Me and my husband also children love coming into the store because they are so kind,nice, and friendly people because we love this store and they are so awesome. Keep up the good work

I Love Coming To This Place When I Get Off Of Work Or When I Am On Break Or Just Off in General. The real reason why I love Coming because one of the cashier Justus Is so friendly and sweet but kind also polite. He is very helpful, showed me where I needed to go to find an item I was looking for. Dollar General Is way better than Family Dollar Also Justus Is Very awesome and I love to come in when he be working he would always greet me and my friends from time to time by saying "Hello Welcome To Dollar General!." I love this place keep up the good work

The staff is amazing, however the manager seems to leave alot to be desired. The store is a persistent 90+ degrees, with no sign of being fixed. The manager has a lovely crackhead energy about her, being flighty and well very strange acting. Used to shop here alot, however lately your sweating in 5 mins, and the coolers are always empty because the refrigeration units can't operate under the heat load. They have to remove heat to cool, and with a 90+ external temp they will not function. The store appears to run well , however the staff seem very stressed as they are unable to cool off whilst wearing all black. Did the upper management forget this is FLORIDA, all black and no air is going to lead to danger. All in all I rate 3 stars not for the lower staff, they're awesome, but for the lack of care the store manager demonstrates.

Always, greeted with a smile. Shelves are always stocked or being stock. The workers are always willing to lend a helping hand.Also, if you can't find something, they don't mind taking the time to show you where it is. Or go get it for you Excellent Service, Friendly, Fast, Cozy Atmosphere. Always a PLEASURE TO VISIT NEVER TREATED LIKE A THIEF LIKE THEY DO AT THE FAMILY DOLLAR IN GRACEVILLE

Love my Dollar General store! I also appreciate the store coupons that can be used with my cell phone app. It's easy to save money on every day items, like paper goods, cleaning products, even food. And the have great prices on greeting cards, too! Best of all, it's close to home and saves time and travel. After working all day, who wants to spend 20 minutes driving (one way) to Walmart just to pick up a few items?

I truely like the Dollar General stores. I would appreciate it if the check out person would be more helpful. I just left Graceville Dollar General.....after I checked out I looked up, the checkout person was walking away, my heavily filled bags were dangling on the bag rack. So I was left to finish loading my purchases myself. I would think this is poor customer service. Today wasn't the first time I've had a bad experience at this store.

Prices are good. The low rating is because if one of the associates. She was mean and have to work more in how to talk to the customers. All the other ladies are very nice.

Tempest is nothing short of 5 stars. Her willingness to assist me ,even though she was incredibly busy , was appreciated very much. Her customer service skills are impeccable . She was professional , fast , and fair in the decisions made to correct my problem. Dollar general would be a much better place to visit if more managers would follow her lead. Tempest , thank you for making my dollar general experience hassel free!

Theirs a new face that I have not seen working there before and the cashier name is Justus but he is sweet, kind, and charming also he is very good with customers also he is very helpful but also he is very friendly I hope you all keep him around the store is very clean and I Will keep coming back.

Wish I could work back at dollar General. It was an ok place to work. Enough to bring home to have things taken care of. But husband went there few minutes ago & sign says they are closed. Very strange.

I wonder if they got pumpkin spice creamer. Ive been trying to call but the phone doest ring. I dont feel like driving to dothan or chipley. I like pumpkin spice but not enough to drive that far... Like i might drive that far for some cooter but not pumpkin spice creamer. But today feels so nice out and im feeling pretty basic and some pumpkin spice creamer would really make muh day

They were open just after the hurricane Michael went thru and had employees willing to help customer quickly. Prices were good.Store was a little crowded as far as merchandise was positioned on shelves.

The Dollar Store in Graceville, is friendly and they have great staff! If you're looking for item to have no problem stopping what they're doing and assisting you so I'd recommend it to everyone!

Said they have a 30-day guarantee on cell phones if you didn't like it bring it back says it on their website lady called me a liar that work there I even showed her where it was on their website and she said I'm making it up after she sat there and seen I was right they don't back nothing they say

It has most of what you need in one spot. Like a smaller cheaper Wal Mart without all the stupid crazies lol. Good prices, nice people and clean place.
