I love this vet office!! I've brought in a hamster and a bearded dragon and it's been hands down the best experience. Even though the hamster got some devastating news that she only had a few months to live, we gave her her best life and the vet promised to take care of her when it was time, R.I.P TinaThey go above and beyond here, they freaking 💕 LOVE animals and it shows! I love Geneva, I love this office, let's keep it in business, bring all of your animals here. It pretty much seems like they'll see any animal here as long as it's legal, so bring em on down to your country neighborhood vet clinic and have the experience you'll always cherish, even if you get bad news. The hamster paw prints in the clay made me happy and I got a sympathy card in the mail, this place goes extra and I love it!

I can say one thing I was a vet tech in this whole town when i was younger .. Orlando Florida and Winter Park Florida almost my half my life. I even worked under rob Hess at the Winter Park veterinarian clinic. And I will say one thing, there is no other better than dr david !!!! . in my opinion and many others.As him! He is so appreciated !!!! Words can't describe!

I would like to thank the staff at Geneva Oaks Animal Hospital for your kindness and compassion during a very difficult time! One of the best veterinarian clinics we have ever been to! Very clean, very organized, and all of the staff were very patient and kind with our cats. Dr. Jourdenais took the time to explain everything to us (including our toddler!) and we never felt like we were being rushed or confused. We are excited to be new patients here and look forward to returning in the future!

Dr. David is awesome and so is the staff. I took my 13 year old German Shepherd in because of a nasty cyst and he knew right away what it was, unlike another vet I had seen. An excellent veterinarian! It is already looking better. Thank you Dr. David and staff!

Came in feeling so upset that I couldn't figure out what was wrong with my oldest fur baby. They were quick in putting us in a room. The Doc was sooooo kind to my cat. He was feeling so much better after a few days. So happy he's back to normal.

Dr David Jordanias and his staff are such caring and loving people to their feathery, furry and other assorted creatures patients. We also board our parrot at Geneva Oaks and not worry once about the care he gets while "vacationing" there.

We have been taking our dogs and our African Grey parrot to Geneva Oaks since 2007, which was when we moved to Geneva. The staff is pleasant, professional, and compassionate. Dr. Jourdenais is a wonderful Vet and is so patient and makes one feel comfortable, even when you have a lot of questions. He is most knowledgeable in his field...just truly a wonderful animal Doctor. I recommend him without the slightest hesitation. 5 stars for sure!

Very kind and compassionate Dr and staff. I am new to the area and have a little mini aussie who by nature is untrusting of humans. It took me awhile to find this place but I am so happy I did. Ella, my aussie, actually loves Dr. David and gives him the 'aussie butt wiggle' when she sees him. She has never done that with a vet before!Thank you for taking such good care of my baby girl!

Dr Dave is the best vet!!!! I love coming here. My dog is a rescue dog and he’s an English bulldog. He has too many issues with his health and me and my boyfriend are so thankful that he’s very hands on with Louie. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They are the sweetest.

My husband started going to Dr. Jourdenais 25 years ago since Geneva Oaks also handles exotics like our leopard geckos. Since then, we've taken all of our small animals (dogs and cats) to this office. The staff has always been professional and kind. Dr. Jourdenais has always been thoughtful and has an excellent bedside manner, not to mention spot-on diagnoses and care! We are lucky to have such a facility in our area.

Hands down and without question the best vet practice I’ve ever encountered and I’m EXTREMELY picky. We have mastiffs and a large mixed breed. While we do have human children, we view our dogs as our furry family members too, so we take their health as seriously as we take our own- which is as it should be. A vet we saw prior to Dr. David was negligent and very nearly killed our senior mastiff, but when I called Dr. David for help, he rushed to the rescue. He literally saved my dog from certain death with his quick response, well thought out treatment plan and his huge heart. He came to us during the COVID pandemic, so our 200 pound, very sick giant breed, didn’t have to go through the stress of leaving the house and neither did we- that is compassionate caring at its finest. His prices are extremely reasonable, his staff are amazing and they offer a huge range of services on site- including boarding with large indoor/outdoor dog runs and also grooming. You won’t find a better veterinary practice than Geneva Oaks. Trust me, I’ve looked and nowhere comes close to the consistently wonderful care that our furry family receives from them.

These people were able to do what my previous vet office could not do: treat my cat without drugging him! They allowed me to carry him in uncaged, let him explore the room before being seen, and he completely warmed up to both the vet assistants and the Dr. Affordable pricing. Clean. David Jourdenais is an excellent vet! He is really great with reptiles and he has seen all of my Bearded Dragons, and he has helped them out tremendously each time. He is extremely knowledgeable and very easy going. Also the office is very clean and has a welcoming feel to it. I live about an hour away and it is well worth the drive. This is the only vet I will ever use for my reptiles!

15 years ago a box of puppies were left on this vets doorstep and the doctors put them on Craigslist for the cost of the medicines they used to raise them into healthy 8wk old pups. While that was the only time I was ever in their office or even the town of Geneva for that matter, that dog went on to be my greatest friend and brought me more joy and life lessons than anything I ever could have imagined. Today was his final day on Earth. Thank you to the staff and veterinarians at Geneva Oaks for the best dog ever!

Love him, love the staff ! I have birds, dogs and cats and he has seen and helped them all. When I had to put down my weimaraner this year who was 14 years old the staff and Dr. Dave were very sensitive to the situation. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Jourdenais and his entire staff. He is an excellent vet who cares about you and your pets. He is what his website says, Modern medicine practiced the old-fashioned way.I have taken our dogs and cats to him have never been disappointed. I don't think you will find anyone in Central Florida that will take the time to explain things to you and make both you and your pets very comfortable.

Unfortunately, we would not recommend Geneva Oaks Boarding/Vet to anyone. They are very sweet and kind, but not professional and thorough when it comes to communication regarding your dog. We brought our dog in for 3 days while we were on vacation. He was dropped off with no concerns, but when we picked him up 3 days later, he was lethargic and not walking. We thought he was really tired and upset that we left him (he doesn't get boarded on a regular basis). The owner gave him a quick bath because "he had poop on his butt" which we thought was bizarre. He was handed to my daughter and never walked again. Nothing was mentioned about the fact that he had diarrhea for 2 days and seemed uncomfortable on his backside. He continued to not be well the following day so my husband called Geneva and the office manager said he was fine, not problems at all- this was not accurate I found out 10 days later when he was put to sleep because he was suffering. There is much more to this story, but it is too devastating to write it all here. The saddest part is that our dog is gone after 2 weeks after he stayed at Geneva Oaks due to lack of communication. They have now changed their stories and are accepting no responsibility in his passing. I hope the communication/policies have improved since our loss.

Dr. J is awesome. He's affordable, and only does what he feels is best for your pets. My cat got sick and I took him in to the vet I worked at, and what that vet had me do made my cat worse, so I went to dr. J, and within a week my kitty was back to normal. I trust dr. J and have not a bad word to say about him. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs an affordable vet, who truly cars about you and your pets.
