It's my favorite place to shop for my fur boys. I moved to Tampa, but I can't find the same kind of hospitality that Earth Pets gives me when I visit. They know a lot of their customers, making the greeting always very warm. I've supported Earth pets for twenty years and hope to keep going. As long as I work in Gainesville, Earth pets will have my support as a small business. Please support them. They've worked hard for all their customers!

The customer service is awesome! Our puppy is teething and I wasn't sure what to get; they really helped. Our dogs loved the treats. They especially like the bully sticks. We will definitely be reoccurring customers.

I don't know why I didn't visit sooner- having an 11 year old lab mix who has sensitive skin and tummy issues, raw feeding has been a goal of mine when I can afford it. They have a wonderful selection of freeze dried options- perfect for my budget.

Wow what a selection of good for your pet and planet food. Nicely organized into an easy to shop cat and dog section with a little for other pets as well. An easy to access dog wash area in the rear of the store. Lots of raw and dehydrated food selections. Helpful friendly associates, congrats on a well done concept.

Very friendly staff and great selection of high quality more natural foods. They're usually well stocked and can order things in. Also have a rewards program which is nice since dog food is a frequent purchase

I have been shopping here for years for my dogs and they always have the best quality stuff as well as a very helpful staff, however I wish they stayed open until seven. Often times I can’t buy food because by the time I get off work they are already closed ;o please change the hours back

They've special ordered products for me, like an anxiety spray for my cats, and have never hesitated to research things they didn't know about. I'm going to miss them immensely when I move, but I hope others fall in love with them like myself and my floofs did ❣️*Old review*Absolutely love this location. I've been coming here for years and, while all the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, Suszanna knows my account by heart which makes checking out and keeping track of my rewards super easy. They are currently expanding to hold more stuff and I can't wait to see what they get; they have an impressive collection of natural pet products as is so it should be exciting! Worth the visit for sure

My puppy and I always love coming here!! The staff is super helpful and sweet. They always make my dog feel so loved which I really appreciate. Their selection is very good and the prices are extremely fair. My pup is obsessed with their bully sticks and I am too because they last!!! They are way higher quality than anything I’ve gotten from Petco/ Petsmart. I will forever come here and would 10/10 recommend checking this place out if you haven’t!

The knowledge of staff concerning food is excellent. The recent expansion of the store looks great. There are new easy access tubs for self-bathing. Store has always worked hard to find toys and items that aren't potentially dangerous to pets.

I highly recommend Earth Pets. After losing our 10.5 year old Rhodesian to hemangiosarcoma, we decided to look for better diet options for our new pup. The staff at Earth Pets were very patient with us and our questions while helping us find a safe, nutritious diet for our 4 month old. They always have what we need and is the only place we shop for pet food, treats, and supplies. Thanks Earth Pets!

Absolutely love this pet store - so much so that you won't catch me at any other for pet food! Their selection of holistics is out of this world. I have a very picky feline friend, and she never argues with any wet or dry foods that I bring back home from here.And let's not forget that the staff is ridiculously amazing. These folks are so friendly, and always willing to help. I've been shopping here for a couple of years now, and I've never had any issues with anyone here. Everyone is always wearing a smile, they greet you the second you walk in the door, and you leave feeling like you'd just left a relative's house with how personable they are.Love this store. This place is AMAZING! We just adopted our dog, and decided to treat him to picking out his own toys and treats. The staff is incredibly friendly. The young lady at the register is the sweetest, and even helped us out tremendously! One of the companies they carry now has an adoption program that they give you FREE stuff for adopting an animal. We got a whole bag of dog food, treats and an elxir that mixes into the food. It was awesome and everyone there was so nice to our new furbaby. We will definitely be returning!

Found the place based on a Reddit post. Very happy I heard about it. I've been looking for a pet store that has self wash stations. The staff were very kind, helpful, and nice to my dog. The pet wash stations were clean and fully stocked. Definitely going back!

This place is awesome and always has the same employees and I love them to death!!! In a manner of speaking LOL.Super friendly and very knowledgeable about pets the foods they eat and their treats if you look in the local mini mint you'll find a coupon for a half pound of natural doggie treats with your purchase and this place is great because they have non-junk dog food healthy healthy dog food and cat food and all kinds of treats for your dog or cat bones chewies you name it check it out you'll be amaze d!Also I forgot to mention if you buy 10 bags of dog food or cat food there you get the next bag free how great is that?

Great store with very nice staff. Excellent selection of products, the only place in town with dog beds that my dog can't rip apart immediately. Awesome selection of food at really good prices, plus a loyalty program that gives you credit back which makes the prices competitive with online shops!
