Family dollar is a convenient Simi grocery store that is in most area & neighborhoods, a place to stop in for any needs instead of going to a full service grocery store. Reasonable prices ( comparable to big box grocery stores & a 1uick in & out convenience.

The efficiency and cleanliness of the store has greatly improved. However there is still a complete disarray in the kitchen ware aisle as well as always derelicts sitting right outside the door asking for hand outs. Also there is a pile of everything at all times on the counter at the 2nd register and the candy section below that all the way across is constantly a disaster

Boxes all over, nothing properly stocked, made my skin crawl when I walked in. They need to hire night stickers and clean the store. I am sure this does not fit the Family Dollar image.

Wake up corporate management at Family Dollar. This store has been on the bad review list for a while. Somebody dropped the ball. This store is a dis race toThe industry. I blame management. That starts with you copirate and trickles den to store manager. I'm surprised it not a drug dealers hub. Get a grin and take care of business.!!!!!!!

You get what you pay for...Update...I've been back to this store and Suzanne has made the store look really nice and a lot more cleaner! Way to go Suzanne! She's a terrific manager! I shop here now instead of the Dollar tree located at Big Bend & highway 301. Ever since Suzanne left that store it looks like a dump. Always nice to shop a clean and organized store!

The store is never clean. Product sitting around on shelves where it doesn't belong. Floors are nasty. Different employees all thr time. Door entrance is so dirty and nasty. Full of germs I'm sure. This store needs a good scrub or a new store. Seems very unsanitary !!

I gotta shop here unfortunately. Once there was a woman and her son covered in blood. Her husband seemed angry. Then I think I saw a dead lady in the parking lot. No. She overdosed but wasn't quite dead....yet.Seems like eyelashes and laundry soap get stolen the most often here. Floors are dirty. Pizza is usually expired. Won't sell stuff on display that's clearly marked tagged and barcoded. Most of the time its a pleasant experience in and out. High turn over rate. Management has changed 3 times in 2 years. Where they go?

Let me start off by saying Family Dollar is my Favorite store... I never write reviews however today had me hotttt... I never spend less than $100 each time I go in there and its several times a month that I am there. Today was so different i couldnt wait to get out of the store nothing on shelves basic needs dish soap,shampoo, soap,etc....Boxes everywhere cant get through isles an this is on going each time however only getting worse not sure if its managment or understaff .. However when staff is outside smoking 5 or more people waiting in line to pay for items it makes you wonder whats really going on? Asked to use restroom but was told no because they were unloading truck but 3 people standing there talking and laughing didnt look to me that they were unloading a truck... I just hope this store gets it together because its close to my home an use to be my favorite store however now I am unsure.

Predijuduce. Close to my subdivision that’s the only reason I come. Always dirty inside, and junky. The staff are not friendly and will walk away from their register and follow you around like you’re a thief when there are others in the store but because you’re black, it’s different. 🤷🏽‍♀️.

This Store is Scary!!!! The floor is always disgusting, filthy well the whole plaza is Dirty and the Post Office next door is not the best. A lot of people high or homeless and Drunk.... they really need this area cleaned up or torn down severely

Under new management. Store looks better than before. Shelves being stocked daily. Since there is another new manage the store has gone down hill. New manager is rude. Store is trashy

It is what you expect from a Family Dollar. It has basic groceries, household items, personal toiletry, shirts.. It's incredibly dirty/dingy. It is an older style Family Dollar though that's not an excuse.

This place is a mess and disgusting i only came here become walmart was a lil far today its dirty and staff is not worth the money your paying them dont wast ur time coming here unless your a junky wont be coming back you lost my business

Never answers phone even after calling straight for 2 to 3 hrs.When your on oxygen it's hard to just jump in car and go there to see if they have something in stock you need or want.
