Poor customer service, walked in and wasn't acknowledged by three cashiers. The just kept talking. Then when I selected my products and ent to check out, I still wasn't acknowledged. They just kept talking for several minutes until I got their attention. Then I had the worst experience ever here. Went to buypampers with my one year old sleeping in my hand. Got to theregister to have the pampers scan different. Ask to speak to manager. The manager Heather walked up and immediately said, can't see the price on the box. I explained that it's priced differently on the aisle tag. She rudely says, well I can't do anything about that. It came off the truck like that. So I told her to delete the pampers. She then proceeded to erase my entire transaction and said have a nice day. I asked her why, she just ignored me. I told her she was rude and I'd be calling corporate. She then said, that's fine. You're not the only one having a bad day. I was practically in tears from such disrespect. In all my years I have been never had such poor customer service.

Family Dollar is okay but you just have to pick the right ones some have great service some are sorry some have their shelves stocked up everything need their stores clean and others I wouldn't walk into

Family Dollars are usually messy but they will remind of how Dollar General USED to be. Every thing they have at DG is here but cheaper. I got ELF cosmetics for no more than $2 ea.product. A great 1 cup coffeemaker for $15 they don't even carry at DG anymore. Be patient...its messy.haha
