Let me just say this DG is one of the most organized stores. The manager Danielle and assistant manager Heather are very friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure customers find what they need. I will definitely be back to shop here!

It is very disappointing that the store that I have come to trust has finally let me down. This one particular store refuses to reload cards, mind you they sell these cards. I would understand if technology is the problem, but it's not. The cashiers blatantly refuse to refill cards, per managers' orders. I'm an hour away from home working. This is not the Dollar General I know.

I needed to make a FedEx return & the lady helping me was so helpful & was so quick to get it taken care of. I really appreciate the great customer service that she provided.

Since moving here they have wonderful staff that knows where EVERYTHING is! They have an excellent selection of items. Things I’ve never seen at a Dollar General before coming here. It is an older building but, don’t let that fool you. Competitive prices & great products! I would absolutely recommend visiting this location.

This store needs new employees and management. I brought item to to counter which was on sale and it took 15 minutes of waiting and them berating me until I walk back to where the item was in freezer and showed them the advertised price..which she promptly removed and brought back to show manager at counter...he was also very rude and insisted it was mistakenly put there..but begrudgingly said he would honor my purchase. Will never go back..plus the store was filthy.

The new manager at this store is phenomenal, I have seen her working by herself countless times and she still keeps an amazing attitude with all of her customers, she is very attentive to everyone’s needs. I was told I could give her a survey through my receipt but it was lost so I hope this gives her the boosts she needs to keep going. Thank you to Mrs. Crystal for keeping our local store running.

Store is badly understaffed which results in numerous problems. Pricing is not updated . Store is very low and/or out of a great amount of merchandise. Employees are working very hard to compensate the shortage but they can only do so much.

Store manager was nasty and using bad words at me. This store needs to be looked at. She followed me out the store talking bad stuff to people. I will never go back to this store. It looks like trash and the store manager just standing there not helping customer's. Why yelling at the employees

Always good place to stop for cleaning supplies today the place was pretty picked over, cluttered and messy. I know Saturday is a busy day and I dont even work there, you'd think the manager would work enough people they didn't loose sales because of empty shelves or the shop lifters. 2 cashier's and 40 customers, and a manager sitting in the office on the phone. Of course it may be the owner that's too cheap to pay enough help to keep the place stocked.

General dollar has almost everything I need. However, their charcoal is never stocked well. Meaning that they don't have good selections. They run out of lump coal very quickly and I like using that the best. Also, they don't keep stock available for cigarettes. Great prices when they are properly stocked. They could reduce the price of their gambler rubles to $2.35 instead of $2.68. At those prices, I can buy somewhere closer to home. I want to shop at a store that always has the very best prices. I don't mind going out of my way to shop a store that has great prices. Over all, I love this Dollar General. I just wish they were stocked better sometimes.

The new store is great and a blessing to be so close. They are just having a hard time keeping it stock. Sometimes no all the time the store owner will not come of his office to help them when they get behind. I've seen 2 customers in the past almost come to blows because the lines are so long and tempers were just flaring.

The parking lot and the store is always nasty and disgusting. You gotta wait at the register for ever, before someone finally comes up to help. And that's only when they feel like coming up from the stock room. Totally rude and unprofessional employees.

The new people there are alot nice, management is still horrible, store needs to be completely overhauled as half of the store is empty. Always products all over the place on their carts. They need a team or to close for 1 day and reset whole store and fully stock it. If my store I would never let it get that way no matter what.

I only gave one star because you have to put something. Horrible experience! I was over charged on my husband's beer that was on sale for $9.99 I was at self checkout and noticed that it didn't ring up on sale so I asked the cashier (Tiffany I believe) about it and she said that it would take it off at the end so I continued to finish my order. After I paid I realized that the three cases I purchased didn't ring up as the sale price. I asked the lady to fix it and she said NO. She said that she isn't allowed to do refunds so I asked to exchange and she continued to tell me NO. She told me to come back the next day to speak with her manager. I couldn't make it in so I called several times and have been told that "John" is never there. Horrible experience!

