First time I've used this Groomer. I must say I had a wonderful experience. The staff was great. My dog looks awesome. I have a Miniature Poodle Mix rescue and she can get a bit scared when groomed. When I picked her up she was was doing great with the staff. I booked my next appointment when I picked her up.

Must have missed the day "caring Carol" was grooming. We experienced rude and UNcaring individuals. When we picked up our 8 month old pup, no one seemed to know if our pup was a male or female.

What a wonderful experience!! From the meander down the beautiful path full of plants to the salon, loads of fun things that catch the eye, to the welcome, all were wonderful and inviting. She and her staff took excellent care of my boy, and he looks amazing and smells phenomenal!! I couldn't be happier and Im so happy I found her!!

I was visiting Florida with my 6 month old Cavoodle. She was in serious need of a haircut. Carol was able to get her in the very next day. I could tell from our phone conversation she was a master of her craft. My puppy looked adorable when I picked her up and Carol’s prices are considerably less than what I pay in PA.

Called this morning and had my girls in this afternoon. This was the first time Ive taken them to have their nails done. Carol was everything! Patient, kind and sweet and best of all did a wonderful job on my girls! KöKö was nervous and Khlöe was curious , I was overwhelmed Carol was so kind with the 3 of us 😆Will be back for sure! 🐾🐾

November I visited Carol's with three of my Dogs right before Thanksgiving.My dogs are small and kind of timid and did not have any problems at Carol's.I recommend her to any one that has Fur Babies.
