Dollar General is one of my favorite Stores. The one in frostproof isn't kept well stocked. But great atmosphere friendly employees.

Very dirty store, shelves empty, a small DG store. Always a line, never enough help. Do not buy batteries here as they sell off brand ones which only last a week. They need new management.

I know this is a dollar general, but you still expect some level of professionalism; the employees will ignore the people waiting in line tending to their own things, while others mill about aimlessly while on earphones in personal phone calls. The employee in question whom was ignoring the line forming was not in a DG uniform, but a Nirvana shirt....I would like to add that he seems to like coming onto the female customers.

Busy lil store most the time only 1 register open so you have to wait for a few minutes to check out. Isles are crowded and hard to get carts through some areas. Most the staff is friendly and helpful. Love the deals they offer and if you do you planning correctly you can get items for just a few cents if you hit the sales and use your discount from older receipts. Just don't get caught in the store when they say they are closing cause they don't wait around they push you right on out the checkout and door and lights may be turned off before you blink your eyes. Overall I don't mind shopping at this dollar general but refuse to go to the one out by town star their staff is needing to be replaced before they lose all their customers

Location was clean enough/as you'd expect in a clean DG. Employees were practically asleep on their feet though. When I walked up to the counter the one meant to be checking me out was on the outside of the counter buying themselves a snack. They told me to wait. After a minute of hearing them complain how tired they were as they tried to figure out their snack, another employee finally came to ring me up. She zoned out and after ringing me up and I waited another 30 seconds for her to finalize the transaction.

Still a bit over stuffed with product. My husband won't go in to Dollar generals anymore. He was with a cane. Last time he was in this store he tripped on some box of flip flops & cut his hand on a shelf.For the most part the clerk's are nice & helpful.

Average size store.. suggestions would be less displays on floor space around isles. Difficult to turn corners, back up, or turn around with carts. Cart corral outside should be on level surface not a V slant. Older people or handicapped makes it difficult to retrieve and return carts if walking is an issue. I myself have a bad leg making it difficult to move safely without issues.

Renovated and cleaner, staff could be friendlier and more helpful. Convenient mini store, I wish they had fresh produce or more variety for food, it's all artery clogging processed options to choose from.

This staffbis very pleasant especially in the evening time when I went this time! It is Friday October 23rd 2020 and the staff was very friendly and helpful! I got everything I needed in the store and I will be returning!

Has nothing useful in it. I can go to the dollar general off 27 and find anything I need. This location is not getting stuff in. This is well after the hard times of COVID and the staff could care less when customers enter the store.

I really would like to tell you what I think about workers at Frostproof store but it would be very unkind. However, the one beside Lily Lake has the friendliest and hard workers. They go out of their way to help you and are very polite.

Do not go to the Dollar General off of 630 in frostproof they never have any products here's the last few days they've only been able to Do cash And don't have any other way of being able to get money off at their Store And they hire the rudest people that they could possibly find.

See one seen them all, they let the new stock set in the isles and is in the way of shopping. Can't understand why they would not have the shelves stock before the busiest day of the week, Saturday 5dollar off day.

Like the new layout. Doesnt seem as crowded. Line moved well. Another employee stepped up when the line git a bit longer.

a place where you can easily find the products you want, the attitude of the store employees is very nice, they try to help everyone, especially the store employees.

Very messy with stock stacked all over the floor. Not ADA friendly. Never enough register staff so you wait in one long line sometime for over 20 minutes.

Have gone multiple times to this locations. They are constantly out of redneck eggrolls. Sometimes they will make some for you and other times they won't.
