When I walked in I cannot believe the amount of clutter and boxes everywhere. Every single aisle was so crowded if someone were to have a wheelchair they would have no chance whatsoever of getting down a single aisle. Nothing was organized, the employees were rude, and to be honest it was the most dysfunctional clutter Dollar tree I've ever been too. I left and went to the Dollar tree on 23rd Street and let me tell you it's like night and day.

Store undergoing repairs of front entrance. Employees were good, store was clean, I bought several items.UPDATE: July 14 2021- Corporate Office or someone in MANAGEMENT as been lax...Front of store looks terrible! Store still has not been repaired. This store looks Bad, Geto-fabulous, and run down with a shift maked plywood wall and metal door.Even the $1 decals which are a type of logo and weathered torn and needs to be replaced. ***THE STAFF- However has excellent customer service.

This place is terrible. Nothing is ever stocked even weeks and month later. It used to be not so bad but whoever is the new management over this store is hot very good at their job. I dont even know how they make money and they have nothing in stock

The store was a complete mess but the lady who worked there was very helpful. I needed 2 9volt batteries and she went out of her way to find them. So above and beyond. Thank you so much. These batteries cost $9.00 for 2 at walmart.

This is by far my favorite Dollar Tree. Every time I go in I’m greeted and the staff is always helpful. They always seem to want to go the extra mile. They seem happy to be there and they don’t act like I’m bothering them when I ask a question. When I ask if they have something that is not on the shelf they actually go look instead of giving the typical “no, we’re out” comment. The store is always well stocked and clean. Highly recommend.

Perfect "dollar store" where you get everything at $1.25. Items are sometimes disorganized though! I found a wide collection of brisk drinks here which I don't see anywhere else.

They have a little bit of everything, including brand name cleaners and food items. I can always find great cards, decorations, things for the office...The staff is friendly and helpful. Great selection!

Usually, it's not too too bad aside from boxes and such bit today at checkout, the employees was being very rude speaking about a new employee with a disability. . . Corporate if you read these, please look into this. Racism of any kind with customers present is inexcusable.

Im a crafter and I usually buy large quantities of things which means going to multiple stores usually. I was so excited that this store was stocked with what I needed. Staff was helpful with finding me a box as I bought 24 mason jars.

The Dollar Tree was understaffed at one point and that accounted for boxes in the isles and poorly stocked shelves. They seem to have corrected that issue and made it a more pleasant shopping experienceYou can get refrigerated foods and frozen and snacks. Candy health and beauty and even garden

Ocala store is always neat and well stocked. Cashier was friendly and helpful. Gainesville store is too small...there is always merchandise in the aisles...and shelves are always fully stocked. Friendly and helpful personnel. Needs a bigger store.

It was okay. I got a few things I could use at the South main Street Branch store in Gainesville. They still got the prettiest glassware. And it's also a good place for parents to stock up for their kids school supplies

The building looks like somebody tried to drive thru the front doors, with the boards up it was hard to tell if it was open.I found what I was looking for, seems well organized. Cashier was very pleasant.

Had a problem with balloons (from a different dollar tree) and JC was MORE than accommodating. She took the time to look through boxes for the color we needed (for an academy graduate celebration). She was very pleasant and professional! She is truly an asset to your company!

I always get what I went there for. They keep up with seasonal things. The decorations, plateware, glasses to match are simply gorgeous. .... It is one of my Favorite stores to shop at. Dont ever go away! !!!

This store was horrible. It is filthy inside and out. It looks like the parking lot has never been cleaned and the inside was messy and cluttered. Absolutely no pride is taken at this dollar tree. I️ would have given a “0” but that’s not an option. I️ will never shop here again. What a shame !!!
