$34 for 6 chicken breast. Let that sink in for a moment everything in the store has been getting more and more expensive. Winn-Dixie is not the bargain store. It was in the past if you want that go to save a lot or Aldi‘s. I’ve taken a picture in case you don’t believe me.

Terrible store, rude employees & manager who doesn’t call you back! Went to the store 2 separate times to purchase a Prime Rib for Easter! I got there Friday morning at 7 AM, only to find out that there were only two prime ribs in the cooler section and each look like the size of a ribeye steak. The two people by the seafood and meat department could have a three prime rib and I was told that the butcher does not come in until 8 to 830. Poor planning especially on a holiday weekend not to have your butcher come in early to fill up your meat coolers I was told to call the next day and speak with the butcher to have a certain prime rib cut what I was requesting. I was told by an employee that morning That the Butcher doesn’t cut me too specifications and just to come and select what I want out of the case I explain that an employee told me that I could call and the gentleman said it is what it is take it. This person‘s name is Dwayne, if he is a manager or a butcher in the meat department I would say that he’s lacking Customer skills And I guess that’s for this person so then I decided to call the Cape Coral store only to find out that they didn’t have any prime ribs until the next day I was told to call at 8 AM which I did and of course I was told at 8 AM all prime ribs were cut for the day and I couldn’t request I wanted. Went to the store only to find out that there were seven prime ribs and each were smaller than what I needed. I understand that prime ribs were a first come first serve basis but if you requesting a certain size I don’t understand why it couldn’t be accommodated . I guess it is just the day and times Customers don’t matter, and I find the accountability factor is gone and these big box doors don’t care about the customer that’s been with their money there. The Publix has accommodated me on several occasions I guess now they have another customer Because I have went as bottom line at Winn-Dixie truly doesn’t care about their customers.

Brand new store, opened just a few minutes ago... looks really good with shelves stocked and plenty of associates around. Boasts a large seafood and meat butcher area. Lots of seafood, fresh and frozen available. The meat is displayed better than most stores.Looks like a micro store trying to cater to the area. The store lost a star from me because of the tiny aisles and the area around the butcher and deli area being very cramped and hard to get through when other people are there also. Trying to sort out who is in line next at the deli will be a pain and proper social distancing won't be possible.Associates were wiping down carts as you walked up, are wearing gloves... all associates are wearing masks. Winn dixie has the best small carts by far, love them!

I did an uber eats order for groceries. Upon delivery I received 3 packages of moldy fruit. I wanted to let the manager on duty know about the situation to rectify the issue so other customers don't get bad fruit. Called and rodney answered the phone. I asked for a manager. He said I'm customer service, if it's a question I can answer it. I said no its not a question I'm asking for a manager please. He said let me get one. Sat on hold for 5 minutes. He came back and said thank you for calling winn dixie how can i help you. I said I was still waiting for a manager. He said he was still trying to track one down. Nobody is answering. I said okay, ill still wait. He got rude for taking me off hold.. makes no sense. Do better winn dixie. Bad fruit and bad customer service.

When this WinnDixie first opened it was awesome! It’s very small but perfect for our area.The staff is nice but if you’re looking for sales or weekend sales don’t go Saturday night or Sunday. I go grocery shopping every Sunday and this was my go to place as it’s so close to me. They NEVER restock the shelves anymore for sales or weekend sales. It’s so frustrating. There are workers but no one is stocking anything after it’s gone.

Basing this off of CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! MY CARD WAS HIT BY A SKIMMER AT THIS LOCATION FOR About $1000.00 Once I realized the transactions ( 2 transactions ) I immediately called the bank and then each of the 3 stores I went to within the time. Publix Family Dollar and this Winn Dixie. Both Publix and Family Dollar pulled all the transactions for days and the 2 from the amounts taken from me were neither on there. The employees on each phone also checked the registers while I was on the phone with them.. So then there's this SKETCHED OUT PLACE. THE GENTLEMAN ON THE PHONE WAS CONFIDENT THAT IT COULDN'T HAVE HAPPENED AT THIS STORE AND that either way I would have to wait until the following day for a different employee to help me but that he could assure me they check their registers multiple times A DAY.... LONE AND BEHOLD IT WAS THIS WINN DIXIE AND WHO KNOWS HOW MANY ANOTHER PEOPLE WERE TAKEN BECAUSE THIS GUY DIDN'T WANT TO TAKE A MINUTE AND BE ACTUALLY CERTAIN... The whole vibe of the place had YOUR ABOUT TO BE ROBBED ALL OVER IT. I GET IT COULD HAVE BEEN ANY STORE. But it was this store and I could have been reimbursed that night by Winn Dixie instead of going through a claims situation after being violated and it was annoying. I hope in the future they take it more seriously. And clean their act up!!!

