This store is a complete disaster!!!! Never fails when you come in here only one person working came in to get sugar and the person working said if it not in counter then we don’t have some!! Ridiculous that the store has to look in these conditions! Even people that come into buy stuff can’t even get into aisles!! This is a fire hazard and I Will be forwarding these photos to the fire marshal!!

This is such a messy & sketchy DG! A lot of stuff is off the shelf or things aren’t in stock. The store organization is probably the worst I’ve seen at a DG. The employee was super nice and helpful no complaints there.

While this store's always been a little bedraggled kept, it's really gone downhill lately. Store closes randomly at odd hours with no signs posted with an explanation. Out of my last 3 trips, it's been closed twice. The young gentleman they have working there most evenings is very rude to customers at times and makes sure to let the customers know how much he doesn't care about their concerns. I used to live this location, but I'm actually to the point where I loathe it now.

Well Dollar general is generally not a dollar, as we all know.I know the hours stated online say they're open till 10, but here it is Saturday, I showed up at 9:17 and they were already closed. I've noticed this has become a frequent thing lately.

I have been going to this specific store for about two year and I can truly say when the new Manager Amanda started to take over there has been a huge difference… the store is actually stocked and if there isn’t something I needed they will do there best to find it for me. The new staff is great , Brian is also an amazing employee he as well will go out of his way to ask if we found everything we needed and if we didn’t he will try to find it. Overall , always an amazing experience at this store !

Great this place is close to my home. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and good selections of everything, but agree with others they run out of things quickly, but its a busy store. Also 100% agree Amanda is getting the store to top notch.

Not enough parking space. It is a small store. It is good for simple things that you may need at the spur of a moment. I go there to get things such as tissue, soap, washing powder and things like that while I am in town visiting. It's convenient.

I went to this store to buy a dish dryer and I was so happy that it was available in the shelf. I hope that that they will put more interesting house stuff in the store so I could spend more time shopping. The place was clean and organized at the time of visit. keep it up.

Nothing special of course. I asked for help finding an item, and the cashier kinda just pointed in the general direction of the item. Then after I told her that I still couldn't find what I was looking for, she still never came over to show me exactly where to find that particular item. Eventually I was able to locate what it was that I was looking for. No thanks to the staff working at that location LOL.

Cant stand how in organized it is. My husband is disabled and can't handle large crowds so it's perfect for him. Unfortunately with the clutter of boxes and inventory in the way of isles it makes it really hard for him to shop. I really wish they would clean it up better.

Never too busy so good for going in and out fast. Good deals (my favorite aisle of course is the $1 aisle 😂) but I also like buying other stuff as well. They also give away alot of coupons which is great.

WoW what can i say........ Never have I ever seen anything like it! Never Ever! Dollar General is a heaven sent and most employees, But this store inside, was disastrous! They NEED a overnight inventory sweep & clean! Very nice employee though.

Very messy store, lot of gossiping and issues among employees. Needs more staff to stock merchandise and good to keep with the demand. Too many time I have gone and freezers are empty or not stocked.

I haven't been to a Dollar General in years! I was excited when one of my roommates told me he needed to go, so I said I didn't mind I'll go inside. I couldn't believe how nice it was and how many products they offer. Fair prices as well.

Upon entering the business I was greeted by the cashier, she was busy checking in a vendor and cashing out a guest. She was very professional and handled business like a boss. Strange check out and high prices. Also I would avoid parking near the back at night as there are some unsavory apartment dwellers living close by. What Can I say this is Dollar General. The store is clean and the workers are as attentive. Do expect high prices per item though. @ndy.

This location always have supplies in stock, great customer service and it's not always packed. I have a dollar general literally five minutes from my house but I much rather take the 10-15 minute drive to this one.. NEVER DISAPPOINTED!!!!

Stays stocked with essential needs. Each time I've been there I've left with what I came in for. Staff is always there to help. They look in stockroom if something isn't on the shelf.

The store on SW 13th Street was very clean, no boxes or debris clogging the aisles like you see in the other ones!! I was very impressed, employees were friendly, I would recommend this Dollar general to do your shopping at.

They need a negative star rating...I placed an order for pickup in this store, they confirmed pickup time, took the money out of my account and told me in the store they don't do that! My bank and attorney will deal with them- they are full of bull water! Oh yeah, and even corporate does not answer their phone!!

I can always find a healthy snack of Swiss cheese and sliced turkey in there refrigerated section. I also shop here for condiments for my business. Good value items on paper towels, coffee and creamer etc.

The Dollar General is a store I ever even thought about shopping at again. The one time I went in the clerk was a rude b. I asked what their return policy was and she told me the policy is don't return anything. That was the store on 13th street by the Lux apartments. So five years later I move across town and didn't feel like going to Walmart at Butler. So I went to the DG down the street on Tower Road. I was genuinely surprised that the employees were nice. So now go DG regular BUT I will ONLY go to the ones on the SW side of town.

This dollar general on 13th street next to domino's pizza- its alott better than it used to be cleaner and more organized, one thing has not changed the staff one lady cashier greeted you when u walked in , there was one other associate in the store looked and acted like he did not want to be there and left her to check out about everyone- she had to keep calling for help mainly because there was a line and then the system went down- out of there controll - no social distancing and some customers had no masks on at all.Its alott better than the other one off of willistion road will return to this location- always something you can find on clearance.
