This store is a remodel store. Just done around 3 months ago. The store was so nice and big and plenty of room inside. Well now it's so over stocked. There is stocked carts everywhere all over the store and you have to move them just to get what you need. And the isle have boxes everywhere. It was sick a beautiful store but now it's just junky. It looks to me like the employees are not doing there job. Not a pleasure to shop there anymore.

The store manager is a complete jerk to customers every time I go in there. My son and I watched him check out a very old lady. As she walked off he said "Put the basket back." She kept walking toward the door so he picked up the basket and threw it at her!! Lucky he missed or I would have called the police.

They have items priced incorrectly. I had to pull the tag from the sodas to show cashier. She said," oh that's out if date" I said then I guess you should remove the tags and place with correct price. Cashier was rude. Overall very disappointing.

Staff friendly, store seems pretty stocked. Check out was a bit of a hassle due to faulty scanner/cords, system had to reboot, then card reader wouldn't work so order had to be sent over to other register. Spend the money and fix your checkout equipment that's faulty.

Family Dollar in Frostproof is very clean and organized. The merchandise is always well displayed and the shelves are always neat. The manager, Marco, is always friendly and willing to help customers find what they need. He is always making sure the new merchandise is put up in a timely manner. Many people say how much cleaner Family Dollar is than Dollar General.

This Family Dollar is my new favorite store. I found everything I needed & a few things I could go without. Thanks to the staff who went to the back to find the out of season ice coolers for my trip to keep my drinks cold.

Always a last minute shopper right before they close and they always welcome us with a friendly face and have become the place I pick to stop at if it is after 9pm in this town. Isles always cleared out for carts and able to find what I need just about Everytime I stop

Went in and bought a cartton of 100 305s and got home and found out that the person doesn't know the difference between100and short and they refused to change the out 15 minutes later well lost my business at about 200 dollars a week
