Hands down the best groomers in Lee County, I wouldn’t even consider bringing my boys anywhere else except our first salon in Sarasota. I absolutely adore Gabi, it’s refreshing to find someone who loves your breed and treats grooming them like an art. Mochi and Pierre are always happy to stay and I look forward to every pickup to love all over them. Thank you Gabi and Lacy, you guys are the best!

My Pomeranian gets groomed by Gabby who is the best! And he loves to stay and play in daycare, I highly recommend the Royal Paw! Everyone who works there is so wonderful and helpful, and by the way, they also have the best dog treats, I never leave without picking up a few! And the new look for ZEUS is boots with the fur🤣

No custmor care. Very rude people. My sister is a groomer in a diffrent state. She used to groom in florida. She told me there are no restrictions on grooming in florida. Anyone in statw of florida can call them selves a groomer.. they look like they do not know how to handle a dog or anythig with them

Our dog had hair everywhere as we couldn’t find a groomer in months. Finally found Gabi at Royal Paw and she did an INCREDIBLE job!! Our dog looks like he is ready to go to a contest!!! Will deff be coming back from now on. Great customer service!! Both her, and the receptionist were super sweet. Loved this spot!!!

They do such a great job with my little lola! They always leave her looking so cute and also take great care of her. The people who I have had contact with and groomers have all been great. They also have a really flexible schedule so I can usually get my puppy in last moment.

I am highly upset not with the business but the groomer itself! I have been going to Royal Paw Grooming for over a year now and never once had an issue until today! I received a call to come pick up my dog and the lady on the phone is telling me “I cannot schedule with them ever again because my dog was being too aggressive and the groomer couldn’t get anything done.” My dog hasn’t EVER BEEN AGGRESSIVE since the first day he went there! As I picked up my dog and went into my car I noticed the two front arms were looking different and ended up seeing the groomer went in waaay too deep! Now I have came to a conclusion on why he was being so aggressive even after I have told them to inform for future reference he has had surgery back in March of 2022 and his body is still sensitive. I am not 100% sure the name of the groomer but whoever she is will need to at least take responsibility of her own actions instead of blaming it on my dog who has never had an issue there before! I have always trusted Royal Paw Grooming and recommend many of my family members and friends there but after what happened today, I will not be recommending anybody or at least the groomer who completely messed up my dog! It doesn’t make sense how you guys are now telling me my dog has multiple reports back in 2021 but has never reported it to me or even talked to me about it this is the first time I have ever heard my dog has had multiple reports and never mention anything to me about it! This is my dog and if he has a problem being “aggressive” then someone should have came to me and discussed this with me! That is very unprofessional and I should have every right to know what is going on with my dog!!

Very poor customer service! And added an extra charge because they need an extra pair of hands to handle a 7 pound puppy to trim their paws. They explained it would lead into workers working OT! Give me a break! Obviously making your experience a good one is not a priority as they want the extra cash and come up with ways to do it. Be careful!

Best place for your pets when you can't take them on vacation!!!! The staff treat them like their own. They even send pictures of them playing. Can't say enough great things about them!!!! Will continue to use their services for years to come.

So the first time I took my dog, they did amazing. My dog looked great. I know sometimes groomers have issues with cutting his nails so I asked how he did overall and they said he did great no issues. Picked him up in two hours. So I was very happy with everything . Second time, totally different experience. They called me two hours into his appointment stating he was being very aggressive during bath time and couldn’t do anything else with him. That they knew he was going to be aggressive because it was noted on his profile from last time, apparently they muzzled him at his last appointment. This was not communicated to me. So they either lied to me the first appointment or this one , not sure . But the whole situation is very weird .

This is about the third time I have used this grooming service. Last year my dogs looked good as I requested a groomer and it was honored. This time I got totally different groomers even though I confirmed my request. Needless to say they were not skilled. I asked that my standard poodle receive the same cut that he had established by my MN groomer. Not a hard request for a grooming business who advertise all over there website beautifully groomed standard poodles. He came back shaved, all of his leg hair is gone and his legs are multi lengths. My groomer in MN is going to be upset with the terrible job. He has been groomed by her consistently and she has never produced such a awful cut!!! My sheepadoodle, he is shaved as well. Uneven lengths and the only request I had was to take about an inch off of his ear length! That did not happen. I waited to write this review but I just could not get over the awful grooming. My dogs were not a mess, little to NO matting or dirt. It took four and half hours and was VERY expensive. I suspect they were doing other dogs inbetween or just very slow. My husband was told three hours and he said waited for an hour and a half. Deacon was 150.00 and Ely 211.00 to shave all my dogs hair off. Definitely will find another groomer next year. We are seasonal.

We have had our dog with Royal Paw boarding a number of times and can recommend them highly. The staff treats each pet as if it where there own and our dog really likes going. We live in Babcock National and have referred many of our neighbors and all have thanked me for the referral saying it's a great place.

It was the second time having my mini Aussie groomed at Royal Paws in Fort Myers. I asked for the price upfront. Arriving to pick her up, my bill was upcharged by $20. When asked about it I was told it was a handling fee because my dog was figuting. I never had an issue in the past. They took it upon themselves to raise the price without calling me. In addition, they did not bring it to my attention until I questioned the difference in price. Later that week I made calls and sent emails in an attempt to speak with the owner.The owner refuses to respond. Not a place I can trust to revisit. I would not have this issue if the groomer had experience.This is my third response and will be my last.You SHOULD know everyone who walks thru your door along with their dogs. You DID NOT contact me as you say you did. And third, you can boast as much as you want about your pride but you have no business savvy!You are a disgraceful business owner taking advantage of people. Stop making up lines as you go

This was the 2nd time we used Royal Paw for boarding when we went on vacation. This place is awesome. The staff is wonderful. When we text them to see how our Zoe girl was doing, they not only replied but sent pictures, too. Highly recommend.

I just picked up my Samoyed Jolene from The Royal Paw and I couldn’t be happier! Her coat was not in the best shape and she can be stubborn. We have been to other groomers who attempted to shave her because they didn’t want to take the time to really work on her coat. You can really see the care and detail The Royal Paw puts into their work. Everyone there was super sweet and kind. They also emailed me this adorable glamour shot of her and I just can’t get enough! I would highly recommend them for any grooming service, but if especially if you have a double coated pup. Thank you guys so much!

Not sure how to post pictures up here but when I figure it out I will be adding pictures...Took both of my girls (Cindy and Luna) here for a grooming after a botch job at PetSmart and I am so happy!! They look like true Schnauzers now and they look so beautiful. You can tell that the dogs are truly taken care of when bringing them here. I will never take my girls anywhere else!:)

My experience was awful, I don't understand why they would butcher my golden doodle without notifying me. I will not elaborate, just be careful. Their reviews were so wonderful, that was the reason I went there.
