Their $1.25 aisle is handy and useful (cookies, cleaning products, and toilet paper and paper towels) . Their BOGO's are good too (their own soda brand is cheaper than anyone else with the BOGO, which is most weeks). Their veggies are too high most weeks. Very clean store. Recommend.

I'm not sure why the entrance way is rarely unlocked. I was there this morning and saw employees watch people walk by the exit (the only unlocked door) to get to the entrance, then watch them realized it is locked, wonder why, then walk to the exit doors to enter the store. This happened 10 times in 5 minutes. Not sure if they do it for a show but they obviously are aware of it and find it humorous from the looks on their faces

Winn-Dixie on 23rd Avenue where is your Meat Department. Hot, Cold salads, Deli and a small area for meats then seafood. I was looking for Turkey wings. Only frozen 🦃.11/18/23 Update. Went to Winn-Dixie on South Main. A better meat department but what is happening with Turkey wings and Turkey 🍗 are frozen individually rap that cost 6 to 8 dollars for one.😱Overall I don't know what's the appeal. 🤔Great sales. BOGO is a joke for all stores if they think we don't know you've raised price for one and we deserved a free one 🙄🤪🤪

It's a decent area to go for grocery. Frankly speaking, I usually go to Aldi, Publix, Trader Joe. However, I do visit Wholefoods and Win-Dixie because they have products that can't be found in the place mentioned formerly. Almond Breeze chocolate flavor unsweetened is an example. I was able to find that offline only from Win-Dixie. Also, Win-Dixie often times have promotion for Cocacola products. When you want to get some Cocacola soft drinks, come check the area because they might have promotions.

I shop here because of the wide selection of produce that's always fresh and the meat quality. Butchers are there through most of the day for any cut that you don't see on the shelf, and there's always a good buy one get one deal in there, especially if you buy your meat in bulk and portion it yourself.

Groceries are fresh. Although their regular price is higher than other popular supermarkets, there are always plenty of weekly deals, bogo offers, app discounts, coupons etc. With the perfect deals, I got fish, potato, onion, chips, soft drinks even cheaper than Sam's club!

People have not been to many WD if they call this the nicest and cleanest! Pricing constantly wrong, rude management. The one cashier they have shouldn't be a cashier! Shopped there for years, after today's experience, I'm done. It's horrible. Shopped there for the convenience, no more. I shopped there at least twice a week along with my family. Tired of disputing prices with these clowns

We have had a couple exceptional visits to this Winn Dixie. We stopped in over the weekend to get barbecue wings at the hot foods section. They were out of them and a miss Lisa offered to make them special for us. She made them.She is very nice. Lisa treats us old people with much respect and as valued customers. Today we returned and a gentleman working in the Deli made fresh wings for us. I don't know his name but he was very pleasant. When we got to the checkout a very nice lady, (Darlene) at the customer service desk called us over and checked us out so we didn't need to wait in line. It is a pleasure shopping here. By the way, the store is spotless. Prices are very fair as well. Thank you for reading review.

I want to start off by saying, I went grocery shopping on January 12th. I purchased Chicken strips to make with My chicken alfredo the same day. I also purchased 2 different types of steaks. Well I ended up getting sick from the chicken strip which were expired let alone, i am pregnant ended up going to the hospital the next day for food poisoning! When I went to return my steak today KARA said she wasn't able to return my Steaks because the Date on the package stated " best if used by" I was not planning on cooking my steak in 2 days come on now. I was planning on cooking it the following week or today to make steak tacos. KARA had a very nasty attitude and was smirking as if she wanted to laugh and didn't care about the situation at all, it was unfair and rude of her to today I believe she should get fired for such bad customer service I am a pregnant woman who can not eat that , even if I wasn't pregnant who would eat expired meat ? Probably KARA. I have called Corporate to let them know of her bad service and doesn't deserve to work there she probably does it to other customers as well. Have a good day everyone and please don't shop here, bad customer service and don't care about the customers only there pay, such a shame!

This is the nicest looking Winn-Dixie I have ever been to. I thought the one in Ocala was nice this one is HUGE and very clean looking and all the sections where big too. If I ever need food again while I'm in this area a won't hesitate to stop by.

Deli is nice and clean. Cashiers are great to deal with. Produce personnel need some more customer service training. Seems they forgot why they or where they work.Have had much better produce from convenient stores selling plastic fruit. Apples were rotted and badly bruised.priced too high.

Gonna go outta my comfort zone and review a grocery store this time.Stopped in for some provisions at the closest store to our location in Gainesville, FL. Outside was a bit sketchy -- unkempt parking lot, couple vagrants milling about. But the inside...Was. Magnificent.Immaculate. Super spacious .... voluminous, even. They had everything my usual Publix has, and then some -- but enough room around the freezer section to spin around and dance with your shopping buggy (which I did). Uncrowded, to a point where you began to feel lonely.I'm not sure its worth the 2 hour drive from Tampa to shop here regularly, but maybe every now and then...Damn nice store. Good job, Ms. Dixie.

Pretty good prices. Make sure to get the Winn Dixie card, because that is how the prices get better.
