It’s a shame our local Dollar General is the worst one I’ve ever been to. Also curious why it’s been almost a year since a storm ripped the sign down from the front of the building and corporate can’t seem to spend some money on fixing it. I take my business next door to Family Dollar, much better staff and manager there anyway.

The only reason there's one star is because I had to to make this review you're better off going to the family Dollar nextdoor because the employees here especially Misty is rude instead of saying please watch your language she wants to get on you like you're a child when you're in your 40s she is always taking forever I have seen people in self-checkout check out more items than at the register and then faster they're always out of what you're needing from them I've even gotten milk that went bad the next day from there but the people at family Dollar or really nice at least faster

Absolutely disgusting behavior by cashier Missy. The store is disgusting and Yvette store manager doesn’t even apologize to you when you’re accused of stealing items and your receipt proves otherwise.

Store is well organized and the staff is friendly. They have a bit of everything from quick meals to your stationary needs. Leslie was polite and fast at the check out. Jack was helpful with pulling some product in hard to reach places and Brenda had wonderful advice to give when it came to some of my purchases. Hard to find a store as welcome and gives as much attention.

Nice clean store but the high volume of people that shop there means they can run out of stuff fairly quickly as far as food such as eggs, milk and cheese go. The people that work there are always friendly, especially Ms. Tomika (not sure on the spelling of her name ). It's got a redbox out front. They don't have baskets to carry so you have to use a buggy or carry your items

Customer service is garbage and the managers are the ring leaders.The good: the place has what you need most of the time including groceries.The Bad: Service is far from "speedy" and long lines of waiting customers never get so much as acknowledgement of their long wait. Much less an apology for it.Managers act as if they can only communicate with employees and typically ignore customers.New employees have great attitudes! Seasoned employees barely look at you during check out and it seems they won't muster a smile for you without getting paid extra.I greeted one employee as she was going in to work & she didn't even look my way as she barely tossed back a "why are you speaking to me" toned "Hello".The only guy that works there acts as if you aren't speaking to him when hes addressed and when he's forced to respond he delivers a bewildered look as if he doesn't work there and has no idea what to say or do.Overall: The mentality there seems to be, "get what you need and get out".

Well to me it's just like any other Dollar General near us. We live in a Royal area so most of them stay pretty nice. A lot of the employees are nice too you'll get something that's not but that one so far I haven't.

It is one of the only places to go to without having to drive all the way into town. Like most DG the aisles are cluttered with an unending pile of inventory that has to go on the shelves. I feel its pointless to have shopping carts if they wont fit through the aisle. Other than that the people working have always been friendly and I can rely on knowing what I can get there.

The New manager is very polite & very hardworking to get her store up & running smoothly .. For a lady who took over a store just before hollidays . she & her staff is truly trying to keep the store up nicely.. . deffinitly E for Effort ..im sure alot of people complain i would usually be one .but they are doung a fine job !!!

4 stars but only cause the other nearby stores are like 2 stars. Cleanish kinda organized but it's a dollar general in a small town so if you have high expectations that's your problem. This is just another average dollar store with major concerns. Felt safe while shopping here.

Although it is a wifi dead zone, it still has some significantly good stuff. Just don't get the wireless chargers, they have a timer for when they break. It's not the stores fault, it's the brand makers fault.

Not bad for a little bat country north Florida words Dollar General have just about any and everything you need except for stuff for the springs stick to get him out at the local shops near the springs come here for food and other things if you’re camping great service nice people clean store and restrooms even let me come in barefoot so my daughter can use the bathroom awesome people

If your not in a hurry stop on by. If your in hurry your better off doing without. It is ridiculous how long you have to wait in this Dollar General to checkout. Corporate needs to come in and figure out if its an employee or lack of employees issue!

We need Desiree back (our very gracious manager) she's been sick so our store isn't quite up to par as far as stock goes... However, employees are doing a great job 💒

We bought a $30 heater for my babies room that didnt work. When we went to return it the very next day they said they dont do returns for open boxes. They pretty much robbed me. Thanks dollar general for being thieves my son really dosnt enjoy being cold hes only 7 months old.

They have a girl working there that will do anything you ask she is fantastic she helped me find everything i needed (trish) the rest of the staff were nice also but i think she would have done anything so i was happy

Bathrooms where DISGUSTING, bathrooms also used as some sort of storage-room? Would recommend going to family dollar alot cleaner bathrooms and WAY nicer staff. Manager barely cares about anything, only wants to get paid.

Always a line, fresh tomatoes flavorless, might be from being stored in the fridge. Employees are the best part! They are all very nice and helpful.

I liked our Dollar General better when it had 3 registers, and the employees were very nice then too. I don't like going into it anymore. Love the manager

A lot of times they're out of items I'm looking for but that's understandable considering The outbreak. People come in And does all there shopping at one time kind of cleans out the shelves

Dollar Generals are everywhere but they are all not the same. There are four Dollar Generals all of them about the same distance from me. I like this one the best. Its location, the associates are always helpful and friendly

Ok I live in fortwhite and go to THIS doller general all the time the staff is very friendlyBut today I went in there for the last time I got my son some strawberry’s he starts to eat them and I noticed something weird so I stoped him from eating them to make sure everything was ok I start to look and there was MOLD all over them NEVER get fruit from there again

Very good Dollar General has always been a good place to look around and shop for me the only issue is when they get their stock in it takes a while for them to get it onto the shelves other than that it's a good place

This is our local dollar store. My daughter and i go here every day after school for a snack. Cashiers are always so nice and welcoming.

Love some of the things that got the prices are getting as high as Walmart's or anybody else not a discount store no more lot of things don't work I still love shopping there

Always busy and it has enough inventory that you can always stop and pick up things you may have run out of. Some people can get their entire shopping list in one stop at this store.We call it a mini Walmart.

I was really disappointed when I went in there the other day. There were a lot of things not restocked. So I only found one of the things that I went in there for. Everything was out of stock. I guess I should be lucky have gotten one of the things I went In for.

This Dollar General in Ft. White, FL is always well stocked. You could literally shop there for items needed instead of the big stores. The prices are not inflated and you get your money's worth.
