I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Ashley Carter, the Store Manager at my local Walgreens, and I must say that her performance exceeded my expectations in every way. Julian in the pharmacy was a life saver! Called 15 minutes before closing and he was still able to get my prescription after another Walgreens told me it would be ready and then didn't even have it in stock

Called x3 when I get a phone technician not in my store they are the best ,refusing to ..connect my to my pharmacy just because I want to speak to my pharmacy yhey got mad n put my call angry with me n didn't connect me 5 calls later I googled it n did my self angry

Do not get your medication here. The pharmacy staff is generally unhelpful and rude. When switching to another medication that wasn't covered by my insurance the lady behind the counter simply laughed at me without offering any kind of help. (Use GoodRX if your insurance won't cover medicine) because these vultures do not deserve your money; save every penny and find a better pharmacy.

Beware! They will steal your money! I purchased a "at home Covid test" and was not told that I had to download an app on my phone to get the results. I didn't know this until I got it home and read the back of the package. I tried to get a refund because I cannot use it and they refused to refund my money! They could have fair warned me! I will never shop there again and will tell the world about how crooked they are.

I've always had a great experience here. The ladies in the beauty dept. Are great and have even given me make up tips. Very helpful employees. The store it typically clean.

A chain is only as strong as its weakest link and unfortunately they have recently hired some horribly lazy employees. There are some minimal expectations I have when spending my money and I would at least like a hello, smile and thank you. Get rid of a few bad apples and we will shop there more often.

Customer service is terrible here especially towards ppl of color. Hilary and Michael should be fired or retrained. I started shopping somewhere else where iam valued as a customer.

Went to pick up my prescription the lady working the cash would not accept the GoodRx price which was 16+dollars there price came to 43+dollars this is not right I am an 82 year old Veteran living on Social Security will not be doing business with this store again
