Having grown up with the early Target in MN I always felt I'd get good quality at a decent price. I love the offers for receiving gift cards when purchasing an array of necessities from varying brands. (Maybe the same corporation owns them? but I don't think so) NOW with Circle, it is so much easier to receive those famous discounts as I don't have to try to figure out how to scan or if I need to scan to get sale prices. Thank you Target for streamlining that process and being even MORE customer service oriented.

I went to get my glasses fixed because my nosepad fell off and Amanda from the Optical department helped me out very quickly. I was in and out within 10 minutes because she was efficient and fast with it. Very happy with the results!

At this point, we need more Targets. Though they are more expensive, the quality is better and the staff is nicer. Wishful thinking to have Samsung, which needs to pay more money. I'm tired of this 'Apple Only'. Anyway, the bathrooms are cleaner which is definitely a plus. The store is much more organized.

5 Stars! I use Target drive up in Gainesville Fl often. Employees are always friendly and orders are brought to the car very quickly. A couple of times there’s been an issue with my order and I’ve called the corporate customer service number and the issue was taken care of it right away. Convenient and efficient way to shop locally at target.

I’ve always been a target goer. I’ve always spent money there. But this target is something else. And really makes me not want to go back again. Sadly it’s the only one in town.Its always busy, no order, no help.I just got charged 22$ extra just because. The girl at the register wasn’t paying attention, and charged items 2 and 3 times. Very disappointing.I was going to go back in and say something but cashier lines are so long and it’s crazy busy. I will not be returning to this location.

This Target has at least 2 departments that are a wreck! The hosiery department is so messed up it isn't even funny and the show department is an absolute wreck!!! Target is looking more and more like Walmart, just higher prices.

I use the pickup service all the time and have only had a few issues with some products missing but each time Target has refunded me. The service is quick if you do drive up and if you go inside the check out lines move pretty quickly. I've also had to return a few items and never had an issue at customer service.

Went to Target and was surprised by the clearance deals in the girls section. Nightgowns for $3 …can’t beat that deal. And a cute TMNT wallet in the boy section. A fly Helly Kitty tee also. Also the cashier was friendly and funny.

Purchased items via self checkout and noticed as I was leaving that 30% off was not taken on an eligible item. There were numerous signs indicating this percentage off. I confirmed with the app and paid with the app. I asked an employee and apparently I needed to add this sale as one of my “offers” on the app for the sale to apply. Completely crazy and very frustrating!!! Highly disappointed in you Target!!

Love shopping online during off hours and being able to pick up items while running other errands. The experience was great, from ordering to using the app to let Target know I was headed there and then when I arrived. The employee brought the order out and put it in my car, he was very pleasant and efficient. Great overall experience!

Rude customer service woman at the front spoiled a pickup surprise for my mom on her birthday by yelling what the item was super loud on the walkie, then made it like it was no big deal because she would have seen it anyway. Idiot 🙄

Went the other night tired after a long day of work, I asked an employee at the counter where the electronics aisle was and he directed me to in instead of just giving me an aisle number:) when I came back to check out I went over to his counter and I think that was the best customer service I’ve received in a long time. Badly stocked and staffed location. Seems most of the staff is geared at the pick-up aspect of the business. They do not care if they block your car or yourself on the sidewalk running items out to pick-up customers.

Caroline in customer service answered the phone with an entire line of target customers in store needed assistance at the help desk. Since when does a phone call prioritize over in store costumers in line.

Dirtiest Target bathroom ever! Stopped at 2 Walmarts and a Target on my drive from North Georgia to Orlando and this restroom makes Walmart look amazing! Wow!

Every time I go to Target I go at 8 am. This way, the clothes are not all over the floor like a tornado went through it, and i can actually have a decent time looking through the clothes. Also, it's not too busy at this time of day.

The store is designed only for strong shoppers. Although it is a huge store, I has no places to sit, and only one entrance, at one far end of the store.

Gainesville Location was disgusting today. The bathrooms were disgusting, blood on the soap dispensers. People’s old lunches on random shelves. Shoes on the floor everywhere. Kids toys looked ransacked. I only got one picture of the shoes but wish I would’ve took more

I normally love target, but I had a really bad experience today. I sent my son in to exchange some clothes. They said they no longer do exchanges. So, he had to come out and get me from the car, because they needed more money. So, they made me pay more money, because we lose the discount using their gift card. Paying more for the same thing is so counterintuitive. She made attempt to fix it. She just said it was already returned. Really disappointed. Normally, service is the best part of Target.

The clerk refused to even check the correct price for a doll that my granddaughter was buying. The price was clearly marked on the shelf. She threw it into a bin under her cash register. Then forgot to give my granddaughter her change. She was very rude to me as I checked out right behind my granddaughter

It’s always a great experience going in to Target. The store is well lit, clean and well organized. I love walking in and smelling the freshly brewed coffee sold at Starbucks, as I make my way to pick up why I am looking for.
