Where is the old crew?!?! Only about 2 of this new crew is friendly, the rest are rude as can be! Prices ain't ever right, have to correct them on their sale signs and Prices where the item was placed and not just one item as if was put in the wrong place, then they get a attitude and argue with you, the customer about the correct.price. including the new manager. Items on the clearance shelf never ring up clearance and their not going to correct it. Guess for now on I'm making the further trip to the next one.

D.G. Sneads is getting so much better. The aisles are clean and the shelves are stocked. Employees are friendly and more than eager to help.

They pretty much always have what I need here, especially since they added the produce. Whoever is working is usually stretched pretty thin stocking and maintaining the front counter, so since they added the self checkout its a massive improvement. The only thing that is irritating is a lot of times you are waiting in line and no one uses the self checkout cus they are scared of it or buying cigarettes. So if you see it open say Excuse me and go on ahead lol. Overall very solid corner store.

Grand ridge, if i could give 0 stars, in a heartbeat i would. Just called this morning little after opening. (7:30 ish) Wanting to see if they had drinks in stock for the weekend. (4th july) I called 4 times. Grand ridge. 4 times. Does anyone work here? I know the store is open at 7am. It doesn't seem like it. Last time I went, the manager was rude and didn't seem to care that she even worked there. that was 3 months ago. I should have called the DM but I wanted to give them a second chance. However, this second chance of people being too lazy to awnser a phone call, they won't get my business again. Good thing that Sneads had everything I needed stocked.

The Dollar General in Sneads has definitely had it's ups and downs over the years. However, I have to give them praise right now because I don't think that store has ever been as clean and well stocked as it is now for years. The employees are very polite and so helpful. I have to give kudos to one specific employee there now and that's Chrissy. She is always smiling, laughing, and in a great mood every time I see her there. I stopped shopping at this location for a while for many reasons but I will definitely be visiting that store more often now!

It's nice they have remodeled, now if they would just try to keep the shelves stocked so we can make use of the effort. So far, they're doing such a poor job at that.

Just bought a gallon of milk there. Still had a week in the date. Got it home and it was spoiled. I called them. The lady I talked to was nice and offered a replacement when the next delivery arrives.Edit: Came back the next day, different woman told me there was no note about it, and that I had to bring the nasty, smelly, spoiled gallon of milk back. I was pissed and started to just walk out without the milk, but she told me to take it, though she obviously didn't want to. They need to communicate better. I won't return, and will recommend to others that they avoid the location.

The grand ridge D.G. is cool with me ..I go here almost daily because of convience and prices and the chicks who work there are always smiling and display a positive attitude. This is the decider to me .and these ladies are always friendly and helpful thanks girls

Small. Generally cluttered. District managment must never come by. Typically unfriendly cashiers HOWEVER I have been pleasantly surprised occasionally.
