If I could give 0 stars I would. None of the employees have masks on but, there is a sign on the door saying masks are required. Shelves are bare. Some shelves are just messy. There are boxes everywhere and very hard to get around. A person in a wheelchair would not be able to shop here. The clothes isle I couldn't even go down the it because, there were box carts and boxes down the entire isle. I use to work at a dollar general. The isles are suppose to be clear at all times. I will not be going to this store again. I will try the dollar general on highway 17 hopefully they are better.

Good place to go if you need to get something really quick, but other than that this place is the worst. If you bring your kids in they will follow them to see if they are stealing, and whenever you go to pay the cashier doesn't even look at you or what she is scanning. In Conclusion, this place is only good for a quick stop!

Every time I visit DG, the experience is smooth and friendly, but this time, I was extremely impressed!! One of the managers took the time to stop and talk with my 87 yr old Daddy! Not only did she listen to his war stories, but she commended him and thanked him for his service! I got in the car and cried!! When I get to stop back by, I will be getting her name and sending a very long thank you note and a compliment to cooperate! Thank you so much! You have NO IDEA how much your interaction meant to my Daddy AND to myself!! 😭💚

Dollar general is local and convenient but doesn't have enough supply and there's a very good chance you will find what you need most is always out of stock or all gone same day truck arrives or sits in a box for days sometimes more but it's close by

This place has went to hell in the last year. Always long lines. Trash and grocery carts fill the parking lot and greet you as you walk up to the doors. Seems the employees want to smoke cigarettes more than to wait on their customers. Which if they get all those smoke breaks why can't they pick up the trash

I reviewed this store about a year ago but have since changed phones and email addresses and evidently my opinion as well. The manager here is rude and disrespectful. They also don't let anyone use their restrooms even though there isn't anything wrong with them. I could go on and on. They have definatly lost my business. The other one on 17 on the other hand is great!

My dear God! Have been there a couple of times, and there are always boxes on top of boxes in most of the isles, and some shelves are empty. In the clothing section, there are clothes and shoes all over, and on the floor. It is sad that most Dollar General stores I have been to in the past year, look as this one does. I used to shop a Lot at DG, but the mess they have now,, makes it impossible to find what you are looking for. 😔

During the cvoid-19 crisis of hoarders. I went to 4 different stores looking for huggies little movers size 4 all other stores sold out. But when I went here the staff had a shipment of boxes and asked if I needed assistance they dug through the boxes and found me diapers and even sanitizer. Very helpful and pleasant people.

This stores new manager Amanda or Amy she is a doozy. Be careful she will kick you out of her store permanently if you say anything about the EMPTY SHELVES or the credit card machine. BEWARE HER HUSBAND SITS IN THE PARKING LOT AND WILL JUMP OUT HIS TRUCK AND CURSE YOU OUT WHEN YOUR CHILD IS WALKING WITH YOU OUT OF THE DOLLAR GENERAL STORE TO YOUR CAR.

This store needs a change. The shelves are not being stocked properly. They need employees to help stocking and cashiers. The line to check out is 15 minutes or more every day.

I pretty much come here at least once everyday. This store is my quick pick up last minute, spot. Im familiar with all the staff, who extremely helpful and engaging.

Good selection of merchandise. Prices seem good and fair. Service was very good. Answered all my questions and helped me find what I was looking for. Some things seemed out of place or random. A little disorganized, but that was my only concern.

The people who work here are very helpful. Since the beginning of 2019 they have hired some brilliant people to work for them. Some of these people include Candace, Jonathan,Robert,Rodrick,and Laura and every other employee that works there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Went in here quickly because it's close to work and we needed some fruit punch. They didn't have what I was looking for but I found something. Its always kind of a disaster in this location. Stuff everywhere.

Store has become an unruly mess; shelves often unorganized and understocked. Staff is unhelpful and rude if asked for assistance. Food has been left to rot in broken freezers on more than one occasion. Much better off going to the franchise on the other side of Green Cove or the location headed towards Palatka.

The lady at the checkout counter was checking me out and suddenly she coughed which is bad enough but she coughed directly into her hand and then immediately took the hand and started counting my change out. This is bad enough social behavior in normal times but now it's totally unacceptable.

I feel like the lines is too long they should have another cashier in the front you have other workers just walking around looking picking up things when they should be watching the lines as well

Most pathetic store I've ever seen I just got here from North Carolina 2 weeks ago and I'm 55 years old and they're always asking me for my ID to buy a beer on top of that yesterday I bought cat food and when I got home it wasn't in the bag but it was too late for me to go back out cuz I'm disabled so I asked the manager today which is also the same person that ring me up yesterday she wouldn't even look me in the eye and just said she doesn't know anything about it I have nothing unpack except my cats and a few things I would know if I had my cat food

This location has gone downhill so quickly. It's very messy and disorganized and shelves are hardly stocked. It's a disaster.

They never have anything in stock. Instead, all of the aisles are obstructed by pallets worth of product that need to be put on the shelves. This probably has to do with the fact that Todd Vasos is a sleazy conman and will only squeeze out enough of his $36M to pay one employee to work at a time in the smaller stores. Go to the one on 17 instead.
