Every time I put in a pick up order in this store for some reason they never received my order and said I cancel it and still charges me . Which I never cancel it and when I go to pick it up , they tell me we never received your order. 2 times this happen in a roll. I said well let's try it again maybe there a gitch in the app but no still happen again .The prices are great in the sales but the pick up order not so much. I will never make another order online again through Dollar General not worth the headache anymore.Bad service through the online pick up and the Dollar General app.But the customers Service and employees are great but the online pick up not so great . Very bad

I was very pleasantly surprised with this store. Though some aisles were full of incoming inventory which is expected - overall the store was clean, neat, well-stocked, and appealing. I even commented to the manager how impressive it was. Obviously the staff takes pride in their store and works hard to keep it in order. I will go an extra mile to shop at this store vs closer ones. The added benefit is the NY Diner in the same strip mall. 👍🏻

Good size store. Has everything most dollar stores have. There was no buggies available so I had to use the hand held basket and had to carry my 12pk of coke around for a while till they brought 1 buggie in from outside lol. I went and snatched it up and finished my shopping.

This location goes against Dollar General policy and refuses to accept valid manufacture coupons.When they saw me walk to the register with 3 coupons in hand (and 10 items) they immediately got an annoyed look and told me they would not take them.Manufacturers reimburse the store when these coupons are used, so using a manufacture coupon does not cost the store anything. I am not sure what the issue is with this or what their reasoning is for not accept them like they are supposed to.

Yes this is your typical "dollar store" but don't overlook it for a quick place to stop for milk, bread and other staples. , They have the standard dollar store stuff and yes they are a bit over-stuffed with junk and eye-candy but if you are in a hurry and need a cheap box of bandages, a loaf if bread, or bottle of shampoo and a cheap greeting card for cousin Charlie's birthday, this is your place. It's easy parking and quick in and out beats the fight for a parking spot and long wait at the register of the 'big box' stores. It's located right off the main road, in a strip mall, with a huge parking lot.

Dollar General is a place that I send my husband to at least 2-3 times per week, to pick up items that we use everyday. We both know the layouts of the stores, so that I can tell him where to look for the items. I am unable to go anylonger due to terminal illness and am glad that they have great personnel that are glad to help when needed.

Never been to a Dollar General and I was impressed with the amount of merchandise they have here. My mom needed a couple of dresses to be comfortable due to a recent medical procedure and they had great deals on clothes that looked nice.

I'd rather drive across town then comply with an arbitrary mask policy, especially when the cloth masks you're handing out have been proven ineffective. To have a store employee yell across the store for me to put on a useless mask and join their flock of sheep, no thanks!

I like the prices in general but some of the merchandise is flimsy. The store is quite messy as if they are stocking all the time. They need more employees so you don't have to wait in line so long.

This store is down the street from me, so it's convenient. The staff is friendly. It's not too busy or full of people, which I like. The prices are good depending on what you get.

Personally I stop at DG when I am in a hurry and looking for a specific item such as batteries or perhaps a gallon of milk. I usually cannot make a quick exit.The Isles are cluttered with boxes of merchandise that needs to be put on the shelves making it difficult to maneuver through the store. Also, 99% of the time there is only one register opened making check out time longer than need be.

Got a few things on our way to a part. Bought 10 pounds ice freezer outside had to go back in because freezer packlock shut. Staff member didnt know where was had to call someone at home. She was very nice unlocked freezer and we were on our wsy.

How to drop and hook delivery got in there about 10:30 at night was allowed to go ahead and drop the trailer and then proceeded to the parking lot to take my 10-hour break guard was very friendly and knowledgeable as well as informative to what I needed to do I deliver there any time

Convenient location when you're on the go...easy to get in and out quickly and back on the go...not much difference in this store with all the other DG stores just an older location but they have done some updating inside the store .

Customer service at this store really needs training, the cashier didn't even say good morning after I said it, he just mumbled and looked very upset that he had to actually work, if that's what you would call that.

Its convenient plus has many of the products we use. Prices are not very competitive as Walmart is less expensive but not terribly overpriced.
