Great team, always personable, helpful and a genuine pleasure dealing with them. Yesterday visited regarding a purchase from January and asked to speak with the manager. Bobby couldn't have represented Ace any better - patient, professional and helpful, didnt blink an eye addressing an issue almost 6 months old and within minutes resolved my concerns. I was and remain both very impressed and grateful!!!

Great store to say the least, I used to work here and can tell you , their number one priority is to help each and every customer before the customer remembers why they’re at the establishment in the first place. The staff are friendly and helpful , willing to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction. The staff is a mix knowledge and smiles. Mr. Bobby(The GM) knows the store like the back of his hand, very knowledgeable. Mrs. Malessia is the person for anything garden related, Mr. Drew is anything and everything Grill related, Mr. Bob and Jay are hilarious people that have been a around the store for a while and know it well too. Jonathan, who is fairly young and new to Hardware is learning fast and will help with whatever you need loaded. The girls up front will always greet you with a smile walking in and out and remind you to sign up for ACE rewards if you haven’t already. Overall a great store.

Just went in for some stainless screws. They couldn't find a price. So the manager made up a price for $.99 each. Comparable screws were anywhere from .25 to .50. and they were stainless as well. They said marine grade are more expensive. Pretty sure she just made up the price. Maybe time to drive to defuniak for my hardware needs in the future. Lowe's it is.Something trivial to be sure but the made up price and manager didn't even wanna do a price lookup turned me way off.

This place is great to begin with but also I lost a phone there and all of the employees went out of their way to help me find it. It took 24 hrs but it was found. I can’t say enough how grateful I am for the extra help from the awesome folk that work there.

The employees are so considerate and understanding of consumers needing to rush up at the last minute that really couldn't wait til the next business day. My husband made it up there at 5:59, and they were as welcoming as they are any other time of the day. He was so grateful they stayed open for him so he could complete his project tonight.

I am extremely disappointed during my visit around 4 pm on 11/29/2020 not one store employee or customer were wearing a face covering. There is a social responsibility to protect our community and as someone with a health condition that makes me more vulnerable in this pandemic, I will never shop in this place again.

Decent spot for quick grilling needs if you have a Traegar or Egg, be sure if you're a veteran to get your discount because they seem to forget to put it on the ticket even when telling them.

Great disc golf stuff for a hardware store! DD, Innova, latitude64. Including bags! Super happy to see they sell air hose and vinyl tubing by the foot. My old Aces never had that stuff on the floor!

First class operation all the way. Yes it's a chain but it still qualifies as a hometown hardware store and they stock useful items. Hours can't be beat. They're open when I need stuff.

Ive been coming to this ACE for years. I’m someone that doesn’t know much about doing repairs or home improvement, so it’s always a little bit daunting. One thing about this ACE is that the employees ALWAYS go above and beyond to provide me assistance. Whether it’s a familiar face or a new one, they help me way more than I have ever thought was an option.

ACE hardware has items that the big box stores don't carry. In Niceville on a Saturday afternoon they are the only game in town. I have never been to an Ace that the employees are not always helpful. Really like ACE.