Recently I went to Winn Dixie again and Jenna supposedly a customer representative seemed nice from in the paste. But upon check out she turned right back into the nasty person she is. Rude obnoxious POS I've ever encountered there. I wish Miss Nancy could just take care of lotto and from counter. Needless to say I'll have to not go there for awhile. James Beam

So happy that they brought back Winn Dixie here in Fort myers. Excellent fresh produce, meats, delicious desserts, great specials BOGO 1/2 or free. Clean and well stocked. Friendly staff. Love my multiplier deals that you you points with cash back to use whenever you want to. Ps, Love the mini two tier carts with a cup/bottle holder!

People standing around, 5 customers waiting in line at the only cashier open. Poor cashier doesn't even have a bagger. When I asked the manager, Charles, his trite response is use the self check. Well, no one in the store today wanted to use the self check----does that tell you anything? Furthermore, if you exclude the specials, W/D prices are as bad as Publix, but at least at Publix they have staffed checkout and great attitudes. Don't think I'll waste my time with Winn-Dixie again.

Update - it’s improved but still not as nice orcheap as other grocery stores so most my business goes to them.Grand Opening weekend you have rotten fruit and vegetables and meats are brown! What is is gonna look like when your in business a while?! Really hope you get this together but the fact that it’s opening weekend everything should be fresh as possible as it was all just brought in... so this doesn’t give me hope!

They always have a great variety so many extra things that other grocery stores do not stock. Their vegetable selection is wonderful. The bread selection is awesome varied with many items you don't see in other stores. It is always clean and the staff is always courteous and friendly.

I love this store. It is really close by. So convenient. The prices,rewards, discounts and bogos are great. There are a few things I need and have to buy else where. No problem. I always check my sell by date were ever I shop. Staff is wonderful. SCP

Be aware that your items maybe expired when bought, or soon to expire. Didn't realize that but from now on I'm checking dates. And they don't carry everything you may get in a larger store. But the meats are excellent deal all the time.

I generally love Winn Dixie but today 5/16/23 my love vanished. No body at checkout and 2 employees standing around doing nothing. I asked for help and was rudly told use self checkout. I'm 70 years old and have bad eyesight. Checkout didn't give me Bogosian, I was going to just leave my cart there when a employee got off his phone and said : YOU DIDN'T ENTER YOUR PHONE NUMBER " I did and got the Bogosian so problem sorta solved. I never received customer training on use of checkout machines with tiny letters I can't see well. ( well enough to see the extra charges without bogo) Anyway self checkout is good for a few items if in a hurry and if you have great eyesight but I'm Old and really like someone ringing up my items and insuring I don't get cheated out of Bogo items. Also I didn't get a W-2 from any self checkout ever. Please hire someone to work registers instead of standing around talking on the cell phone. I guess at Winn Dixie the customer doesn't matter anymore.

Good selection of food but unfortunately at periods of times this store's cashiers are no longer at the registers. If you have a full grocery cart you have to use self service. That's extremely bad service

Did some heavy duty shopping for things you needed we were spending the week vacation at Fort Myers beach. Had a lot of bogos. The whole store was very well organized and clean. Employees were very courteous and helpful. Will most definitely be a return customer.

More often than not can't find items I need . Staff is very friendly and service with a smile but this location, is the worst finding things other Winn Dixie Stores Carry. If it wasn't for the friendlyness of staff I'd never shop here anymore.

For being a small grocery store they do have the necessary items. They also have decent sale prices. If you don't need a big full on grocery store, then this Winn Dixie location is a good place to pick up just what you need. I have also found the employees helpful when looking for items I couldn't find.

This Winn Dixie is so clean its a joy to shop in this store.The staff is pleasant and helpful. But if they are going to wear masks they must cover their noses or they might as well not wear the masks!Their Deli has some of the best salads which are made daily. Please ask for a taste before you buy a pound salad, you won't be disappointed. Besides a few potato salads, the veggie salads are quite tasty as they are each dressed with their own unique light tasting dressing.I drive from downtown Ft. Myers to shop at this Winn Dixie.Go check it out! You will go back again and again like I do.Today (6/29) I went to Winn Dixie north of COSTCO in Ft. Myers.Everything was clean as usual, the associates were friendly, but as I started to get my rescue cats canned food I found the price had gone from 74 cents a can up to 83 cents a can! This is an 8 oz. can of Friskies! Publix price is 85 cents a can.More people are dropping their pets off at no kill centers because they can't afford to feed the fuzzy members of their family! Pets can lower your blood pressure, make you laugh, cats can purr and dogs will make you feel loved.These prices are horrible! We need our pets when times get bad as those animals give you comfort. If this means that four days a week I eat no meat then so be it, as I need feed my pets.Guess the price was raised down the long line of goods that have been stalled because of the Pandemic. Yes, we are still in pandemic mode until Washington says we are not.On the whole Winn Dixie still has the better prices in town.

This store is super clean! It is a bit smaller, but has it all. I did need help locating a item, someone was right there to help me out. The have BOGO as well. Nice grocery store with ample parking. Store is located in a plaza with more stores for shopping.👍 Nicely done!

Great tasting beef! We get the loins whenever they're on sale! (And sometimes when they're not because they're so good!). The wine selection is also very good and a lot of times you can find good prices!
