Went in today to get something and the person behind the counter refused to sell to me because my card didn’t have my suffix of JR on it, despite all of my cards not having this on there. It’s absolutely ridiculous that I couldn’t use MY cards with MY name on them all because the suffix isn’t on them. I don’t care if this is policy, it doesn’t make sense.

I went in to get a pole & I specifically asked it it was a spring pole & the cashier said yes . I bring it home to install it & it doesn’t spin . $300 down the drain

First off the selection was decent and prices seemed fair. My main issue was customers being allowed to video record in the store. It made me feel very uneasy and uncomfortable, I would have shopped longer but since 2 young males were recording with no regard to who was around them I quickly got what I needed and left.

Went there today and it wasn't bad. Good selection and prices weren't too bad compared to other places. Just my personal opinion, but wish the lady that was working there was maybe a little more out going and welcoming. Little more up beat, make it fun to come into the place. It can be awkward for people to go into a place like this and I'm a firm believer one you make them feel welcome and comfortable. But overall not a bad experience. I would go back still.

Very friendly staff. He knew his product and was able to give great info. He posted himself between me and my male friend and our female friend that was with us. Also was good to show her things. He even let us sample some eatables. Which made my friend mouth numb. So that was really funny to watch. And when we was on our way out he even asked us to come back and them know how well their products worked. I was very satisfied with the store and the service when I left.

Today I was not allowed to enter the store. The employee took my temperature and it was high. I don't know if they have any knowledge, but the sun increases the heat on the skin and this can increase the temperature of the skin. It seems ridiculous to me since at the same time one of the employees did not even have a mask.Dear owner - You're wrong. I took my temperature later and it was fine. The temperature her employee took me was wrong. NO EXCUSES

Not a pleasant experience. They make me check my purse took my ID when I came in. That made me feel uncomfortable and a bit insulted. Then I was looking and about to buy something for around $100, I asked if I may use their restroom. ( I have a very small bladder) They denied me. So I did not continue with my purchase and they lost out on a sale. Found the item online for $30 cheaper.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I can only tell you what my experience was and how I feel about this place.I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN!! I feel My products were so old that they either didn’t work when I got them home or fell apart from dry rot!!ALL SALES ARE FINAL NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE!!My experience with management was horrible!! If they rely on me buying anything again they will be out of business! Hopefully that happens soon!!

PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. LINGERIE COMPANY INSTEAD!Every single time (7 times now) I come to this store the staff is rude and unprofessional. They are more concerned with reprimanding you for not following the bag policy than selling you goods. They also touch your personal belongings without your permission and set them under the counter where you can't see them & can't seem to comprehend why that would make you upset.The prices are TOO HIGH. Also, I've bought one thing here and it broke after two uses.Go to THE LINGERIE COMPANY INSTEAD. The staff are knowledgable, nice and the store offers almost the same quantity of stuff but at a better quality, especially in clothing and shoes for a better price.

I would give it a negative star if the option existed. Been going to this shop since they first opened around here never had a problem. I walk-in tonight and get treated like I was a underage teenager tryin to sneak peek. I will take my green cash somewhere else from now on. Just a suggestion to the store manager or who ever you should really try to treat customers especially ones that give repeat business like your not the only store in town cause your not. Just remember that the next time some one that older than the cashier walks in. Very insulting and man on one heck of a power trip your staff is on. If that was my staff they be power walk-in right out the door with a pink slip and no not for a car either.

I went into the store and asked the associate about different kinds of lubes and the associate was Very helpful and knowledgeable. She was very inviting and she made shopping at the store and looking at different kinds of products, lubes, and what not a pure delight the. The Receipt says Liz, so cudos to you for being a great employee.

Terrible experience.First staff asks for ID just to enter the shop.When queried staff lies and says it is state law.Selection is meager, store not very nice., price outrageous,As I was about to cash out, same unpleasant ID female clerk demands I go move my pickup with a Trailer which occupied two spots out of a completely empty parking lot, I was the only client there.When I said I was done and would move it as soon as I left, angry woman said :” well then we can’t sell you anything”.Needless to say I left without a purchase.To be avoided!

I haven't been to the store yet and I already feel uncomfortable about going I called to see if they had what I wanted the gentleman said they had the product so I asked him how much for the product he said unfortunately he couldn't discuss that over the phone then I asked him what does the prices range from he said unfortunately that falls under the same question. I read other reviews about possible price gouging at this store idk how true it is but I don't feel confident about shopping here. I've never heard of any establishment not discussing prices of products over the phone. I was literally headed that way until I read morenreviews and the complaints seems to be the same so it's obvious the store manager or owner haven't rectified the situation so before I spend my money with discomfort I'm going to pass. AS A BUSINESS OWNER MYSELF I HOPE YOU FIND A BETTER STAFF THAT UNDERSTANDS THAT A CUSTOMERS SATISFACTION IS TOP PRIORITY.

Came to this store and the employee refused me service because I have a bend in my ID because I have had it since I was 16. The employee stated because there was a bend in it that my birthday was unreadable which its clear that you can see. I have never had any problem like this before. I have been purchasing items here for years, but won't be back with this complete disrespect.

Absolutely awesome! The staff was friendly and patient. I went in there looking for some handcuffs but ended up buying some restraints that went under my mattress, a ball gag, and some sexy corsets. After I explained what I wanted to do with my husband they gave me options and pulled stuff out for me to look at and made me fell super comfortable telling them what I wanted.

I had such a good time at this store. Some of the friendliest and down to earth staff. They have a no backpack policy which honestly made me feel super safe. Great variety of products. Definitely recommend going to if you’re a newbie.

I went in and was immediately given harsh looks. The lady asked to see my ID so I brought it in and was rejected because it was clipped. My older brother was with me who has low spectrum autism who didn't want to wait in the car alone was yelled at to get out of the store because he wanted to wait in the entrance area while I shopped. Extremely rude people, terrible customer service. Being the only store with products like these around, they really made this a disgusting experience.

Used to like this place, even with the high prices. But today I bought a toy and opened it not even 3 hours later and found it had scratches on it and sign that it was definitely handled before being sold to me. I called them and they said they didn't notice anything when they looked at it and that they can't do returns or exchanges due to health violations. I feel like I've been scammed today as they won't do anything to give me what I paid for. Will just be buying things on amazon from now on.

Great prices, even after it being the only quality shop in town. Staff is friendly, and as helpful as possible. If they had more pet play gear, that would be great. Overall, I always enjoy walking into X-Mart and knowing that I can crack some jokes and relax while shopping for mine & my kitten's pleasure.

Went here for an essay in my Human Sexuality class. The customer service is great, and the employees are wonderful. I walked in super nervous because I had never stepped foot into a store like this and walked out with a smile on my face because the employees are so friendly.

Well from first hand experience they do pricegouge thats the only way they can stay in business Where else can you get a 3 scene movie with ads from the 1 900# days for the mere price of a videotape in 1985. Seriously their parking lot is always empty.Wonder why?

I would give less than one star. The workers were so rude to me and I felt as if I was treated like a kid and im sure I was older than the workers that was there. For a first experience it wasn’t worth it at all and they made me very uncomfortable. Hopefully what I got can make up for it

So much fun to choose from, my favorite place to go for all of our bedroom needs. (and wants). Affordable, quality products are always in stock and staff has been a pleasure. Being open 24 hours makes for an even better place to go all hours of the night/day.
