Customer service is not always good, the black lady with the glasses is rude the prices are too high that's why they hardly get customers, this is a store where I go if I'm desperate other than that it's better stores to go to than this one.

THE OWNER ACTUALLY INTRODUCED HIMSELF TO ME AND TOOK TIME OUT TO SHOP WITH ME. ALTHOUGH THE STORE WAS CROWDED HE WAS STILL MOST ATTENTIVE TO THE NEEDS OF OTHERS IN THE STORE. HE DIDN'T RUSH ME AND HE WAS VERY HELPFUL WITH ANSWERING QUESTIONS ABOUT PRODUCTS AND EVEN MADE SUGGESTIONS THAT WORKED OUT WONDERFULLY ME. HE TOLD ME HIS NAME, BUT I CAN'T REMEMBER. THANK YOU SO MUCH. IT WAS A MOST PLEASANTLY EXPERIENCE.

I will never shop here again!!! Sales staff was happy to help me find something. Then refused to give me a store credit when it didn’t work out even through there receipt said “store credit or exchange”. They lost a customer over $15! Terrible!

For a store that doesn’t do exchange or returns, the least y’all can do is let us see what we are buying. I understand not opening cream etc but for hair I want to be sure about what I am buying.

3/4 of the store is dedicated to hair....extensions, wigs, hair care products, etc. Very limited nail or makeup supplies . And of course the majority of the products are not name brand, low quality and made in China. And no gel polish....NONE. WTH? Better off going to Ulta Beauty or Sally's or ordering online.

Terrible business.I went in to buy some whitening chemicals for taxidermy and they kicked me out/raised their voices at me for not wearing a mask. I will not spend another cent in this place.If the owners are reading this maybe consider giving people freedom. Then you can continue to put food on your table. If your mask works so well then I don’t need one.Terrible customer service & experience.

Nice array of products. I don't mind the staff watching me as I shop. I understand that they are just doing inventory loss control. There are many who steal these people's products and I don't condone such behavior. It's makes the prices even more expensive. Black hair products are hard enough to find and afford. Don't need thieves making it harder.

Great experience. In and out, great prices!! And it sits facing a store so if your coming from UF side by hospital it'll be to the left so you'll look for the circle k. Coming from Williston you'll see it right away. Only red store on that side. Unique positioning of the store. It does not face the road

such a great shop! everyone that works there is so sweet and helpful and the environment is very positive! they have a variety of products at affordable prices. i very rarely go to the big cosmetic stores anymore, this place has it all! :)

I almost never do reviews but I feel like I needed, I went to the beauty supply near Newberry because I felt like buying maybe in person was going to be better since I had bad experience with Amazon (at least they let me return the hair back) I went to buy human hair extensions for my wedding, there was a nice lady who helped me, I spent $85 for 12 inches extensions, when I got home I realized the every package was super thin... even using both my hair looks super thin at te ends, anyways I was fine until I washed the hair , basically was like garage my extensions from Amazon were better I would say, I have receipt I hav e pictures s of the amount of hair that fall put of the extensions just by washing and I don't think they will do anything to solve the problem since all the sells are final'.I don't want a return I just wanted nice hair for my wedding and I just ended up wasting almost $100

I cant say i love this store. Due to the fact the store lights inside the store could be brighter. They have a large selection of wigs,and other products for hair needs. I really like the fact if you have a question their is always someone their willing to help you every step of the way.

Great customer service, all questions answered, and the variety of their product is absolutely amazing. Admittedly, I do prefer the shop off Newberry Road, but i have been to both stores and they are amazing! I refuse to shop anywhere else! :)

Yes true Archer Beauty has great product. But 1st of all they overcharge us as African-American knowing we need it for our nationality. They overcharge us for it. 2nd of all they do not let us use their bathrooms. Not even our babies can use their bathrooms. 3rd of all you can’t even return your stuff. Due to Covid you cannot exchange product. All sales are final, anywhere else you can.My product was not open I didn’t even get to take it out the bag. The lady looked at it and told me it was too short I had to take it back and I can’t even return it. Thats how much they care about their customers...not one bit.

I love Archer Beauty! I am a Husband and Father of 3 daughters so for years I have been going there because I know the staff, and I know exactly where everything is. The store almost always have what I need and if they don't have, they will soon. I have also observed on a couple occasions where the staff was turning the signs off to close the store and people that probably would have been denied access anywhere else, were let in by the staff. Customer service is great and I will recommend them to anyone with cosmetic needs.

Rude customer service. Clerk gives me attitude and smart remarks when I'm asking about the quality of hair I'm trying to purchase. I then try and find another clerk, he sits down to eat his lunch like I'm not standing in front of him saying "excuse me." I politely exited the store and won't be back. I've been here in a Gainesville all my life and the customer service has never been good. I will take my dollar to someone that values my money and my people.

Their prices aren't just exuberant, they're robbing people. Coming from a bigger city I can't compare the deals I would get back home of course, but honestly you can find a lot of these products for HALF the price at target. There's no competition really so I guess that's why. Two stars for convenient location.

These people are rude they follow you in the store like you about to still something. They made me very uncomfortable and I got upset. I was about to buy stuff for my girl for about $250. I left it all because I function with people that apply great customer service

Best wig shopping experience I've had to date. Everyone is friendly and helpful (unlike my local store up in the panhandle). The store is clean and well organized. Will be back next time I'm in the area.

Great wig experience but could use more options. I know it’s a tiny store but they could still have more brand choices. Also the pricing is a tiny bit higher than some of the other stores but nothing to crazy to not shop here.
