I didn’t buy a pet from them but was ready to. They had a little frenchie so cute but 10,000 grand really sad to put such a high price on a puppy. They then said they would take 8,000. I offered 5,000 pretty much at that point got laughed at and worker walked away. There is no dog worth selling for 10,000 from a pet store. Very sad I know plenty of Frencie breeders and they couldn’t believe what they had this puppy listed for.

Run don't go there sold my daughter a 4,000 dollar dog sick she was paying 1,000 first 5 days after having dog. May have to be hospitalized tomorrow big bill! I am to mad to get into whole story. Rushed my daughter out saying u don't have to sign paperwork the day she was sold because they knew dog was sick. To be continued!!

Customer service is friendly, everyone literally is smiling. Large selection for fish. Live animals which is great for smaller children to enjoy. They have a dog section where you can play with dogs and purchase. Dogs are very expensive and are covered in feces majority of the time. Small selection for pet food but they sell quality food. The store smells terrible!

Have been calling this store for almost 2 weeks now to get pricing on a puppy every time I call either no one answers the phone for days at a time or they do and say oh please hold let me get you the pet department and no one ever picks up and today 3/11/24 same thing happens then I ask to speak to a manager and after 10 min on hold told they are too busy and can’t talk then I was asked what I want I stated that all I want is the price of a puppy and was told that only 2 people in the store can talk about the dogs really lost a 4500 sale all for poor customer service

Lauren was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Definitely knows her facts about dogs- and super thorough when explaining lineage and expectations for specific breeds. Highly recommend going to Lauren to talk you through the adoption process and facts!

I am not sure who helped me today but I wanna give a big thank you to the girl who helped me pick out the what I needed to help my dog use the bathroom. Our new dog hadn’t gone #2 since we got him (over 4 days ago) and what she helped me pick out made him go in less than two hours.

We paid over $4000 to bring our new family member. However, he has a dislocated patella we(actually vet) find out soon as we bring him at home. Also He does not have the typical characteristics of a Shiba Inu.He has strong Jindo dog characteristics. (Jindo dogs are Korean dogs. So I don't really mind, and it's actually kinda funny)He is really cool and pure love. but it is very upsetting that he has a leg issue. Whenever I touced hes leg it's popping. he's almost 2 years old now. we love our baby's but just have some doubt for they breeders from Pensacola. (they said they brought him from Pensacola)

We just got our first puppy here a few weeks ago and had an amazing experience with the owner Mike. He was super helpful with all of our questions and concerns! I would certainly recommend this Petland location to anyone who is looking for a fur baby.

Came in for some pet supplies and saw several puppies worked up and stressed in the small cases they were kepted in.The event that prompted me to leave was witnessing a large rottweiler puppy that was trying to pace in a box too small for it suddenly throw itself into the wall, followed by trying to dig their way out.The staff are friendly and seem to care about the animals so I cannot fault them for the decisions made by the company but I cannot in good conscience recommend coming here. At least until the conditions and space for the animals kept here is improved.

Amazing store!I was really shocked when we were able to actually interact with the animals. I thought this was just your typical pet shop with little Guinea pigs,mice and birds.We walked around the corner to see so many smiling little puppies!!! You can tell that everyone who works here truly cares about the animals.We were met with so many kind words and smiling faces!Only thing I would say is if you don’t want to leave with a puppy, don’t go😂

Bought a cavalier king charles spaniel from ft Walton bch store. Puppy did fine first week now he has issues breathing and seems to be choking all the time. Got all kinds of Warrantys with the pup so they said. It's been 3weeks home with my daughter and I, now I have a sick pup and no one at the store can seem to remember vet warrentys. I'm starting to think and research more on where exactly petlands dogs come from. Puppy mills? More than likey,the whole purchase was a rush rush out the door with you. Not a very professional experience with this store or employees. Save your money and children's emotions and do more research before buying from this chain of stores.

I purchased my puppy was a year ago now, .. this review is long overdue, but wanted to wait for a true review. I have to admit that at first I was very skeptical about buying a puppy from a pet store but my experience has changed my view, at least on this particular pet store. I was looking for a dog to fill the hole left of my heart after my other one passed away after 12 joyful years, at first it was a little rocky when I brought my puppy home he did develop kennel cough but Petland was true to their word, they did help me with the vet bill, it was through a third party so you have to get the paperwork right. They were just so kind in that store, they make purchasing your next Pet very easy, ..I want to give a big shout out to say THANK YOU Petland for helping to fill that void in my heart because without you I don't think I would have gotten the awesome puppy that I now have, he has turned out to be better than I even imagined, even better manners that my last one! I tell everyone where I got my new best friend 🙂 Blessings.

I was recently a customer at Petland, and I must say that I was really pleased with the service I received and the variety of things they had to offer. Every query I had regarding the goods, and which would be best for my pet was answered by the friendly and knowledgeable personnel. Because of the store's tidiness and organization, I was able to quickly locate the items I needed. Also, I was pleasantly surprised by the store's affordable prices and regular deals. Value pet supplies of excellent quality were easily accessible to me. I would tell anyone seeking for pet supplies to go here since they have the best products and the best customer service.

Petland customer service is very good! I adopted a puppy and felt really comfortable the entire time. Especially hard for me because I have social anxiety, but the workers were really nice! Mr.Eric, the manager, worked with me during the finance portion of the adoption. He was very joyful, very professional, and overall it was a great experience. Definitely coming here for my next adoption ❤️❤️!

We purchased 2 pups. Took them to the vet the very next day (less the 24hrs) told them about the cough they both had yet only one was diagnosed with an up respiratory infection due to kennel cough while the other managed not to show symptoms during vet visit.Following the appointment I went back to Petland of FWB told the manager on duty that day, I showed the invoice of vet visit. She said the issue is minor however she apologized and gave me a few chew toys for my pup.I called to speak with owner bc the day of purchase she came by my booth while visiting with the dog. Instead I end up speaking back to the same manager who checked me out and never gave me a copy of my invoice of huge purchase made he only showed me the bottom line price of puppies but not the break down of anything the bottom line included. Like the food or the puppy boost he made me purchase I didn’t ask for it he said I had to get it before leaving the store. A few 🚩red flags presented itself before leaving but I figured it was innocent.Now (3-days later) I realized it was intentional. But to each it’s own, I’m never shopping here again. If it allowed me 0/5 stars this review wouldn’t have gotten the one star. It’s sad that ppl can not do what is right and by the customers and especially that poor little animal shelter they have with sick pups on display😔I have documentation to prove my experience…
