This place is slowly going downhill. The prices are all over the places. Items I bought last year for a buck are now 3 dollars. . . And they have a scanner because things are not priced correctly. Very disappointing.

Used to be a great store, but now the shelves are always empty. I was told by one of the workers they don't put enough people on the shift to stock the shelves. It's crazy that the prices went up, but they don't want to pay people!!

Absolutely disgusting. I asked to use the restroom, I was appalled the door was locked. I am also contacting the County Health Department and Dollar Tree Corporate. This is not from one day, this is actually an accumulation of neglect. Says a lot about the staff.

After calling this being my third store finally someone answer the phone 48 hours later in reference to a simple question!JAMIE J YOU ROCK!!!!Very disappointed with the store at 301 and boyettee when asking for the manager three different times they hang up the phone. Anita let’s pick up the slack with your employees please very gut wrenching.!

The management at this store needs to be replaced. For the last 6 months every time we enter this store the majority of shelves are completely empty. Literally entire isles are empty.. It's like they do not restock at all. I went today for balloons and guess what.. there are none 🙄 and they don't have helium either. This store is a complete waste...

Brian!! I see him working all the time. He is always super charismatic and helpful. Today I came in to buy balloons, and I needed a box for a weird sized birthday gift. He went out of his way to find me a cardboard box. He didn't have to help me, but he did, and I appreciate that so much!! If he hasn't gotten a raise recently, he should. Thanks again Brian!

The store is always clean and the employees are friendly. The store is also very well stocked with items you are looking for. The freezer food items may pleasantly surprise you. I highly recommend the vegetarian meatballs and the vegetable patties! I can't wait to go back and stock up.

This Dollar Tree has some of the most happiest and friendiest employees. I'm like who are these people ☺️ I love getting my essentials there. I don't go to this location often but I was in the area. I do live my candles...Lol... The will stay lit for three days. I also love that you can order your items online and pick it up at your favorite location.

Just made a quick stop to pick up a couple goodies, and the best part was seeing Bryan, the friendly, hardworking young man who holds down the fort in the evenings. It is very evident that the staff at the Gibsonton store works very hard to keep the store at it's best. Love shopping here and love my banter with Bryan!

Great store to buy items to give as gifts within a budget. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. I go there after work and the night manager and his staff are very friendly. They are always stocking the shelves and making the store look clean.

This is a newer store, so the big upside is that it comes across as very organized and very clean in comparison to some other Dollar Trees. The only reason why it did not get 5 stars is that when I went to get a balloon the other day they were out of helium. To me, that is just one of those things that management needs to plan better for.

The manager at this location is very rude my mom went in there today 8/10 looking for a set of dishes my mom asked her to call another store to see if they have them in stock she replied I cant my cell phone broke so my mom asked her to call on the store phone her reply was I cant cause I dont know the number and like I said my cell phone broke so I cant google the #. This is unacceptable as a manager role your job is to help the customer as much as u can not woosh them off because u dont wanna do your job. She is always rude to customers when they ask her to help with something if u dont wanna work it's simple get another job.

Stores that provide customer service like the morning team at this store is why I don't feel bad that self checkout is taking away jobs from cashiers the young blonde lady was extremely rude when I asked her if someone could check us out ya know do their jobs I would normally wait but a line was forming and there was no employee in sight you would think with that increase in price they could speak to people a little better I won't be back to this dollar tree

This is a newer store. My first time here. Very good selection. Parking and entrance and exiting are not real good. Store is in a good location and definitely worth the trip.

The day manager Crystal does not have any customer service skills.Im begging her to use restroom the door clearly states ask manager for entry to the restroom which I understand why the area is Methville so make sure you lock your cars.She argued back and forth with me while I'm bout to pee on my self instead of making time to help me she simply refused to acknowledge my poor incontinence.Then when I finally do get in by the grace of God!The restroom looked like it has not been tended to in weeks!Sure sucks for such a new location.Corporate please adress these issues...

Great store and clean. It does have a frezzer section. I'm looking for a Dollar Tree that has a large art supply. I went to a large Dollar Tree in Clearwater that had many large bottles of craft paint. Does anyone know of a Dollar Tree with similar supplies in Tampa. None in Riverview, Brandon, or Gibsonton do. I have frequented them all.

you can find alot of stuff that you wouldn't ever think they would have at a dollar tree i mean for real had i not seen the stuff myself i probably wouldn't believe it if someone told me i would of though ether there messing with me or ya if they do its probaly like a real cheap generic or that ya may be in the small travel sizes but no like i got make-up from there though for that price doesn't hurt to try and it wasn't much diffrent then the expensive stuff and i normally break out if i use cheap make-up and i didn't so ya everything from kitchen stuf to school supplies and cleaning goods hair products just to much to name it all this review is already did long no one will probaly read it muchless if i keep naming things they have and the staff is awesome i want to say more but want people to actually read it lol

I found a Frozen 2 book on the shelf and it said that you had to buy the sticker packs separately, so I looked through the whole store to see if I could find them but couldn't. So when I got to the register I asked the lady (Christal) as she was scanning if they happened to sell them and she replies with I can't sell you this. I asked why not and she says I just can't, I have to put this in the office. I was so confused it's on your shelf but yet you can't sell it to me, no explanation and no apology. What store puts item's on there shelf and refuse to sell it to the customer.

The store was clean although some one who was stocking the shelves was rude and asked another man who was shoping to put stuff up for her bc she was short and he was tall that was uncalled for
