I dropped my moms dog off to get groomed before n the people were sweet n did a great job .. my mom came to town again n we scheduled a grooming , this time they said she was matted up sooo bad that they had to shave her down to the skin , which she was not matted like that not even close , n she came out ugly. When I dropped her off they already tried claiming she was matted n made us sign a paper saying they may have to shave a little if so but I said she is not matted like they are saying to give a short puppy cut. I feel like they were just trying to be lazy n not wanting to groom properly . When I picked up my moms dog , one of the groomers was grooming a yorkie n I noticed when the yorkie was moving a little back she grabbed it by the leg n pulled it towards her roughly which is not ok !! It made me think if she’s treating that dog like that then how were they treating my moms dog others . We will never go there again .. you don’t treat dogs roughly like what I witnessed n don’t try to take the lazy way out of grooming . I do not recommend them n in the future I will be finding a different groomer.

Highly recommend! Meg trimmed my dogs much overdue nails within minutes. She praised and calmed my skiddish one. They both came out wagging their tails. Amazing environment. Tucked behind Tuffy’s.

Will not be using them again. They did a very poor job on my dogs ears and nails. Mind you my puppy is only 5 months old and only 11 pounds and they did not clip his nails properly or clean his ears all the way. They offered no kind of discount but used the excuse that he moved to much. Im sure we will find the perfect groomer elsewhere. I will be calling and speaking to the owner or manager.

Been taking my Coco to this location for awhile. They recently moved to a new location. It was a huge improvement the facility is so clean, the staff is always happy and glad to see you. Really good experience.They have some great dog and cat treats for after grooming, they also have a area to grab a new collar and bling if needed. Coco says she will see you all again soon.

I've got a 5lb maltichi and she's a tough one to groom. I showed the groomer a pic of the cut I wanted and she was straight up honest with me. she said “I can cut it like this, but I need you to know that it will not look like this picture. Her hair is not that kind of hair“. She was right! It did not look like the picture but she cut it exactly like the picture. I’m happy with the cut. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because, when I asked how much it was going to cost when I dropped her off they said around $50 and when I picked her up it was $85. So just a little discrepancy there. But I will take her back and just be clear on the price.

Oh my goodness. They took such good care of my pup Teddie. His nails aren’t overly done and his haircut is exactly how I wanted it since we’re growing his “man bun”. Cost was reasonable too 😎

Itzel does an amazing job with my chaparro every time I took him to the dogs gone cute. I am really appreciate it with her because she is really passionate with her job. She truly loves her work ❤️. I can't complain she always has a great job with my chaparro.

An ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!Not only did they blatantly ignore the specific instructions I wrote down on the registration card, as well, discussed with the receptionist. When I picked my dog up I discovered that 4 of his nails were completely cut off and cut the wick. He was bleeding all over my vehicle. I immediately took him back inside and showed the girl that was working the reception area/walk-in. She saw all the blood on the floor, my dog's paws, fur, and my hands. She was the only one there. She tried to help and apply some quick dry med, but she stated that the groomer should've not done that and she apologized, and said she get in contact with the groomer and/or a manager. It's been about two weeks. To date, I've yet to be contacted. This was NOT the only issue. After, further inspecting my dog, he had white fur all over him (he's a BLACK LAB!!), couldn't even tell that he was given a real bath, brushed, did smell fresh, or receive any extra services I requested. I literally had to brush and bathe him once we got home and next day take him to be groomed somewhere else. Overall a horrible experience for my dog and I.My dog was injured, two paws and several nails were damaged, he limped as he walked - obviously it hurt! We were very upset!Not only did my dog suffer pain and physical damages, but I lost more money and time choosing Dog Gone Cute.DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS GROOMER

Took my poodle in for cut. What WASN'T expected was for my poodle NOT to look like a poodle when he was done. He looked like a terrier not a poodle. Will NEVER take him there or send them clients. In 20 years I've never had my poodles cut like this. Disgraceful.. shame on them for telling me this is a poodle cut.. This isn't his first time there. Looked like a poodle before..

