One of my favorite stores! Everything and more❤️The best part about getting your prescriptions filled at Walgreens is that if you become familiar with the people, they will actually call you and let you know if prescriptions aren’t to be mixed together and check on you and see how the reactions are to the prescriptions. Walgreens staff truly does care for you .

I came through the drive thru to pick up my prescription that I have been waiting on for two days and my throat is swollen and i could barely talk . They wanted me to verify a address I didn’t even stay at in 8 years I gave them my current address , mind you I had verified my info over the phone and at the window they didn’t give me my prescription told me I had to go to another to get it transferred and Kristi especially was very rude to me ! Her and two other workers because I couldn’t verify the address they had and they were saying they didn’t want to give me someone else’s prescription when I clearly verified name number and I had my license with me . They held my prescriptions I ended up going to the one on US-1 to get my scripts . Bad customer service and they shouldn’t hold things pertaining to peoples health . Very unacceptable

This is the worst pharmacy around. The woman is very rude. They won't even give you a courtesy to let you know if your medicine is ready. And if you ask her about it, she gets all upset and you that they don't have to do it. I'm going to Publix

Stay away from Walgreens pharmacy. My family I had used Walgreens for years. I've had horrible rude unprofessional service. This location definitely being the worst. The pharmacist and the pharmacy staff are definitely in need of some customer service training. With all of the current conflict in the world ,common courtesy as opposed to condescending would be greatly appreciated. Considering people are struggling for every penny, I highly suggest that you not patronize any establishment that doesn't value you as a customer.Try Publix stead. Friendly professional service with a staff that actually cares about your well-being they will treat you with respect as a customer and a human being..

Thank you to Mark & Sherry from the pharmacy for helping me fill my grandpa's prescriptions unexpectedly last minute. I appreciate the pharmacy for being open during the weekdays until 9pm very convenient for customers. Recommend this pharmacy. Fast and friendly.

Love shopping at Walgreens! I can get cold,feminine products, razors,candy, body soap, toys, and cards! You can buy everything at Walgreens! Photos can be developed fast,and prescription filled quickly! Great place to shop!

I have always had great experiences with Walgreens and their employees. I have been extremely pleased with the pharmacy and how courteous, friendly, knowledgeable they are. I have never waited a long time for any of my prescriptions and they really have stepped up in these times of crisis. And while checking out up front, they always open up another line if they get super busy so you never have to wait long to get and they are super friendly as well.

Just had the most amazing experience with Ashley, pharmacy technician at the 2501 Virginia Ave store in Fort Pierce. She was fast, thorough and nice to deal with in the pharmacy drive through. She deserves the shout out and a raise. You could tell she was someone who cares about performing her job well. Thank you!

I had a great experience with Rebecca who patiently helped me (and lots of others) make technology work and decide formats, etc for photos. She is a great employee. Also the manager was helpful with questions.

I was in this store location (25th & Virginia, Ft. Pierce) today, I was minding my business in the check out line when a man turned around and shoo-ed me away with his hands. I asked the man if I could help him, he let me know that I was not 6 feet away from him. The customer at the register had just left so I was moving up. This gentleman continued to argue with about being 6 feet. I let the man know that he could keep arguing with me or move forward in line and continue to be 6 feet away and continue on with his day, the man then opened his mouth AND COUGHED ON ME!!! Once the man was done with his transaction he told me to have a nice day. The reason I am writing this is because the cashier, Christy, turned this negative experience around for me. She had sanitizer waiting for me while she wiped down the card reader and area around us. She graciously apologized for this man’s behavior when she did not need to. Her reaction showed compassion and the need to make sure the rest of her customers felt comfortable. I wanted to take a second to thank her for her kindness and also let you know she is an asset to your team!

I’m usually someone who don’t ask for help but I was in a lot of trouble and needed to call someone. I seen the sign that said “Safe Place” outside of Walgreens. walked in there crying and everything and I asked to use their phone and the lady said “I can’t, I’m working and bust right now” and it was 8:30 at night in the photo center section. I had to walk outside and ask one of their customers to use their phone. What if something had happened to me, I’m not blaming Walgreens but don’t advertise what u don’t mean. It’s not a safe place because apparently the lady didn’t care to ask me what’s going on.

I was with my pregnant sister that was having headache. Went to the store to check her blood pressure and a laidy at the pharmacy was very rude to us. But a nice young woman who was at thw cashier told us to go to the pharmacy again that someone was going to help us. We received a great and professional treatment from a young man. The cashier was very sensible and from a huge help.

I enjoy the store and the people that work there. My only issue is 1 particular pharmacy tech that is slow, rude and refuses to listen to the customer. I had an issue with my husband's diabetes medication and she said said to me there's nothing for him. I tried to explain this to her, while in the drive thru lane. She just sat there staring into the wall and typing as slow as an tortoise. Maple syrup moves faster than her. I ended up going inside and having the on duty pharmacist recognize me and knew what I was requesting. This happened on 12/08/2018 at noontime. That lady needs a pep in her step and a happy pillbox she is to continue dealing with customers. No HR person would let this lady get away with her actions, and neither should the good staff at this Walgreens.

Yesterday I stopped by the drive through pharmacy on my way home from work, feverish and exhausted, and with the worst sore throat and flu I can ever remember having.I turned by car off while in the drive through, only to discover that my car battery died and I could not re-start my car. The staff jumped into action The pharmacy tech and another employee helped me get my car started with their jumper cables and waited with me until they were certain I would be okay. They also helped me to contact my husband, as I did not have a cell phone with me in the car.I use this pharmacy a lot, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. These two young ladies really went above and beyond the call for me yesterday. I appreciate it so very much, and certainly hope that their supervisory staff know what wonderful employees they have. Count me as a very loyal and thankful customer!

The pharmacist was so rude. I just got out of the hospital on a Sunday and I was at lawnwood and he refused to fill my pain meds and I just had major surgery the 7th one on me lower left leg that was broken on half and on top of not filling at least one he was a very rude and being a customer I was very affended. My regular pharmacy is closed Sunday and they are more expensive. I'll never go to that Walgreens again

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, I recently had a bad experience with a Cashier name Michael a bald head blk male, I Try using a instore coupon on my transaction and he told me no Because I found the coupon in the store and he said it was not mines and he started laughing and kept the coupon, and I overheard Michael Complaining about a customers items that she left at the counter top all because the customer was using the restroom for a period of time, I feel like (WHY) work In an environment if you not gonna go above and beyond for your customers during a time in need during this Pandemic, I'm not even working right now but a doing the best to provide for my daughter and every savings counts.
