While RVing nearby, we needed to refill two propane tanks. We called this store to ask about their propane refill and the woman who answered the phone was very helpful, explaining the options, and their store hours. We arrived at the store 45 minutes prior to closing only to be told they close the propane area an hour before closing. Absolutely would NOT refill our tanks. Really ridiculous, especially since we'd called to ask! Will never visit this store again.

Purchased a Barbeque online. When I went to pick it up they wanted to give me the show unit that had been sitting outside in the rain. It wasn't assembled correctly and had rust on it. Asked for a refund which was granted immediately. That is the reason for the two star rating rather than one star.Update: I tried calling the "Customer solutions" and couldn't get through to a real person after 3 layers of menus. Also, the website said they had 2 items in stock and the person that was "helping" me said they didn't. Took a star off ineffective response and misleading website or employee.

The two different sales team people told me one thing and the assistant store manager told me something totally different. He was very rude and treated me as though I was a criminal this is the 2nd bad experience I’ve had because of the assistant store manager. Our other business is a Dog boarding and we spend a lot of money at this store. The assistant manager is very rude and if he worked for my company he would have been fired for his rude and unprofessional conduct.He needs more training and shouldn’t be in his position at all.

First time visiting any Tractor Supply stores and it won’t be my last. I had zero expectations going in. It was a mixture of a bass pro, Home Depot, and PetSmart all in one. Got there a little before closing and was greeted when I walked in and acknowledged by other associates.Store was clean. Prices were very favorable. Picked up some dog treats, paint brushes and a t shirt.

Its posted the store would be open til 5pm. Closed much earlier than that. 20 plus customers affected. This area isnt even in the cone and weather is perfectly safe until tomorrow. There are actual devasted parts of the state where people have evacuated and in need of supplies. Yet Big Lots is open til 9pm. Let that sink in....

Hello! I normally love tractor supply, in fact, I was super excited when I had to go into tractor supply today to purchase a new set of tires for my trailer. I was greeted by so many of the wonderful tractor supply employees and they were very very helpful to me during my purchasing process. As I stated above the managers and other employees we're extremely nice and helpful, however, there was one employee in particular who was extremely rude to me. To start off with, she walked away from me when I initially asked for assistance. I wrote this off as her not hearing me, however, after seeking help with another employee she proceeded to run into me while seeming to not to be paying attention and didn't apologize or even acknowledge me. Still I wrote this off, but the final straw was when I was checking out. She was my cashier, and said some very judgeful things towards me at check out. Commenting rude remarks on what I was buying and what kind of credit card I owned. I normally do not write negative reviews like this, however I felt personally attacked.

I walk in and said hello to the cashier she was so nice and sweet. I continue to look for what I need and couldn’t find it the manger walk by saw I need help but continue to ignore me, so I went to the cashier waited in line and I saw and heard she was so busy and running the floor just by herself. That young lady was “Victoria” and she’s the only reason I’ll come back to tractor supplies because she’ll try her best to help but the manger “Robby” never again.

The manager personally helped my wife and I with filling our propane containers. He shared many ways to prepare for the possible hurricane coming next week week. Now they have a vet, who's great, in the back full time. Love this store.

Best priced livestock feed.Edited Jan 2022.Came in at 7:55. Walked to the front door with cart in hand. I guess they don't open till 8. Cuase an employee just stared at me, like a was crazy, from the other side.I get it. Can't let anybody in for 5 minutes. But here is an example of simply not caring. There are 20 ways to signal please wait a minute, or 5 minutes. Or I see you. Or hold on. I get only a you're crazy look.Too many people these days who really don't care. They can't be bothered.I could of waited 5 minutes, but after the dirty looks I got. I parked my cart and left . I bet he opened the store before I got out of the parking lot.

-My husband & I arrived 45min before closing time, was followed around the store by the cashier, everything we touched wasre-arranged/straightened (not being messy with the merchandise what so evr) & we were asked several times if we needed help with anything? Just Plain Rude!-The manager on duty was very polite and helpful, he even gave us a discount.

Great employees here that are always willing to help if you ask. It is one of the few places I can say I have gone to repeatedly for years in Fort Pierce and not been wrongly treated as a customer one time or another.Product wise, I am always discovering what new things they have. They have great deals on items almost any time I walk in. They also have some items that are clearly overpriced and have been on the shelf for a long time. We have bought gates, fencing, chickens, chicken feed, tools, beehives, goat food, animal water and food pails, horse treats, tires, coastal hay, etc.

Pretty reasonable prices. Poor selection on leather halters. The cashier was being unbelievable rude and belittling to this black guy that came in with a battery that he set down on the counter while she scanned my stuff. He was being very polite but she made him move to the other (not open) register implying that he was trying to cut in line. If I were him I would have slapped her upside the head!

Most of the time I am able to purchase what need. The cashier's are always nice. I'm seldom greeted by any other employee. No one has offered thier assistance. I typically load up 480 lbs of pellets on my own. Customer service is Definately lacking . Please with the items I have purchased.

Great place for a country boy like me to let loose. Love the smell of hay and heavy machinery that wafts over the entire store. I love horses,tractors and the things that I need to support either or. Great stock, great service and very cute n' cuddly chicks! Just don't try to pan fry em' while they're still chirpin. They'll kick you out!

Always a fantastic experience at this location, we get hay and bedding for our rabbits. Occasionally theyre out of the standlee compressed timothy hay, but its few and far between.

Even had a team member drive out to deliver new mower and take defective one back; and he was awesome too! That's going above and beyond. It is what good customers expect and what Team TSC Ft. This is the worst tractor supply, just drive to Sebastian. They’re always so busy and you wait FOREVER because no one knows what they’re doing. I went there since I was in the area and went to use my rewards and they tried telling me it must’ve already been used and I HAVENT USED IT. They couldn’t even exactly tell me when it was used they could only speculate. And then says oh well someone must have used your number but we can’t help you. I spend a lot of money at tractor supply every week & I’ve only ever had problems with this Fort Pierce tractor supply. My regular Sebastian tractor supply would’ve never made me wait 20 minutes to tell me that. They would’ve honored it because they know the value of a loyal customer.

I would have given you a 5, but after buying the product you sent me a questionnaire. I gave the product a great review and someone there thought it was negative so they wouldn't post it. I think people should be able to read good and bad experiences. Here is my review and you can decide:I bought this item knowing it had to be shipped to store. The product works perfect and was exactly as described. It hasnt moved since I stuck it to the floor. The shipping was fast and had constant communication with the store. Thank you. Then I received an email saying my review was being published because i "complained about shipping?"

Everything is so organized and clean. I look forward to my next visit. The prices are very fair and reasonable. I could shop around,however, I doubt that I would find the quality of Tractor Supply at one of those big box stores. The store also has items that you wouldn't find at Home Depot or Lowes. So, as far as I'm concerned, the next time I need anything, I might as well save time and money and just go to Tractor Supply, my New one stop store. Thank you, Tommy Ellis.
