I had the best experience. It winn Dixie today I've ever had. I was in line this lady didn't have quite enough Money she had 2 little kids with her and told the boy to put the strawberries back. He said don't worry. I got it he took care of the rest of the bill and Have a nice day. I said that was so sweet. He said just doing my duty. God says love thy neighbor. thank you so much Ian For making my day.

If I could I would give them zero a stars because I come in here once a month ever since I moved in of last year to get my groceries and my meat and some other things for me and my kids cuz I'm a single mom full of groceries to check out and self-checkout and today did these young ones decided to tell me that I could not that I needed to go through a regular line even though it was not marked 10 items continue to argue with me a customer that was about to drop at least $500 plus in the store on food and other items but no so I walked out and I'm so sorry that you have to put up all of my groceries because you did not want to let me use stuff check out because I like to ring up and bag my own stuff I have every right to do that and if you wanted to stand there like the normal self out check girl does you could have to watch me ring up everything I wasn't trying to steal I'm a honest person called to get corporates number and they said it so fast that we could not understand anything. But maybe you 5 people working could have stood there with me to watch me instead you wanted to cause a seen so I walked out . Because of what. Exactly? No one can answer my question no one complained so what was the point in all that . ???? Really . Quite ridiculous just as bad as Walmart. I've never had a problem until today I've been going to the store for over a year now carts full of groceries and never encountered an incident like I did today you guys should be ashamed of yourselves period ....

Always nice staff, will help if ya need anything. Always ask if you need help finding anything. Just got asked today as I was being very indecisive on what to get for dinner, they helped by telling me the best options for what I was looking at. Also got some fresh cut strawberries and they're so sweet and yummy😋

I always find good markdowns in the deli. The bogos & reward points are helpful. You get reward points for liquor store purchases as well, and the prices are good, and it's well stocked.

Just went shopping and they have every self checkout open and 0 real people checkout lanes open, stop being cheap and cutting jobs. If I wanted to check myself out I would have applied for cashier I will just shop at Publix pay the extra money to help keep people employed. Shame on you Winn Dixie!!!!

I don't go there much anymore as everything except their meat is overpriced and the winndixie 5 miles up in fleming island has 4x times more selection and different items this store doesn't have.It gets the job done if you need to do some heavier shopping then a Dollar General can provide but if I'm gonna do a normal shopping run, I drive the extra 10 minutes up the road to the other winndixie, walmart or publix.This store needs to get bigger and offer the same selection the Fleming island store offers.

I vowed to my family that this is my last visit to this Winn Dixie or perhaps any. I don't mind traveling farther for our groceries, they'd be cheaper anyways. It never fails that when you visit this location, along with their other locations, and get multiple items that at least one item's price will not match what it rings up for on the register. However today just was the best yet. I went in for 3 items. One didn't even have a price tag on the shelf and the other 2 were off. A yellow table tag marked 7.49 for a cake rang up for 7.99. Not horrible but still employee incompetence or management lack of attention to detail. Then toilet paper marked 10.49 on the shelf was 13.49 at the register. I don't bother to point these out to the child behind the register because the company doesn't empower them to give a credit, they must go through Congress to adjust it. So in conclusion, I'm done with this store, it was fun. I guarantee the store won't respond to this nor management reaching out to me to correct it. Plus I shouldn't have to bring it up to so called management at the store (which I'm sure that's what their response would be if they take the time to do so) because you have employees that should be monitoring this for you, not the customer that pays your salary....toodles!

Placed an order online for grocery delivery. The scheduled delivery time was between 4:00 and 5:00 p.m. at 5:30 p.m. we were still getting calls from the doordasher regarding substitutions. At 6:45 p.m. I decided to just cancel the order all together. It took three calls to their Indian call center to get it handled. I tried calling the store directly and was told that they could not help me since it was an online order. Never again!

This Winn Dixie has gotten so bad! It's like a glorified dollar store. I try not to go there. The Manager Mike is horrible. They can't keep good help because of him. I've come in contact with him several times, and he's always nasty.

I've been a customer of Winn Dixie most in Pinellas County Florida since the 70's and they ALWAYS had the best meats, bakery, deli , produce etc and overall store prices in town. Now even though prices have skyrocketed , they've managed to keep pricing down so I can still get a meat , a little produce and something from the bakery. The deli prices are too high but that's everywhere.

I went in there today in an awful mood. There was the absolute sweetest, kindest person working the deli and it seriously changed my whole day.Management if you see this- her name is Kat I think (she came in early on 2/27 to prep food "with extra love") and she deserves a raise.

I drove out to Winn Dixie for an interview at 9am, I walked in and was immediately (and rudely) refused because I was wearing “short pants” in Florida, in the middle of August. The lady I spoke to over the phone to set up my interview was so very nice and didn’t inform me of a dress code so this was definitely unexpected and upsetting :/ Will not be returning

I am going to start by saying I have mixed experiences with the staff at the checkout lines, typically pretty sub-par within 2 hours of closing.But! I wanted to give a review on the individuals doing the seafood made easy. Those meals have been the freshest, best-prepared meals that I've seen any chain doing and I have been buying them constantly since I discovered them. Recently, an employee by the name of Melissa at the seafood made easy station made my experience gold. I didn't know you could request ones, and though she was busy she made time for me and made some excellent ones. She had a great attitude and was very nice. Super appreciative of that. It's the little things that make me drive a little further to go here instead of Walmart.

It’s sad that customers that shop in store have to park nearly a 100 yards away to their car, while lazy customers that shop online doing pick up get to sit in their car & get handicap or VIP parking privileges less than a few feet from the entrance. Ridiculous that I seen an old lady have to struggle to find decent parking walking this far out. This is from a customer that has no issues parking out of the way. It’s just incredibly inconsiderate of management that even their employees disagree with the situation of the common customers that visit.

Love the convenience of location and store but the pharmacy sucks. Constantly losing prescriptions or mis leading when ready. Seems to me and others that they need more help. I just informed them I'm done with them and heading for Publix for all prescriptions.

I don't often shop at this Winn-Dixie but it was along my way and I had my list so in I went. The store is well kept, well stocked, and well lit. I like bright places to grocery shop. The staff were really friendly. I was able to quickly find everything I needed and check out was a breeze. I couldn't be happier. Thanks WD.

Winn Dixie has been a favorite for 40+ years. I remember all the great deals over the years that helped me keep food on the table, lunch boxes full ,holiday meals and being open when I forgot something and still todayThis store is doing its best to keep the prices down.

Not all Winn-Dixie are created equal... second best in the area... close to work ... shop and eat from the hot bar a few times a week out of convenience... friendly staff puts this right up there with Lake Asbury!

I really want to love this store. It's the closest grocery store to me and the prices are great so I go here all the time, but this store is ridiculously understocked about 70% of the times I go. I'm not talking about abnormal or niche ingredients either, because that is understandable. Most of the time it's fresh basil. Out of the 20 or so times I've gone to get basil (I make a lot of marinara), they've had it maybe 8 times. I was there yesterday and I needed lentils, spinach, and ground sausage for a soup. These are typical things you can find at any store, and they were out of all 3. Don't go here if you have a specific recipe you're following or you'll find yourself either having to get creative on the fly or leaving and going to the Publix down the road when they inevitably don't have the common ingredients you need.
