My son fell on this floor a year ago and busted his chin open . Blood covered my hands I held his chin and rushed out the store. we took him to the hospital where he received stitches. I did not sue because I was worried about my son and haven’t really been back to the store. Me and my kids stopped in tonight to get a few things and I couldn’t even shop . The stop does not put up wet floor signs and my son is traumatized. I attempted to call the store and the phone number listed is like a mobile number. I spoke with a different Save a lot and apparently this location has is individually owned and does not have a corporate to call. So I am providing what I saw tonight and I truly hope they treat their customers better in the future.

The store is clean,their employees are very friendly. When I go it's usually busy. But the wait is never to long. They always have good sales on their meat. Prices are better than any place around.

They really have the lowest prices from every chain of stores. It does seem like they cater to the Hispanic community more. but I always find what I'm looking for

Being the only grocery store in town and only open until 8pm is crazy. It’s a 40 minute round trip in either direction to the nearest alternative.

In 2 weeks... I got rotting chicken... Moldy cherries and just tonight got the absolutely worst lettuce I have seen.. I'm upsetAs the only local grocery store you have a duty to provide fresh produce and good meat.. you are talk amongst many of us and about your poor quality..I personally will no longer shop at your store.. it's worth the drive elsewhere to know my family won't get sick... Others are doing the same..I'm a big advocate for supporting local businesses.. unfortunately over the years we all gotten bad food and too often.which is unacceptableI feel bad for the elderly that can't get elsewhere..

This is one of the cleanest nicest save a lots of I ever been in....it's a big store..nice veggies ..the meat is good..and they have lots of it for a fair price..they now give u bags for ur food u buy and they don't charge anymore for them..

Store is convenient which is the best I can say about it. Produce is ok, but over priced, off name brands for most products and expensive. I only pop in when I need something in a hurry, otherwise shop in other stores.

Extremely filthy store! Smells like a moldy and an unkept gym bag. Garbage everywhere, customer service is just ridiculous. The amount of attitude and air pods in this place is just wild to me. The owner is just the worst to let this be like this. Sad.

For emergency shopping, it is well stocked. I found it very clean, cashiers very prompt and courteous. It served me well as I was unable to visit my usual supermarket.

We love this store first time here and won't be the last they have a new fan here . The prices where spot on. Store was clean and well kept cashiers fast and friendly . We highly recommend this store .

Very dirty and overpriced stored. Limited selection of items and the staff needs to be trained in customer service. Yuck! Disgusting store defintely not fitting for this town.

We were pleasantly pleased with the things they had we did not expect to see. Better to drive 7 miles to Frostproof to pick up goods to get us through the week than to drive 25 miles to Lake Wales

I was going to shop here but there was what looked to be a satanic ritual happening in the parking lot. I was terrified. I went and called my friend and they confirmed that they heard the meat they sell contains human flesh. I don’t think I’ll be back! -sincerely a concerned passer by!

My apologies for the misunderstanding, I thought I hit a "4 Star" review and I appraintly pressed the "3 Star" by mistake! There were absolutely no problems. Errything was neat and vury tidy, and service/checkout was quick and easily done! Friendly staff, and GREAT selection to choose from.

Produce, specifically green onions were sadly old and discolored. Check your produce carefully, priced higher than most stores. I like the convenience of being close in Frostproof.

They store is always clean. It seems that you have to check the produce well before you buy it.I bought some sliced mushrooms that looked good in the store but when I opened them at home they weren't as fresh as I expected. I can still eat them but will have to change planned dinners around to use the rest of mushrooms sooner than later.I've gotten potatoes on another trip & basically the same thing happened. Looked at bag, they looked good but a rotten one in the bag made a few others smell & look gross.I'm satisfied with the rest of store. Dates are always good, variety is good & the staff is always nice.This was the Save-A-Lot in Frostproof.

I stopped by save a lot after work to pickup a few things for Science class tomorrow. Although a small store, it is well organized, clean and the employees are friendly.

This store is always clean and fully stacked. Store attendants have been kind and friendly every time. Easy to navigate, everything in its place and so organized. Truely a great addition to the town! Reccomended for any of your grocery needs!

A quick place to shop that is close by where we live. I have found the produce to be every bit as fresh (sometimes more) than the big name stores. Prices are right, they do stock off brands but they seem to be just fine. I hate packing my own groceries, but I suppose that keeps the cost down. On the down side, it is always freezing in the store, so you will need a sweater or jacket if you plan to spend any time shopping.

Bought a pack of ribs for the Memorial Day weekend. Started cooking them and had a pewtred smell. The ribs were all rotten and the sell by date was still 2 days out. They were seasoned pork ribs they seasoned their self. No more meat from there for me.

Bought the Ortega taco dinner kits the last 3 times I purchased them from this store the shells was busted all up
