Just bought a tamp bar and the associates were helpful in finding this item. When I approached the first associate I was already annoyed. Things are not going so smooth this morning and it would have been the second time online inventory count was not accurate but he was professional and kindly helped me by searching in the back to find the item. The cashier is probably extra, she was on her cell phone when I entered and exited. One star knocked off because online inventory availability should be readily accessible for purchase.

Tractor Supply...I went looking for a certain brand of dog food. It's been awhile since I was there. The 2 ladies working the checkout were so very pleasant and professional. Did buy an inflatable pool. The sign showed it was on sale but when it rang up the sale was off. They honored the sale price. Thank you.

I love shopping at this store. Made a big purchase last week. Nicole and Keesha were extremely helpful with loading the safe in the truck. They know what they’re doing :)We are very satisfied with the product (everything is in good condition), and the service was just excellent!

My father Bought a trailer. The sale went through. The trailer was DIRTY from where it had been parked. Over a series of days he went by asking for them to clean it (bought and paid for... no one wants a dirty product when u spend thousands) the manager told him they did not have the time or people to clean it for him.So he demanded a refund. And drove 40 minutes away to buy it from a different Tractor supply.

11/16/21. I arrived at our local TSC. I had just gotten out of surgery and couldn't lift the multiple 50 lb bags that I needed. It was almost closing time. But your employee whose name is Martin helped me with everything. I just want to send many kudos to him. He was so very kind and understanding. Thank you. You have a great place!

The service has gone downhill quickly. Not sure what happened in management. Overly aggressive counter help that is incredibly too chatty. The 3 feeds I use are seldom all 3 in stock (all Nutrena products)

We were just at the Gainesville NW 13th St location and purchased a new Cub Cadet. The first sales associate (Hannah) we dealt with was very pleasant and helpful. The other one (April) was quite rude to us and to her co-worker. When Hannah asked April to get a tag from the lawn tractor we were purchasing she asked quite rudely if we got oil and a filter to go with it, when my husband said no, she barked how we need to change these are 5 hours. The information was appreciated (even though he knew) BUT her delivery and attitude were far from what customer service should strive to put out. Hannah kindly asked if we wanted the warranty and explained what it covered, we opted for the year, and we checked out. My husband forgot to ask about delivery, April got frustrated and said "that info would have been helpful before you checked out!". She was quite annoyed but moved us to the other register, "I can fix this but now I have to void your sale and redo it" with huge eye roll and attitude. While she was doing this she then, in front of multiple customers, reprimanded Hannah loudly. "Hannah you need to be asking if they need delivery before checking people out!!". I understand that Hannah needed to be informed of this and that this was an inconvenience for everyone, however, doing so in front of customers was not the right time or place! This could have been a teaching moment later when it wasn't busy. Instead this was turned into a way to embarrass someone and make them look and possibly feel incompetent. Five stars to Hannah for taking it all in stride and continuing to be pleasant to the other customers, ZERO stars to April for being rude, condescending, and basically just having bad customer service skills and no regard to her coworkers. So with that I split it and give TS a 3.

Went to buy a bag of dog food. All of the 4health Salmon 45 lb bags were ripped so I checked out a few more brands and they too had rips. A went to the front desk to ask the women at the register, I believe her name was Paula, if they had extra in the back and she was very rude, didn't answer my question and said there's nothing she could do about it. Before I left, she was being rude to a young girl that had left her purse and was going through the credit cards & wallet while READING CARD & LICENSE INFO OUT LOUD after the girl had already gave plenty enough description to prove it was hers. Very unprofessional and will never go back to this Tractor Supply.

As far as Tractor Supply stores go, this one is my favorite. Well stocked, friendly helpful staff always offering to help find things for you and load your purchases. Has to be the cleanest feed store in town. Bought a lot of chicks from them for the first time and they were very healthy. Great job!!

While they did not have what my father-in-law was looking for, the staff was helpful and very polite. He uses a scooter to get around and the kids restocking took the time to move the huge pallet of feed to the side so he could get by, and moved it cheerfully. That really impressed me.

This store is the best in our area about actually having items in stock that I buy regularly and the employees are enthusiastic and energetic. I drive out of my way sometimes to come here even though the one on Newberry Rd is closer because it's a better experience all around.

I had a great experience at this Tractor Supply location. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and super friendly. I bought a ZTR and a trailer and even with the large purchase I was in and out in no time. I have to say what impressed me the most was their staff. Tractor Supply is a great store and all but its the staff that really makes or breaks a place. This location was by far the best staffed Tractor Supply Ive dealt with. I highly recommend this location. Its worth the drive.

Great store. Friendly and helpful staff. Usually has everything you're looking for in stock and if they don't they can help you order it! They carry supplies for just about every kind of animal you can think of, have numerous lawn equipment and parts, and all kinds of things.

Poorly run. Average checkout time per customer seems to be 5-10 minutes. Some of the staff (some of them are great) are just incompetent and rude. Just go a couple more miles up the road to rural king.

I shop here 3-4 times a month.I mainly by food for my HUSKYS.They have a great rewards program .I get emails with special offers.but better yet they sometimes give a 10% off entire purchase coupon even on markdowns.They will even load your merchandise for you and with about 110 lb. Of dog food a month ,I need all the help I can get.About 7 months ago I had an issue with a purchase/employee ,called corporate which resolved the problem immediately.To my surprise they also sent me a $25 gift card.They definitely care about there CUSTOMERS.Just can't beat that old feed store/hardware feeling !!!!! 🏠

I have been going there and they would Price match my feed from other store. I do it because I buy so much but now all of a sudden the store manager doesn’t want to. So I told him fine then I will go to the other store and take all my business there.

Home Depot, meets WalMart, meets local feed store! Great prices on pet food & supplies, horse tack, garden supplies & even have great clothes & boot selection! They're dog friendly, too!! The vets at Country Critters, inside RK, are the nicest folks & their prices for basic pet care is very reasonable. Low cost spay & neuter services. They were also very compassionate when we had to let our elderly dog go. They made that gut wrenching experience a bit easier & even though it was the end if the day, they allowed us to take our time to grieve & say our goodbyes. I LIVE RK! It's my go to store!!

Their online prices are not the same as the in store prices andnthey will not honor their online price in store. Store is unkempt, restrooms are worse than the greasy auto repair shop down the street. Pering lot difficult to navigate if you pull a trailer.