This location needs to tighten up their stock replacement standards. All too often they don't have their shelves and refrigerator stocked.They should also have more than 1 register open during busy times of the day &/or have an employee available when the check out line is long!This is in a convenient location for Santa Rosa Beach residents and visitors! And unfortunately one of the few variety stores in Santa Rosa Beach.

From the stockers, to the cashiers, and the managment, all were pleasantly helpful. The store was neat and clean, including the ladies' room. They even helped with my extra buggie, to make sure I was safely loaded (nighttime) without my asking. This happened every time I went so I am a loyal customer.The only thing I would like to add is, if something is requested to be in store, then that should be done. The only sales they have lost are due to not carrying enough of a product, not carrying the flavor, or not having the larger sizes available. And since I believe these problems are due to the 'higher-ups' in the company, I must give the management and staff, 5 stars.

Your employees are rude and unprofessional. The Blue Water Bay's store has an employee named Jerry, very kind and professional. The manager is like wise kind professional and very helpful. Can't say the same about the rest. Please hire kind professional cashier's or I'll be forced to shop elsewhere.

Its always a jumbled mess it seams. They put stocking freight on the floor down the Isles.If you are dedicated to stock then ok but I have passed the same stack 2 days in a row.Sadly its corporates fualt. They don't allocate enough hours to properly staff the store. Cashiers are stocking and doing truck in the same shift.

Has a large selection of commonly used household products. The grocery section was bigger than I expected, and had a variety of food items you are likely to need. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

For being in a small city with only one other store that isnt gas station theyre doing their best to stay stocked and on top of things. The clerks are always friendly. Even on their busiest days.

Pretty good, they just revamped the entire store & is now a full size, fully stocked Dollar General. The mngr is pretty nice most days, and he is always there & seems to care....and so far ALL the employees are SUPER nice and actually act like they like their jobs, which is rare in this area. Would give it 5 stars, but I've witnessed at least 2 drug deals in the parking lot in the last month or so... Not much they can do about that I guess, but just makes me feel unsafe a little.Update: 2/1/19For the 3rd Sat in a row of trying to use my digital coupons, they again failed to credit my coupons. Ridiculous. They credit 2 out of 3 of my regular store coupons, but not my $5 off $25 coupon. So if ur going on Sat for the $5 coupon, forget it!Also, 3rd can of DG brand oven cleaner that's exploded on me.

Great way to get what you need and more on the go. They even have a whole cold section with a great selection from lunch meat to lunchables. frozen pizzas to ice cream...and decently priced!

Manager is very rude and weird!!! I witnessed him be completely disrespectful to some of the vendors in his store. The poor vendor was trying to just do his job and this guy was just being horrible to him. And for that I will never shop here.

Completely horrible managment named John.Have had many a issue with him and his rude, degridateing, sarcastic talk his does to customers and employees.The cashier rang somthing up 2 times by accident and called him over and he just looked at her like nope.Then she said dont worry she would pay for it becouse she didnt want to have him come down and chew her out for calling him over.We went and got another of the same product.He was very rude to 2 senior citizens today with his mouth.

Signs for sale item in aisle were put on incorrect product. I pointed this out to employee who was working the floor and she knew the big sign on the soda products was incorrect but said they put sign there anyways. It DOD not get removed. They should have given me the product that this song was on. There were cases upon cases of soda but the wrong packaging. Made me think it was on purpose to be deceitful.

This is a much needed store in Freeport but the store's appearance is a mess and the workers don't seem to care how it looks. This store was completely renovated about 6 months ago and looked fabulous. But it has gone down hill quickly. My biggest concern is safety. Every ailse is a mess and a trip hazard. Boxes everywhere and unstocked merchandise sitting on the floor in the middle of the aisles or just overstocked on the shelves. The rolling apparatus that is used to move items from the back storage out to the shelves had a broken wheel and the worker was trying to use it. The merchandise nearly fell on her and into the aisle. Management and OSHA seriously need to make an unannounced a visit into this store to see what I mean.

Staff is friendly, good deals. They're not the best at honoring coupons or digital promos. I coupon and have always had issues with using my digital coupons there.

Need to pay there employees better or fix what ever the the problem of not being able to keep good help. I used to enjoy my daily trips but anymore there's a different set of employees every week.
