This place is so much more personable than going to a larger, retail pet store chain. They say hi, offer your dogs treats if you allow, and actually try to help! Also like the selection, as they seem to have some higher quality products available.Personally drive out of my way to come here...keep up the good work!

This place is my favorite shopping place for my pets. Sure, I could buy the smae stuff for the same price on Chewy.or Amazon, but what really sets this place up is the great customer service.Always friendly and willing to accept multiple coupons. Most of the time they beat Chewy prices with their coupons.Highly recommend!

They are great here! Gene took so much time to help us find the right food for our ailing dog. He listened and made sure to point us in the right direction (which was a big help since they carry so many kinds of food). Great and friendly staff all around!

Seriously the staff here is awesome! They will price match other stores!! And of course it's easy to save if you have their frequent shopper card. They have bulk feed for birds, and rodents. I always get our rabbit pellets here because I save $$ using the bulk bins! Only store around that has them. They have fish, and adoptable kitties, and a grooming area in the back. They also feature regular events in support of adoptions and low cost vet services!

I come to this store all the time for my pets needs but today was pretty different...I think I have met one of the most nicest person ever. Sylvia was AMAZING. She was VERY knowledgeable, friendly and beyond polite. She made the visit great I even picked some new food for my dog all because of Sylvia and even found some awesome new treats. She is definitely a great assest to this store and I look foward to seeing her in my next visit. Thank You Sylvia!!!!

Nice clean store, very pet friendly and knowledgeable staff to answer any questions. Good selection of foods, toys and supplies. Prices on some items a little high but most items priced average. Store will have good sales seasonally.

Very disappointed, we were shopping for numerous items for our new adopted puppy, after asking about dog crates I was told they would price match PetSmart as long as I had the same size crate on my phone...so my wife and son picked out a bed, toys, collars, harness, bones, etc. I helped them pull down the box. They bring the crate to the register, and the same girl who promised to price match it spoke to a guy to get him to approve the price match at the register, he comes out of the office and says "No, we only match the same brands" ... Well many things are house brands and these were exactly the same items, its a cage, wire with a plastic bottom. He refused to price match when the other employee already offered to do so. I had never even asked about the price match it was offered to me when I mentioned the size I had picked out and showed it on my phone, which was half the price at PetSmart. So feeling very dejected we dicided to leave all our new items and purchased nothing. Very bad customer service. We spent several hundred dollars the next day at PetSmart, where the people were much more customer service oriented.

Cheap and nice selection. Hard to find or see unless you know it is there diento layout of the plaza , staff were nice and helpful. Will be back for more fish and supplies - hope they stay in business for a long time.

Great variety for small critters. Way too expensive. The food i buy regularly at wal mart for rabbit and mice 5.98 for 4 lbs. Here its 9.98 3lbs. Same quality.

The folks at this store order cat litter and cat food that they don't stock. The prices are much better than Set Stupidmarket and the employees here always call me to tell me either the order is in or that it's been delayed. Can't ask for better service or prices.

I get my cats hair cut with hope. While her prices have gone up quiet a lot over the years shes still the best priced that I've found and shes very quick and courteous.

I have to take care of 5 parrots. They only eat 1 kind of food & it has to be a specific size. This store usually has 1 or2 of this specific bags. They sell almoast everything on the planet.

Didn't know this service existed and on a Sunday, no less.....was able to bring my 2 puppies in for their shots....line wasn't long at all....they moved fairly quickly. I will continue to bring my dogs here for their vaccinations.
