Great place to launch your own boat or kayak. Pay $10 for motorized boats and $5 for non motorized boats. We launched a non motorized boat and a kayak. We spent few hours in kayaking. Since it was almost near dusk (during December month), we got a bit of high tide while returning back. So I suggest to return back before dusk if rowing on your own.

It's a decent ramp nice people but waiting a hrs for the bait truck to get there and 10 dollars to launch and another 10 to park .no overnight parking so I'm not sure how you can camp It's 10 in pompano and it's for 24 hours.

This is a nice boat park but on the smaller side. There are numerous water tours going on and not a lot of parking. So get there as early as you can with or without a boat. The bathrooms are nice and clean. If you have a collier county beach sticker it’s free parking - if you don’t have a sticker there is a price to park.Restrooms: CleanPicnic area: a few tables and benches and it’s shaded

This is a great place to visit. We walked on the docks and talked with boaters and fishermen. Some were cleaning their fish and attracting many birds. I got some great bird photos here.

Great county boat park... It was a busy Saturday... Anglers, kayakers, scuba divers... Plenty of parking, boat ramp can handle two boats at a time... Bait/Gift Shop has all the stuff you forgot, fresh bait, cool t's and stuff... Guides & charters available... Open sunrise to sunset... Pavilion with small grill available...

Do Not Use This FacilityAlmost all parking spots are for vehicles with trailers only. Very little car only parking. You won’t find any after all the commercial jet ski activity. Do yourself a favor and avoid this launch. The staff just shrug their shoulders. The Parks and Recreation guy onsite busy playing solitaire on his iPad was also useless.

I guess it's all you need for a boat park. There are bathrooms and a lot of parking (for the size of the boat park...).The boat ramp is wide enough and the view when in the water, is majestic...Restrooms: There's a zig zag ramp to go to the bathrooms. I was there at 8am and they were open ...

Arrived at 7:15 am for our boat tour (see other post) and the place was already starting to buzz with other tours and fishermen prepping for their day. Great spot to launch from. Bait store has the morning essentials if you forgot something last minute. Clean bathrooms for before/after your boat ride. Docks in great condition. Very nice.

We chartered a boat that embarked from here during a family vacation. The staff was friendly and we had a great time overall. The fish cleaning table was unfortunately a little gross and the bathrooms could have been cleaner, but they were there, at least. Also the water bottle filling station was helpful. Be aware of the 10$ embark fee and 10$ parking fee (for non residents)

No overnight parking. Some online sites says to use ramo for Ten Thousand Island Camping. Inaccurate since there’s absolutely no overnight parking also no store or at least not a store with merchandise. Just an empty shop. Bathrooms were clean

PROS: Clean restrooms. The people working there are awesome. Good little store for snacks and drinks. Clean. The tour I left on was awesome. Location for boats to launch.CONS: Everything else. The county needs to rezone this place and add more parking for cars. The "park ranger" is unpleasant. Like...EXTREMELY unpleasant. She was horrible. No understanding. No chance to even try and move. No nothing. Move or be towed, end of discussion. (Thank God for the manager of the store who saved me and gave me a parking spot. I would have been stuck there with my daughter and no way to get home if I'd been towed)There are so many places for boat trailers to park and only maybe ten of them filled up. It's nice to know that the county doesn't care about the tourism that brings in a bunch of money and would rather just issue out parking tickets or ruin people's vacation. So, you have been warned.I understand it's a small island, but the people I met that lived there were just so happy and pleasant. The people who work for the county are just UGH. Or at least that was my experience.

Awesome experience. Captain Janey was knowledgeable and very personable. It was almost like a personal charter, given that the boat was small. We saw dolphins up close, and Cap. Janey made sure that we enjoy the interaction. Highly recommended

Super nice area. Not somewhere I would really kayak from, but jet skis or a boat would be really nice from here. The parking lot has over two dozen long parking spaces. I was able to pull our 26' camper into a single space without a problem. It cost $8 to launch. Which would be well worth it in a boat or jet ski if you didn't know where to launch for free. Not somewhere I'd fish from either. All in all, a really nice place for boats of all sizes too put in for a low fee.
