THIS IS SERIOUS. People depend on medication no joke employees. Liability is Real Totally ignored by pharmacy drive thru staff. She picked up the phone pretending to talk to us but never did, turned around left. Wow. 2/15/23 @ 6:35 pm. WOW.

The lady at the check-in was very rude and didn't acknowledge me. As I stood in front of her, she acknowledged the other lady who was standing by the pharmacy pickup while I was standing in front of her for the vaccine check-in. I mistakenly believed she was speaking directly to me when she said, "I'll be with you in a second." I nodded in agreement, to which she retorted, "I wasn't talking to you. I'm talking to you right now. I'm not sure why she had a problem with me. She was quite unpleasant and unprofessional, perhaps because I am black and the other client is white. Please improve, CVS Pharmacy!

Stopped by today to pick up a prescription for my neighbor with him in the car. Utilized the drive thru expecting it to be busy inside. It was. We were told since we were using Goodrx that we had to come inside to give the information about it. Saved over 50% on prescription. Staff was friendly and was doing their best with as busy as it was.

The pharmacy staff in Ft Pierce are exceptional. Very personable. They take the time to truly help their customers. I live in Port St. Lucie close to Gatlin and have transferred all my prescriptions just because of the staff and their customer service abilities. Thank you Ft Pierce pharmacy staff!!!!

My experience at CVS tonight was awesome. Tiffany was so helpful, and attentive. She went above and beyond to make sure that I had all the information for my medication and insurance process. The pharmacist that is there in the mornings when I go is also very helpful and knowledgeable. When I call, she always answers. I’m sorry I don’t remember the pharmacist name but thank you so much for all you do.

I've tried to get the pharmacy on the phone for days. They will not answer. They have a new RX on file that I need to call them to fill and can't get them to pick up. Even CVS complaint line can't get them to answer their back phone. This is the worst store ever. I have a broken leg can't walk into the store. Complaints have been sent to their district and yet I haven't heard from anyone. 40 min on hold is not right there is no excuse

You’re a pharmacy. Your job is to fill prescriptions. Yet you are incapable of doing so. Went to collect a prescription through their CVS drive-thru. Was denied service because the ‘pharmacist didn’t feel comfortable providing my prescription’ because I didn’t have insurance. (I am not a US citizen) I leave the country in a week. I asked them to call the doctor that I received the prescription from, but they refused. I asked on what grounds they were refusing me, they kept repeating ‘pharmacist didn’t feel comfortable’. This to me is not an acceptable response. Get your act together CVS. This is poor customer service.

This store would not honor a price listed on the CVS website that specifically stated one had to buy the product in the store. When I arrived at the store, the price was $8.00 higher than on the CVS website. They insisted the store's price was the one I had to pay. This practice is classic bait and switch. They advertised one price but it was much higher at time of purchase. Very poor customer service. I'll shop elsewhere.

Fairly fast and easy filling and refilling of meds. Easy to find, although I do recommend that you either take it slow going into the parking lot or if you have a very low car then to go into the parking lot through the mobile station.

Very disappointing, after seeing product on TV, I went to CVS to purchase and didn't carry it. Pharmacy tech was nice to help me look and then said "l am sorry, we used to have that vitamin".
