Very disappointed that they wouldn’t blow up two helium balloons for my son’s birthday just because I didn’t purchase them at their store. I had every intention on paying for them blowing up the balloons. They have the helium machine however, they lock customer service.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. The store has made a huge turn around since the beginning of the year. They even have some good icecreams there now for only $5 ! Being the closest store to a lot ,i see they get busy a lot of times im in here but they always seem to keep lines moving so i can checkout pretty quick. Im thankful they didnt close down for good,they are a main store for us in the area.

This store is unbelievably clean and organized. I can't say this about most locations at Dollar Tree. Corporate should take direction for whoever is running this store and implement it into the entire national system. Love this location!

I am a fan of dollar tree and usually enjoy the crafts. However, I visited the Green Cove Springs Dollar Tree on Friday and was treated extremely rudely by the checker. I was appalled when I decided not to purchase one item when she told me I would have to put it back where I got it if I didn't want it. No matter where you work, I believe you should always be cordial to the customers. Hoping she was just having a bad day!

I visited my daughter and I shopped at this Dollar tree when I went into store it was really clean nice people was polite and I really love shopping at a place like ideas without running through mess in the store I really love shopping here I'm from Little Rock Arkansas and I will be back

WARNING!!!! 1.25 tree should now be named dollar plus on some items because they can sell $5 ice cream on the same shelves that say $1.25. Not a price on the item until you have got your daughters hopes up and are at the register and get sticker shock.

Update: I still love Dollar Tree even though everything is now $1.25. In fact, their crafting aisle makes my wreath business possible. Old: You have to love The Dollar Tree even though it's now a $1.25. I found a great birthday card, tissue paper for the gift, frisbees for my dogs along with 2 stuffed dog toys, stuff to make a ribbon heart wreath, and more. The total was just over $20. How can you beat that?

The employees were very polite, friendly, and engaging. The shelves were stocked adequately and I could easily find what I needed. Every visit I had at this location was quick and my check out time was speedy as well. Definitely pleased with this location. At the time of my visit, I believe they may have had some roof damage from Hurricane Irma because they had leaks in the ceiling. But that was neither here nor there in regards to my visit.

CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE is posted on the doors as of April 29th, 2022People working there were always friendly. The store has had some issues with stocking, which I assume is because, like every other retail business right now, they cannot get help. This maybe the reason they are closed. I hope they reopen soon.

Nice people. Cool stuff for only a Dollar. It's truly amazing what u can buy for a Dollar in this store. Other stores charge 2 to 4 Dollars for the same item. The store is always clean and orderly. I always have enjoyed my shopping experience in this store. Thanks for all ur hard work employees of this store. Keep up the good work and see u again soon.

This location is ALWAYS closed! Either corporate needs to seriously investigate this store, or it needs to be closed FOR GOOD! Seems like the workers are just making excuses to keep the store closed and get paid for doing nothing! You get paid to work, not sit on your cell phone!

Nothing against this store specifically but it is so awkward to shop in silence. They say corporate doesn't let them play music. Very friendly staff and well stocked compared to others. Corporate is keeping this location from getting that last star tho. Late night shopping with only a few people in the store feels creepy.

Horrible customer service from a young male worker. I came in and he was the only cashier working. He did not acknowledge me when I walked in nor during check out. I asked him to ring my gift bag carefully he completely ignored me. Then at at the end he just gave me my receipt, no "have a good day" or anything THEN TOLD me not asked me to put up my shopping basket. I said "Can you please" he said no ma'am. I told him "thank you" and walked out. I have NEVER been told by a cashier to put up my own shopping basket and he was very rude and not a gentleman!!! I will not be coming back to this location, I will goto the one in Middleburg. Don't take out your attitude on poor customers!!

I come here a lot on my breaks at work. They're pretty organized and usually friendly. They don't usually say so much unless you approach them first, but definitely a good place to just casually shop.

This is the best of the $$$stores! Everything is a dollar! Today I needed a few things...Awesome spray cleaner, a birthday card (.50), and a tube of antibiotic cream. Impulse buying found me a box of cream puffs, and frozen banana bites and a really pretty patterned scarf. Each of these items cost significantly more at other discount stores.Friendly sales staff, too. Actually a small town gathering spot

Don't have as much as a variety as other dollar trees in Clay County. Too many empty shelves. Coolers doesn't work right and a lot of the shelves in the cooler are empty.

I go here everyday after school,today there was this rude employee shera??or Yvette I think there was both of them yeah and I kept asking them do you know where the toys are and they kept saying in the 5th aisle but I didn’t see it

The young guy that is a manager there been there a long time well past couple of times he has been very rude other customers were saying he was rude also I don’t think I’ll be back shopping there again if he’s still there he is a very poor manager with a awful attitude. Do not like him at all

One of the messiest D/T stores I've been in. Poorly stocked shelves, low inventory, dirty storefront and interior. Not sure where this stores hiring pool is from, but needs new management.
