I’m in a pinch right now and I brought in 27 dollars worth of quarters to pay and these awesome people Anne, Madison, Nicole, and Josh totally helped me count it out and got me what I needed no problem, no judgement, GIVE THESE PEOPLE A RAISE TRULIEVE!!! People like that are the reason I shop trulieve on archer road in Gainesville!

I have been purchasing medical marijuana from this location all week even longer in fact with my expired drivers license and she had an attitude saying that she would have a talk with any of her employees and who they were that sold it to me. How about you check your cameras because I know that’s what they are there for. I drive over almost half hour to rudely politely be told that my gas and miles are wasted do better

I don’t know if management has changed, not sure what it is, but the employees, as of late, have been very rude. Sometimes it truly feels like blatant racism. I used to like coming to this location, but I get treated a whole lot better from the location on 6th Street. I would advise people of color not to visit this one.

This is probably the second time I’ve been to this location. Both times the budtenders were extremely nice. Except this time I went, when I wanted to make 3 separate purchases from different cards I have all with my name on it, I was very rudely advised (by im assuming a woman who was the manger with blonde hair and braided pigtails) that if the flower I was picking up was found with anyone else I could catch a felony. I was given a dirty look when I told her I was aware of this and that I have worked in the industry long enough to know this. The fact that she assumed I was picking up flower for other people was extremely insulting. If it wasn’t for the kindness of the blonde male budtender i would probably never come back to this location.

Corporate needs to take the silver spoon out of their mouth and pay someone to sit at the front desk. It's getting bad. Over this trend of minimal staff and horrible customer service. I shouldn't go into a business and then wait 5 minutes for a human to even acknowledge my presence. I'm going to consider dumping trulieve for other dispensaries

I've been to several of their locations, this one by far is the best. From the people up front to the service in back. Natalie took the time to walk me through a new method I was recommended by my Dr and never made me feel rushed and was even patient with me when I was having a very high pain day and babbling like a goofball becuase I'm always nervous. Hands down the best location!

My mom had placed an order and showed up 10 mins before closing. They had put her order away and told the 4 people waiting they wouldn’t get to everyone because they were closing even though they were in the store 10-15 mins before closing. She couldn’t get her medication and that’s just messed up because the employee had plans after work. Take care of your customers or they will go elsewhere. Totally unacceptable.

Worst Trulieve I’ve ever been to. I was already inside ready to receive and pay for my order, both the manager and another worker were staring at me and completely ignored me. After a long time of waiting I had to demand service and asked if someone could check me out because I needed to go and for that reason, I was an express pickup. Then, the manager rudely and reluctantly proceeded to fetch someone from the back. There were four workers that I saw, the one that guided me to the payment/pickup area which was very nice, then the other two employees (manager & server) which ignored me when they could see I was there waiting for a while. I honestly wasn’t even acknowledged by these two. Finally, the last person that the manager had to fetch to assist me was nice as well. However, there is a lack of common sense and decency. Their terrible customer service upset me. I love Trulieve and am friends with most of my servers back home at many different Trulieve’s around my area. Further, I have also provided 5 star reviews for those. Coming here was saddening and this Trulieve is a disappointment. Although, two of the workers were nice, the store lacks in many areas since the manager and the employee in front of him believe they can ignore and treat customers that way. If you can avoid this Trulieve do so.

Can't say enough good things about the Trulieve location on Archer Rd in Gainesville. I was immediately greeted by the entire team & they were quick to get my profile setup. Jaclyn is extremely knowledgeable (as I'm sure the others employees are) in ALL THE THINGS marijuana related. She listened to all my concerns & helped explain each product to me so I could made the best decision. The entire team there was extremely friendly & welcoming. I even got free swag 🧢💚

If I could leave negative stars I would. Joshua was super rude. He knew nothing about the strains. Every question I asked was I don't know then he proceeded to rush me after I had only been standing there for 2 minutes after waiting 30 minutes! He was very snarky and knew nothing. I will not return because of him.

This spot has the best staff of any of the other Trulieve locations over been to. It never feels forced and I always feel welcomed.I've gone numerous times and have had great experiences the knowledge is also very appreciated.Alex and Kaitlin were the most recent staff that took care of me they made it great as always!I pass 2 other spots to come to this specific one I'll end this review with that!

My favorite place to go to get relief. The staff is always welcoming like a second family and they make sure you get exactly what you need annnd if you are not crazy about the product bring it back in and they make it right! I love my archer road peeps always holding it down when it gets super busy and never rushed out if you have questions.

Love the products but the service is quite slow here, even if you place your order ahead of time. They are a popular dispensary, but I think they need to add more staff and have a process to get those who order ahead out quicker. You can check in ahead of arrival, but that doesn’t help if you still have an hour wait anyway. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

I visited this store as a new customer! I was inside for a total of 20 minutes and for most of that time I was being helped by Natalie(?) I know her name started with N. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. She was also patient with me as a new customer and answered every question I had. I will come again!

I have had many problems with the Lake City store out in Panama City and other placeso entering the store for the 1st time ever was finally a pleasant experience. The staff is super friendly I had a service animal it was very welcome and made me feel like I had walked into my family's house not a business. The customers that go there are extremely polite yet do not crowd you they have the best prices around let's be honest. The wait was extremely short and pleasant the only complaint I can say is they should list a little more information about the product on the computers the customer's look at at the registers. I would like to say thank you I wish they could move their staff to other stores to train the bad staff and I wish I live closer to make this my permit pharmacy thank you for a wonderful shopping experience from the moment you hit the door to the second you leave wonderful customer service Bravo
