this post and would like to see the documentation! Changes need to be made immediately.

Worst Doller General there is. Prices are marked wrong. Stock in the isles not on the shelves. Dirty. Self check out does not work 90% of the time. It was put in cash and cards Now you can't use cash!! Store hours change daily. Some times 8 to 9, could be 8 to 7. Depends if they can keep anybody to work. This is the town grocery store and needs to be redesigned. But that will do no good because they can't keep any stock or employees to stock on the shelves. A total disaster. The store in Gretna serves a bigger population and is better stocked and run. Go there!!

There was a bit of a mix-up with the prices on the marked down items however we found a resolution and got everything back on track....I definitely enjoy the deals here at this location they seem to have the best deals. I definitely enjoy their magic table as this is where most of the best deals are typically found here. Overall a much better experience than a few of the previous visits.

Polite and fast cashier and workers. Always stocked up and has a great variety to chose from in all sections of the store. Needs some tidying up every now and then but it is a good spot to shop.

Nice clean well stocked store.Location is very easy to get into and back on the road.Sales associates (cashiers) were very friendly and helpful every time I've shopped at this location.Also have propane cylinder exchange.

Terrible customer service!!!! I didn't appreciate the cashier lieing by telling me that the men's restroom was the only one open because there wasn't a key to the women's restroom. While waiting in the excessively long line outside the men's restroom the cashier unlocks the women's restroom for someone else. If I lived in this town I would drive a town over if I needed to shop to avoid this terrible service!

You should have a zero option. It's the worst DG I have ever been to. Dirty, unorganized, products with expiration dates still on the shelf and literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The district manager should fire all this store's employees and start over especially the employee named Lindsey!

Good ole Dollar General..or as we call our store, the Greensboro Mall! Pretty much whatever you need, you will find. Rarely disappoints. Seems standard that they're all pretty dirty, but when it's an emergency, you just need to overlook that detail.

Worst ,dump of a dollar general I have ever been to. The service there was horrible. The store was very dirty and unorganized. anyone that who is working there today needs to be fired and that store needs to be shut down there is bugs everywhere gnats flies. I could not believe that a Dollar general would even let a store get this bad

Great stop whenever I'm in the area! Courteous staff, had most of what we needed, just no pint size milk. Gotta stay stocked on those travel sizes.
