BEWARE:: Have driven past this store for months and finally went in with family to kill some time. Now we have pet Ducks, way to hard to say no to kids once they see them. Then bought all the supplies to go with them. Just be prepared if go with kids.Store has a great selection of just about everything and very clean, and prices were very competitive. The dog wash station is really cool and will definitely be going back to use.

I visited the store on a Saturday. The staff greeted me & my pup as soon as we walked through the door. Store clerks were available to assist. I found everything I needed plus a cute sweater. The parking lot and the store were clean which made my shopping experience even better.

When I go into this store, everyone greets the customers. I buy my pet food and use the wash station for my dog. At the dog wash, the water gets too hot or too cold and the hot water isn't very stable. I'm hoping they can fix this soon. However, I'm still giving them 5 Stars ⭐️ because the staff is amazing. My dog accidentally wet the floor and I asked the sales guy for paper towels to spray it and clean it. He said not to worry about it and that he would get it. He is such a nice person. I see him every time I go in. I love this location because I feel so welcome there.

I changed my rating since after one rude employee, who didnt seem to last long, every experience hasnbeen quite positive.Previous:The rest off the staff is great. One person though... I asked where the generators were. The reply? "On the generator aisle." Later, while standing at the checkout, I asked my cashier if the wheeled base fit the model I was buying and this same employee overheard and told me to look at the models listed on the box. There were no models listed on the box, just the wattage capacity of generators it fit and my generator was outside that range if you went by peak capacity

As I walked into the store, I was greeted by Alyssa and witnessed her smoke off of the vape in the store at the register as a pregnant woman that completely turned me off of ever wanting to come to this location again. It was completely disrespectful to the customers in the store, and absolutely unprofessional.

I came into TS to give my dog a bath. I had to ask for towels and it was dirty. The water was cold as well. I felt sorry for my baby because I had to give her a cool bath. I told the sales lady and she said they must have ran out of cold water. As many sales people who were there, why can't they tidy up the wash station after dog baths. Plus I had to ask for towels. I'm going to wash my baby at home next time.

My dad was looking to buy a poulan pro pr4218. I looked online and saw it was in stock at this store. He went to the store to buy the chainsaw while he was on the phone with me. Despite the website showing there were 4 in stock, the manager and staff were trying to sell him the display item and wouldn't check the back to see if there were more. The display item wouldn't include the carrying case, chainsaw tool, extra chain, or even the manual. My dad ended up leaving without the chainsaw and I ordered the same model off Amazon which included all the accessories. Both my dad and me are very disappointed over how the workers at this store handled all this.

I’ve brought my 2.5/3 month old puppy here for self serve baths. You don’t pay first but you have to ask for towels (2), which seems like a big inconvenience to the girl at the register. The hoses are fraying in numerous places.Today, I bought the same puppy in. Went to the register to pay and he used the bathroom. This puppy is a bit nervous so it is understandable that this happened. I asked for a bag and paper towels to clean it. As I have the bag of waste in my hands the girl at the register rudely tells me to, “Take that outside because I don’t want to smell it.” I had multiple things going on at once, cleaning up a mess, trying to make sure a puppy is okay and listen to the people in front of me discuss him. I go to tie the bag and again, rudely, says something about tying the bag. Much like parents of two-legged children, it isn’t like we want them to specifically make a mess at a register and it isn’t like we aren’t a bit embarrassed about it happening. The rudeness of this one employee isn’t noticed just by me; another customer mentioned her attitude as well in the self-serve area.It’s a shame they’re the only self serve in Fort Walton.(If you get a reply that states to call them, use option 4 and then 9.)

The washing station for the dogs is super nice! It's typically pretty clean and it's very nice that they have soap and conditioner for you to use. They also have a blow dryer! The only thing I would recommend is to bring your own towels because typically they don't have any.

God awful experience!!!! I called three different times within 30 minutes to try and find out if they had medicine for my animals. The reason for calling three times was because of the uncertainty of each person I spoke with about whether or not they actually had what I needed and the distance I had to drive. The last call I was put on hold and then hung up on. Finally on the fourth and final call I asked to speak with the general manager who was not there yet. After dealing with the incompetence from the employees I have no doubt I will have a similar experience with the general manager. NEVER will they get my business again. I am now headed to Chavers in Milton where I know I will find qualified employees to assist me.

I love tractor supply but the employees in this particular Fort Walton Beach store are the rudest people and trying to get someone to help you is a complete joke. I'm left shaking my head wondering exactly what it is these people are paid to do. It has been this way every time I've tried to shop here. From now on I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Love the pet washing stations, that’s really why I go there. However 2 of the last 3 visits there have been no clean towels to dry my dog off (learned after the first time, so I bring my own towel). First time the associate was kind enough to knock half off $5.00) and then gave me a coupon for half off next visit. No such luck today, when I told the guy, he seemed more interested in calling me “dude” (I’m a senior citizen) and asked me if my dog could have a treat. When I told him he should tell customers who come in with dogs that there are no towels, he said “I do tell them.” I said “nobody told me,” he said “sorry, dude.” No half off coupon this time for this dude.

