We got to a point where our elderly mini poodle (Zelda) would not let us clip her nails or clean up her face, and she would get very grumpy/snappy at us. Meg was so kind and gentle with Zelda that she was even able to flip Zelda on her back for grooming! That was something we had not been able to do in several years, I think that really sold Meg for us that she was able to get Zelda to trust her to be able to do that. Zelda has passed now, but we have Robby (Russell terrier/shih tzu mix) and he has really dark nails and big eye brows. We tend to get Robby's nails clipped at a grooming salon since I'm afraid of making him bleed, but it is so common for other people to do the same...so back to Meg we go to get his grooming and nails done! It's a small hike every time (coming from Jacksonville to Green Cove Springs, so ~45 minutes each way) but it's been so worth it since I don't have to worry and I know Meg will take care of the pups. We've been really happy with Meg every time and she's really set the standars for us regarding grooming and handling the animals.

Meg did a great job with our corgi's nails and hair cut. He had difficulty with nail trims in the past, but Meg knew how to handle his anxiety. She gives the dogs complete one-on-one attention and our boy came home looking, smelling, and feeling great! We'll definitely go back to her for his next visit.

Meg is so good at what she does! She loves our pets, and it shows! I feel really safe leaving them with her and everyone is always happy and much better smelling when I pick them up. Plus the cute little bows and bandanas 😍😍😍!
