I ordered some standard split jam door casings a few days ago. They didn’t have them in stock. I ordered extra just in case I needed them. Thought I would just be able to return them if I didn’t need them. When I went to return them , I was told they were special order. These should be in stock at any quality Lumber store. So, they refused to credit me back. They just didn’t want to return my money, so they told me they were “special “ order , when they were just out of stock. The manager didn’t care at all that I will not be returning to this store.. I do not recommend.