We found Tractor Supply to be a neat & Clean medium box store. They offer a small selection of a wide variety of farm agriculture and livestock products. The prices that we saw appeared to be reasonable but I'm not really clear about their Market niche. It seemed like they had four or five styles of men's heavy duty trousers, along with a small selection of work socks, t-shirts, and some plaid flannel shirts. Their selection of dog food and livestock food as well as bird seed was pretty extensive.

I went to get a certain outdoor dog kennel. I really wish they had the optional roof and the panels to expand the kennel in stock or at least someone could tell me when they will be available. On the other hand one of the associates Jackie was amazing, she helped me make my selection loaded it into my truck and had a great attitude all the while it was pouring down raining. Jackie is a true asset to this store and if she's not a manager yet I bet she'd excel at it. Thank you Jackie!

Horrible service continuesly had to wave employees down to try and get assistance. The $27 bag of pedigree I purchased has huge clumps of molded together dog food. The $99 clips i purchased for hoof trimming are very dull. This is the worst tractor supply store I've ever shopped in. They need better customer service and I'm absolutely disgusted with this particular tractor supply. I've been a tractor supply customer for years and can not believe the products or the flippant behavior from the employees there. The only one that was remotely helpful was the young lady working today. Im gonna say whoever was wearing the blue shirt working there today was the rudest employee I've came across in awhile. He directed me to wrong products and rudley said products change all the time as he walked off. I found what I was looking for an aisle over. I really hope that tractor supply will correct that store and employ customer friendly employees.

I’m appalled at the way I’ve been treated at this store multiple times. The customer service is disappointing. I saw on their mobile app that the item I needed was in stock, went in and searched for 15 minutes and had to go find an employee to help me find the item. They searched the sku on the honeywell and was told by the customer service employee that they had 6 in stock and that it would be at a table in the front. It appeared that they were not at a table in the front. But if it’s in stock that means that it’s been checked in and is somewhere in the store. I asked the man if there was any chance that the item I was searching for was in the back and he said “it might be but I’m not diggin through it”. I know for a fact that if it’s check in then it’s stock but may be in the back waiting to be put out and you can’t accommodate a small search for this item? Their dog bathing room NEVER has clean towels and everyone is always standing around on their phones. I didn’t drive 30 minutes out of my way to be treated this way. I expected better

Very friendly staff. Took time to explain the safe I was looking at even went the extra effort to ensure I was able to get it offloaded and into my home. One of the best Tractor Supply experiences I have had! They are a smaller store, but still have a lot of products including trailers, riding mowers and more!

I like the store but dont buy plants that they have inside, i pirchase a pomegranate, raspberry, straw berry hang hrow bag kit and a few others....they all no good, did not come out except for the strawberry 4 came out but other 6 eere dead and i have them in the best pot soil and they dont grow like they're stunted...no guarantee on them either except manufacturer states send in a complaint with receipt snd im going to try that as it cost me like 80 bucks for all those duds...i wish TS would just regund at dtore.

My husband was in ft. Walton store. He incontered a associates named jackie she was amazing. She helped my husband so much. She went beyond customer service. She should get raise in pay. She was the most helpful person and so very nice. I just want to thank her so much.

There is a great variety of farm and animal supplies. The employees are very friendly and helpful. Everyone is professional and knowledgeable as well as readily available if you have questions. It is a great place to visit and find items for your farm, garden or animal needs. Highly recommend!!

The first time I met Josh I came to inquire about chickens. He was standoffish at first but then proceeded to spend a half an hour teaching me everything I needed to know. I came back today to buy the chickens. He was extremely helpful and patiently helped my grandson pick his special chick. We had a great time. Thanks, Josh

The best place to buy propane! They actually fill your tank by weight so you get more propane than when you just swap tanks at other places.A variety of things to buy from clothing for the whole family, tools, and everything you could need for pets and livestock.

The Pet Wash Station is an awesome & very convenient addition, which is why my girlfriend & I take her double-coated dogs to this location every other week: however, the experience is somewhat lacking.The Station has instructions posted in the room stating to use both "towel & [air] dryer simultaneously" to dry the dog after a bath: this is routinely an impossibility though, since the Pet Wash Station almost always full of nothing but dirty, *SOAKING* wet towels.When seeking help from an associate at the checkout, the "dude" (as I was called) told me, "We don't normally have clean towels available, but let me check real quick," as he asked someone in his earpiece if there were any to be found. After receiving a negative reply from the associate on the other end, the "dude" (Zack) said, "Nah man, we don't have any clean ones right now. But for future reference, you can just, like, bring your own towels in the future, or, like, just let your dogs air-dry out in the sun afterwards, you know?"Ahhh yes, let them air-dry out in the sun: because that's why we pay $10 per dog to wash them, just to have them go home wet in the car, since the dryer can only do so much.I get it: Tractor Supply is a big company & minimum wage jobs aren't much fun to work: but those aren't reasons to short-change the customer. Hopefully there'll be some improvement to this in the future.

I can now get all of my dog food and chicken food without having to drive 30+ miles. The Fort Walton Beach store seems a bit smaller, but it had everything I needed. It was clean and the associates were friendly.

Jackie is an outstanding ambassador for TSC. Her customer service is above reproach and very welcomed. I would highly recommend this store for all your propane and propane accessories.