I took my Miniature schnauzer puppy here after he was traumatized from another groomer and I am so happy we did The place is clean and they have a variety of treats, a stock of the cutest doggy outfits & collars, but most importantly, everyone is friendly. They did an amazing job both times on my precious baby. Highly recommend

Inability to follow basic directions such as "Do not cut his tail.". It's been 10 months since I took my miniature Dachshund here and his tail has still not grown back. I gave them specific instructions to give him a bath, trim his feet and legs, and cut his nails. They asked "How do you want his tail?". I looked at them extremely confused as to why they would ask to cut down the hair on a long haired Dachshunds tail. I specifically instructed them "Do not cut his tail. It's supposed to stay long. Only trim his feet and legs.". When I picked him up, the groomer had but his plume completely off. She had pinched the tip of his tail and cut the hair straight across with sheers. This was on May 27th, 2021 and there has been no growth.They suggested I come in and they would taper it and give him Theraclean baths to promote growth. It still has not grown at all, and looks worse now after they tapered it. Upon further research, this is a common occurrence in this bread to not have good blood flow at the end of their tails. This leads to an inability to regrow hair that has been cut. No one was ever able to give me an answer as to why the groomer cut his tail even though on his instructions card for the cut it specifically said not to cut his tail.During one of his additional visits for the Theraclean baths, I asked them to trim his nails. When I picked him up, the lady brought him out and asked if he had a scratch on him or a scab that he had picked at because he had blood all over him. He was covered in blood on his stomach and on his front left paw. I inspected him and there were no cuts anywhere. I looked closer and they had cut his dewclaw so short it barely had any curvature to it.If you want your dogs tail to look like Uma Thurman's wig from Pulp Fiction or for it to look like it's been in a doggy Fight Club upon retreaval, then this is the place for you!

Always an amazing experience with dog gone cute!! I've taken my Scottish terrier there multiple times when I lived in fort Walton but when I moved to Navarre, I tried another groomer for convince... That was a huge mistake. This time I took my dog back to dog gone cute and they reminded me why I loved going to them. My dog has an anxiety problem with getting groomed even with medication to sedate him. Not one time though, have I had to return a second time to finish grooming him. Even with my stubborn dog, they always give him exactly the cut I wanted. They always get him done in a timely manner. The shop itself is extremely professional and clean as is the employees. Really could not recommend this place enough. I would give it a 10 star if I could. Thank you to the amazing owners and employees, such as miss Amber, of dog gone cute you will always have my business 🙂

Called 4 places this morning to get my pups nails trimmed and the only ones who answered their phone was Dog Gone Grooming. I was in and out in under 5 minutes. Prices are affordable. And the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We will regular customers now. :)

I have a huge 75 pound Golden Retriever/Airedale Terrier mix who is very anxious about being groomed. The staff took him in and treated him like he was their own. My Carmello is really like my kid and it made me so happy that they let him him stay out front with them after they were done. They told me he was so laid back and just laid down so the smaller dogs could play with him. They answered all my questions and were really sweet. I'm sad that we will be moving soon and won't get to use them for a while but I definitely recommend them to anyone.

These people have done a great job. They get you in and out for pets that don't like being there all day. They groomed my first two dogs that I have lost now. Destiny and Savannah. I have a new pet shih Tzu named Isabella and they did her this past week and they have done a remarkable job. A highly recommend giving them a call.

Amber always does a fantastic job with our miniature poodles. She’s patient with our male poodle as he had major surgery on both hips and couldn’t stand long. I totally trust her to make them look great and be fine when we pick them up. Love the new location!

I heard about this place after the grooming shop I have used for years, closed abruptly. My dog has been to Dog Gone Cute a few times and I was a tad bit apprehensive, but they’ve done a good job on my dog. I have to say that I’m really impressed with Amber and how she handles my dog and how friendly she is. I can tell he’s comfortable with her and it makes me feel at ease when I take my dog there…thanks Amber.

Very nice friendly atmosphere, pup is happy to go there. They have a variety of collars and leashes and of course yummy treats to buy! For a wash, nail trim and toothbrushing takes a little over an hour. Try it out!

We decided to take our adorable one year old schnauzer here for a bath and a trim, and she has never looked better!! She also smells really nice now, and Amber did an amazing job with the nails too. We are definitively coming back for next time.

I love it!!!! I’m real funny about my babies.. I don’t let anybody groom my babies.. I called and the person was so nice.. I didn’t had appointment but she had let me come in anyways.. they treat my baby right and my baby love it.. she smell so good!!!!! I’m coming back.. this is her groomer now on
