Rec'd inferior product, was not "100% satisfied" (not even 1% satisfied) but Pet Clever refused to allow me to return the product because I was "the only customer who was not satisfied" (more likely: the only person to foolishing purchase this product.). They did offer me "a big discount on (my) next purchase". Customer service was very poor - doubt they're actually responding from USA because their English is awful and products are made - and shipped from! - China. Buyer Beware! UPDATE: After many emails to the company, threatening to post bad reviews of them, they finally honored their "100% Satisfaction Guaranteed / Money Back Guarantee". Shouldn't of had to go through all that - will never deal with them again.
